Leuke tussenstop op onze doorrreis naar Umbrië!

De ligging was perfect. In het oude stadsgedeelte dus makkelijk te voet te doen. Personeel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Uitgebreid ontbijt.

Sosta a Modena

Ottima posizione, staff accogliente e disponibile. All'arrivo ci hanno proposto un cambio stanza da classic a superior e assistito per il ricovero della moto nel loro garage. Lo stile è decisamente retrò ma in perfetta linea con la struttura trattandosi di una dimora storica. Camera silenziosa grazie alle doppie finestre e dotata di tutti i comfort. Bar e ristorante direttamente in hotel per chi non vuole spostarsi, ma data la posizione a 300m dalla piazza della cattedrale si trovano numerose osterie, pub e ristoranti/pizzerie nelle vicinanze. Per visitare Modena o anche solo per una sosta intermedia è l'ideale, sfruttando anche le convenienti tariffe estive.

Qualche segno di trascuratezza nella camera (ventola del bagno cieco scollegata, cavi di un lampadario o sistema antincendio sul soffitto, qualche ragnatela), ma cose di poco conto. Più che altro note dissonanti rispetto allo stile pomposo che ti circonda e in contrasto con la precisione e attenzione dello staff.

L'ingresso, il personale molto preparato, la posizione e la colazione: sia i prodotti che la sala. Buono per poche notti.

la camera e il bagno decisamente scarsi: vecchi, poco accogliente, rumorosa e con una scrivania non funzionale. Non il massimo per lavoro.

La dolce vita à Modene.

Un très joli bâtiment ancien, en plein cœur de Modene, à 5 minutes du centre. Chambre et salle de bain confortables et très propres. Le personnel est charmant, avec une mention particulière pour celui present au petit-déjeuner, adorable. Petit-déjeuner copieux et délicieux !

Le parking, qui s'avère bien trop petit pour pouvoir y mettre son véhicule et le stationnement est très difficile dans le quartier.

Non andare in questo albergo a meno che i vostri standard siano molto bassi.

Vecchia e ero manutenzione In prima battuta mi è stata la peggiore stanza proprio perché avevo prenotato con Booking Ho cambiato tre stanze fino ad averne una silenziosa sufficientemente pulita e senza moquetté di 40 anni fa L’unica nota positiva la gentilezza dello staff che però nulla ha a che vedere con la proprietà che visibilmente non spende un euro per la manifestazione della struttura che andrebbe integralmente rifatta. A partire dal l’impianto di riscaldamento e continuando con la vetustà degli arredi e della struttura in se. I bagni non parliamone nemmeno.

Localização excelente, fácil acesso de carro e ao lado do centro histórico. O prédio é lindo! Infelizmente não nos deram os quartos reformados, que parecem ótimos. Ficamos num quarto espaçoso porém com decoração bem gasta, antigo.

We loved the ambience, the location in proximity to the market and square, shops, the beautiful garden in the back, the gorgeous furnishings and period details, paintings, it felt like a palazzo.

Good hotel if a little tired

Nice large room with a big bed. Great location close to the city centre, but just enough out to be quiet. Very grand entrance hall and first impressions.

Slightly faded splendor and tired, a little disappointing with 4 star hotel expectations. Some of the sockets in the bedroom were a bit loose and the extractor in the shower didn't work. No tea or coffee in our room.

Charmingly vintage without being uncomfortable , very friendly staff and great value rooms. beautiful lobby and garden view was lovely. Breakfast was nice, good selection for all tastes. Location was very convenient, 10 minute walk to car rental and 15 minute walk to Piazza Grande

The listing on Booking says free parking, but actually you have to book it and there are limited spaces. They will give you a permit to park on the road outside, but this is not specified until you book. They offered to bring the car in a kind of back enclosed space, but then billed me 23 euros for an outdoor parking space. The money is not an issue here, transparency is

Central location

This property claims to be 4 Star but compares poorly with comparable hotels in Bologna and Parma. It has a tired and empty feel and was in places grubby. The room lacked adequate sound insulation with a lot of noise from plumbing. In the Lobby, staff were heard making disparaging remarks about guests who they assumed did not speak Italian. Overall, the hotel appears to be poorly managed but could have potential to be much better
