Spent a good time with my family

Great location, not far from the airport and 2min from the beach. Activities in the hotel like karaoke, barbecue..great for families. The staff were very kind

Muy eficiente

Al momento de llegar había un incendio en la sauna y nos mandaron rápidamente a otro hotel...muy eficiente sólo perdimos 1 hora más y el otro hotel muy bien también

Goed, maar ik zou het niet nog eens doen.

Het was dicht bij het strand

Personeel redelijk onvriendelijk, geen goeiedag of hallo, bij ontbijt bijna allemaal vuile tafels. Ik stel me ook nog altijd de vraag waarom het suites heet & waarom het 4 sterren heeft want het is redelijk oud en aan vernieuwing toe. Op de foto’s ziet het er een stuk mooier uit dan in realiteit.

Goedgelegen hotel met ruime, mooi ingerichte kamers.

De kamer was top! Zeer ruim en gezellig ingericht, de badkamer had een grote inloopdouche. Er was veel opbergruimte. De ligging was ideaal, niet op de promenade maar een straat juist erachter wat prima is voor 's avonds, veel rustiger en geen lawaai.

Het avondeten was maar pover, geen variatie en weinig keuze voor een 4 sterren hotel. Het ontbijt was ok, maar als je vroeg ging eten stond er eten van de dag ervoor dat verkleurd was, niet vers dus. Er was geen toiletborstel en slechts 1 vuilbakje in de badkamer, dit is de eerste keer dat ik dit tegenkom en ik heb al veel gereisd.

A brilliant holiday in a fantastic hotel

El personal magnifico, desde dirección, recepción, personal del hotel y personal encargada de la limpieza. Fui a pasar mi cumpleaños y tuvieron un detalle conmigo, esas cositas siempre gustan y hacen que quieras volver.

Yo sugiero, que el acceso a la piscina climatizada sea mas accesible a las personas con discapacidad y mas facil para poder entrar y salir de ella. Asi como el jacuzzi, demasiadas escaleras para acceder a estos servicios. Salvo por eso, todo genial

Very nice

Everything was very nice. Nice big rooms and comfortable beds. The beach, shops, restaurants were nearby. It is very convenient to come to the airport by public transport. Food was various and tasty. The only thing was that there was a glass door leading to the bathroom, which was right next to the bed.

Exceptional

The room was spacious and clean. Staff was very courteous and provided great information and recommendations for getting around town and things to do and eat. We opted in for the breakfast and glad we did. A great variety of food to choose from. The pool was clean and a good size but fills up quickly during the summer months. Roof top spa is a great touch as well if you are not interested in the beach, a short walk down the road.

Great staff in a good location.

Great selection of food for breakfast, fresh omelettes were made each morning to order. Room was spacious and clean. Good facilities including gym, indoor pool, outdoor pool, spa and jacuzzi on the roof.

Wifi was easy to connect to but the strength and speed of wifi could be improved. At times when we went to the pool e.g. 11:30am there were no loungers left. Lots of people had towels out reserving loungers but hours later they still weren't using the lounger.

A very disappointing experience.

Checking in,in July I expected the hotel to be busy. I've stayed several times this year and most things tick the boxes but I will say as a Michelin star chef the food is deplorable. On average in July( when I stayed) that should have seen a full house. Your restaurant was sitting at a 10 % "Occupancy in your restaurant. Your restaurant management and chefs need removed and a breath of fresh air invigorated to make your restaurant work. They're board and lack interest which was clear to see. Each morning at breakfast they were cramming dishes under there arms and dropping and smashing. (unprofessional) I'm a friend of Gordon Ramsey. Your hotel is let down by the quality of food. The music you play is also boring. If you show a 4 star rating this must reflect right across the board. Bottom line, if you want your business to work drop me an email. Lunch time people want pizza, pasta, dressed salad baked potato. Coleslaw. Not stewed rabbit, Braised deer.,unimaginable fish dishes swamped in tomato sauce. You have it all wrong. This surely reflects in your profit margin. Time for your staff to go and invigorate a new concept. The name is Brian Houston and I have a team behind me who can turn your restaurant round.

Lovely break

Lovely spacious room. Air con great . Superb breakfast all you could need . Omelettes freshly prepared for you . Reception staff very helpful . Bar staff great .

The guy singing in bar on the Thursday night didn't know any Spanish Eurovision entries . However he did play Save your kisses for me !!

pool was freezing so didn’t use it I understand it is early in the year but maybe think about heating it ? also sauna is in the change rooms and is only big enough for one person and is male/female only

Best allround hotel we've stayed in...

Can't say enough positive things about this hotel. From the first day, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Also, the facilities were second to none. You wouldn't even need to leave the hotel to have a good time, indoor pool, outdoor pool, gym, rooftop solarium, sauna, bar, onsite entertainment, and the food was delicious! 10/10 experience.

Charming & friendly

I loved the excellent staff. I loved the value for money. I loved the setting.

Sadly, the wifi was poor although this was being addressed. The rooms don’t need to have kitchenettes in them. The hotel could benefit from some modernisation while maintaining its charm.

We would stay here again

It was great for our 2 nights stay, excellent breakfast, nice and helpful staff. Since it was extra-season we were able to find free parking on the street.
