Un buen hotel, un poco caro, un poco descuidado en algunos aspectos, no deja de ser una buena opcion

Excelente ubicacion cerca de las cataratas, parque de las aves, etc. Lindo hotel un poco descuidado en algunos aspectos. Lindas piscinas, buen garaje para el auto, cafe de cortesia tipico de hoteles del brasil, el desayuno esta ok, las habitaciones son comodas, de buen tamaño, baño de muy buen tamaño, la TV muy bien, la cama muy comoda.

Faltan mesas de luz con sus respectivas lamparas en los cuartos, solo se puede leer un libro con la luz de arriba del cuarto y eso incomoda, el freezer en uno de los cuartos no funcionaba bien. Una habitacion con TV con Netflix y Youtube y otra no... La señalizacion en las piscinas esta solo en portugues, es un hotel internacional deberia tener las señalizaciones en ingles, y español tambien !!.

A localização é excelente, pertinho das cataratas e do parque das Aves, com ônibus na porta tanto p o centro, como para o Paraguai e Argentina. O restaurante tem pratos excelentes e o garçom John é muito atencioso.

Os funcionários lavam o pátio e a piscina antes das 8h da manhã, fazendo bastante barulho. Não tem um varal ou um gancho pra pendurar as toalhas de banho úmidas. Também não tem uma luminária perto da cama, caso alguém queira ler.

Agradable, pero considero que serían mucho mejor, teniendo en cuenta las sugerencias realizadas.

El desayuno muy bueno. La ubicación el hotel realmente es excelente

Las opciones del restaurante para almuerzo y cena deberían ser mas variadas. Las habitaciones están bastante deterioradas, las puertas que daban al balcón no se podían deslizar, estaban rotas, el aire no era suficiente para dar respuesta al calor sofocante, debería ser de mayor capacidad.

Great location.

The location to the National Park, the staff, and the buffet breakfast. They make great caipirinhas. Liked the walk through the jungle to the river that the hotel.

The restaurant at night can be improved. While The buffet breakfast was very good, the food at night was mediocre.

Sehr angenehm - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Frühstückbuffet war sehr gut und reichlich. Keinerlei Beanstandungen. Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und werden beim nächsten Besuch der Iguazu-Wasserfälle erneut im Canzi-Hotel einchecken.

Ótima escolha, localização e custo beneficio.

Adoramos a estadia, café da manhã muito bom, várias opções. Localização ótima para passeio nas cataratas e parque das aves. Lugar muito lindo. Ficamos pouco tempo, queríamos ter aproveitado mais o hotel. Com certeza voltaremos.

Lovely stay, would book again!

The location is great, staff is very helpful. Decent choice of food in the restaurant, and really good breakfast.

The hairdryer in the room appeared to have melted from within... we didn't dare to use it. And though we got collected from the airport free of charge, we weren't given any details as to who is picking us up, which company etc, which left us wandering around the terminal for a while. The phone number for the hotel on booking.com doesn't work, but a very kind lady from the car rental company at the airport made a few calls/search on the internet and got us all sorted.

Superb staff but very cold in winter

Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. Breakfast is plenty and good! 10 min walk to the entrance of the waterfalls.

It was really cold and no possibility to heat. The blinds didn't open so there was no light. Cleanliness in the bathroom needs more attention.

Calm and peaceful stay with good breakfast

The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Had enough furniture and cupboards. The air conditioning was good. The breakfast was excellent and it had many varieties to choose from. It has 24*7 check-in facility and luggage storage which was really helpful. The staffs were polite. The location is in the walkable distance to the Iguacu national park and the bird park.

it was very old fashioned, there was nothing to do of a evening in the hotel, the food wasn’t very good either. The swimming pools were very small.

Perfect for what we wanted.

Very helpful staff, lovely ecological walk out the back of the hotel, very close to the park (walking distance) and airport.

Superb

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great to visit the falls - only 5 minutes walk. Also only 5 mins drive from airport.

Aircon was noisy. Could do with lamp by the bed.

The staff was very helpful. Concierge knew English and gave good recommendations.

Wow. I was there on a holiday. Doubled + the rates. Didn't work for them or me. The place was empty. I took it because it was close to the Brazilian side of the falls. Was not necessary or advantageous.
