Savršeno iskustvo u Hotelu La Luna** Mogu slobodno preporučiti Hotel La Luna svakome jer nas je oduševio u svakom pogledu. Kreveti su prve klase, udobni i široki 2 metra, što je prava rijetkost. Sobe su komforne i opremljene svim što je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Plaža je fenomenalna i čista, idealna i za djecu i za odrasle. Ležaljke i suncobrani su udobni i dostupni za sve goste. Osoblje hotela je gostoljubivo, uvijek nasmijano i uslužno, što čini boravak još prijatnijim. Smeća nigdje nismo vidjeli, što pokazuje koliko pažnje posvećuju higijeni i održavanju. Hrana je raznolika i ukusna, prilagođena svačijim ukusima, i uvijek svježa. Posebno bih pohvalio osoblje na recepciji koje je izuzetno gostoljubivo i uvijek spremno pomoći u bilo kojoj situaciji. Ako tražite dobar smještaj i predivnu plažu s udobnim ležaljkama i suncobranima, Hotel La Luna je pravi izbor. Naše iskustvo je bilo savršeno i sigurno ćemo se vratiti ponovo!

Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit erwünscht

Die Lage und auch die Ausstattung war passend.

Am Meer gibt es leider nur eine einzige Einstiegsleiter. Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig, es wurden zwar Handtücher gewechselt, aber die Waschbecken nicht geputzt, der Teppichboden war sehr grauslich. Es wurde nicht Staub gesaugt, der Balkon nicht gesäubert, usw. Obwohl Frühstück bis 11h war, war um 1/2 10h schon vieles nicht mehr da. Die Damentoilette am Strand waren nicht versperrbar, die Herrentoilette waren überschwemmt, das Pissoir nicht benutzbar.

Personnel à l'accueil très agréable, il a prit le temps de nous expliquer l'ensemble des accès et prestations de l'hôtel. La taille des chambres (2 chambres double vu mer) est appréciable. Le petit déjeuner était sympa (prit à 8h00). Le cadre de l'hôtel est top : accès à une petite "plage" avec transats, parasols ect... Piscine d'eau de mer à proximité de l'accès plage.

Les installations n'étaient pas toutes disponibles (voyage en début de saison donc cela s'explique peut être... ?) : pas de jaccuzi en route, pas de bar à cocktails ouvert, pas de matelas sur les bed (uniquement les transats disponibles). L'hôtel est clairement un hôtel de famille, idéal pour y venir avec ses enfants (salles de jeu, possibilité de jouer à la play, pédiluve...). En revanche, nous ne le conseillerons pas pour un couple, ou des personnes venues se détendre/ se reposer. L'ambiance avec les enfants est très bruyante. Le repas du soir (buffet), manquait cruellement de réapprovisionnement et de saveurs (il fallait attendre plusieurs minutes avant que les plateaux de nourriture soient remplis pour se servir). Les verres étaient régulièrement en rupture. Le manque de personnel s'est fait sentir aussi : qu'une seule personne pour servir les boissons donc plusieurs longues minutes d'attente et pas le temps pour elle de laver les verres entre plusieurs clients).

Outstanding food, children amenities and exceptionally professional and friendly staff

Our stay at this hotel was truly outstanding, especially when it comes to the food offerings. The food was incredibly delicious, and the variety was diverse and satisfying for all tastes. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was a real treat. We particularly enjoyed the fresh local specialties that perfectly complemented the ambiance. The hotel stands out particularly for its amenities for children. From outdoor inflatable toys to a modern PS5 console in the playroom, every child can find something to enjoy. The animators were fantastic, constantly organizing games and activities that kept the kids entertained and happy. The hotel staff was exceptionally professional and friendly. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with a smile and helped us with everything we needed. Every team member was extremely attentive and accommodating, which truly enhanced our overall positive experience. All in all, our stay was fantastic, and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone, especially families with children. We are already planning our next visit!

Not worth the price

- SEA: clear waters with perfect temperature, specially a treat for full mask snorkling at deep water. However be aware it is not a sand but stone beach, there are sea urchins so BRING SEA SHOES - PERSONEL: pretty much all personell at the hotel( from the cook to cleaning ladies) are friendly and ready to help, almost all of them at least speak basic English. - ROMANTIC, with the sea view there is a nice restaurant for couples who wants few(!) days of escape.

- rural area with no shuttle service. - there is not even complimentary water in the rooms. Also no kettle, etc. - when we first arrived small refgirator was not working, at the reception they answered it is the same for all rooms. - air conditioner is on central system therefore you are bound to this system. - even though there are nice friendly animators it is NOT A CHILD FRIENDLY hotel (specially for small ones), no play ground, play area is under the sun outside with limited capacity, sea is deep with pebles, pool has too much clore (burning the eyes), pretty much every outside area is a SMOKING AREA! - TOWELS were marked did not give the impression of clean - Considering the hotels location and activities max(!) 5-7 days should be enough for an escape however more than this is getting limited boring routine. - DO NOT EARLY BOOK, (specially with booking.com), because close to the dates Hotel drops the prices almost 400-500€ as "last minute deal" even for "superior" rooms, by early booking you are booking a standard room more expensive and later Hotel do not accept giving you a better room with the same / dropped prices nor booking.com accepts the change!!!

Nightmarish Hospitality: Unveiling the Abyss of the Worst Hotel Services

As soon as we arrived, the shower was broken, there were no soaps, and there was a burnt out light bulb, so we knew we would never return. Because the food was so bad, I got sick and requested just white rice to attempt to recuperate, but they charged us for supper for two. As if that weren't enough, they had scheduled two massages for us, but the second one couldn't be done since they kicked us out of the hotel on the day of the party. ludicrous even for a two star, much less a four

Amazing!

The receptionist was a very friendly man, the bartenders also! We really loved the pool, it’s big and not too crowded and very close to the sea. Amazing!

Our stay was ok, but didn’t offer equivalent to our money.

Private, nice pool and beach areas. Cristal clear water. Room was good and clean with beautiful view. Really nice personnel.

All the described facilities was not in use in june, because off-season, we weren’t aware of this before going to the hotel. Photos looked better than the actual place. Restaurant food was not in line with the price. Another one of us ate once the dinner (20€, not included drinks) and that was enough, quality was poor. Breakfast was 2/5. Nearby hotel were restaurants where to eat (1-6km).

Secluded Croatian hotel

We loved the tranquil location, our room (romantic room) and the access to the beach. It was nearby with sun beds provided. The staff was incredible friendly and helpful. It was our honeymoon vacation and they arranged breakfast with flowers in the room. Also sauna area is very clean and inviting.

First night during the dinner there was a full capacity of guests and not enough staff. You could feel it by lack of clean tables and not enough food. However, during the next dinner the picture was completely different: there was an availability to get a table outside and the waitress were more engaging.

Location and room comfort. Sea view from the room was amazing. Staff were friendly, especially at the reception. Nice outdoor pool.

Food at the restaurant could be better. Some attention to not overcook the meat and fish would be appreciated.

Super smo se odmorili. Hotel ima sve sto je potrebno. Hrana je kvalitetna, nudi se dobar izbor. Cistoca i osoblje su na razini. Plaza, bazen i mirna okolina su predivni.

Excellent location, nice and clean.

Staff is friendly but lacks training, unable to perform basic tasks. Both indoor and outdoor pools are unheated. Cheap supermarket wine sold at premium prices. Hotel does not deserve four stars.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the La Luna Hotel.

Varied and generous breakfast. The food was tasty, fresh and well prepared. Located on the beachfront, La Luna enjoys stunning sea views, which I particularly enjoyed. The area was peaceful, very pleasant and welcoming; ideal for a relaxing holiday. I really loved the charm and the character of the hotel. It has a decent sized indoor pool, that seemed to be well maintained. There is also a cool cocktail bar by the outdoor pool. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. Hotel rooms were spotless and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great stay at a wonderful hotel!

Our stay was prefect. Hotel has an ideal position, the pool is overlooking the beach and everything is close and at range. Service was at level, food was of good quality and the staff was extremely polite. Housekeeping was thorough and I can say that cleaning ladies do a very good job. Definitely will return and would recommend for vacation.

Disappointing

Location was spectacular. Hotel pool and chill out outdoors was great for sunsets.

Hotel staff was very rude, unhelpful, hiding costs and acting as offended whenever we asked for any sort of service. Something should be done to address this as it's a shame it made our experience not even near to what one would expect from a 4* hotel. Our room was only cleaned 2 out of 6-day stay ..

Nice hotel with great pool and very close to beach. Staff was nice too. We used saunas during bad wheather.

I think, that just few small things needs to be done. Maybe it is nessesary for manager to try hotel like a guest. Few anyonig general things: 1. constant lack of cups for tea at breakfast 2. missing description of dishes at dinner 3. no teaspoons 4. No staff in wellness 5. Missing cups in wellness 6. Almost all showerhead in wellness was damaged I believe, that it is easy to fix these defects. It is possible that I will go there again next year.
