The swimming pool at Villa Las Brisas is exclusively for its residents. Hotel pools are reserved for hotel guests and are not accessible to guests staying at private residential villas.

"Villa Buenaventura" is a three-bedroom, three-bath, 2,000-square-foot, two-story villa in Cluster 4 known as "Villa Las Brisas" within the Rio Mar Resort described above. The villa's décor boasts a mid-century vibe that blends perfectly with its natural surroundings.
The kitchen has everything you need for entertaining and a delightful stay: a coffee maker, espresso maker, blender, cooking tools, pots, and pans. You will find all you need to call this "your home away from home truly."
The living room has a 65" smart TV, and a blue-tooth surround system that allows you to play your favorite music. All-natural acacia and teak wood furnishings offer a warm and inviting island feel. A comfortable sectional can double as an extra bed for a guest, a relaxing lounge chair recliner ideal for reading, watching TV, or an afternoon nap.
The dining room comfortably seats 8, the adjacent island seats 5, and the outdoor patio seats 4.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king-size adjustable memory foam bed and features plush pillows, soft and cozy blankets and sheets. The ensuite primary bathroom is equipped with a tub and shower combination, a hairdryer, and a 52-inch TV, all of which are designed to provide guests with maximum comfort and convenience. My favorite detail is the battery-operated candles that create a romantic atmosphere. The window in the room offers a breathtaking view of the golf course and allows guests to witness stunning sunrises.
The second bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, plush pillows, soft blankets, and cozy sheets to ensure a comfortable and restful sleep. In addition, a 42" television featuring a DVD player is available for entertainment purposes. This bedroom shares the downstairs bathroom with the third bedroom, or guests are welcome to use the upstairs bathroom. A hairdryer is at the disposal of guests for added convenience.
The third bedroom features a twin bed trio with plush pillows, soft blankets, and quality sheets. Furthermore, the room has a Roku television with gaming console hookups. Guests have the choice of utilizing the downstairs or upstairs bathroom facilities.

We had a wonderful time in Puerto Rico and loved this place. It was very clean and in a great location. We loved the beach at the bottom of the hill. Big enough waves to be fun, but not dangerous. We have been to a lot of beaches and this was the best balance of fun and safety.

This villa is amazing. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfortable, extra blankets and sheets, plenty of beach supplies provided, kitchen appliances worked perfectly, place is right next to the beach, pool, casino, etc. we all had such a fun weekend at this property.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. The home was as advertised and immaculately clean. There was plenty of room for my children to work in the mornings at the dining room table, and we all enjoyed the lovely porch. The location was great for our trip to El Yunque and Old San Juan as well as convenient to the lovely pool and beach. The security of the properties is a bit confusing initially but the owner was responsive and helpful. We appreciated our stay and would definitely come back to this lovely property!

We are so thankful for the golf cart. The pools/restaurants were a far walk and it was very hilly! The golf cart made it a fun adventure for the kids anytime we went to dinner at the resort or went to the beach. So much more fun than driving. The house was perfect. Despite being far from the hotel, we loved having a place of our own with a washer/dryer, kitchen, and multi bedrooms. The back deck was very relaxing with the hammock. We took several excursions-snorkeling, kayaking, and an el yunque tour which were all amazing. We wanted to stay an extra week!

Our family really enjoyed this condo, the lanai was perfect to watch the sunrise or just relax. The beds were very comfortable, the living area was comfortable and functional. The only negatives, really, inconveniences were: no beach towels, only 2 dish towels, no pot holders and only one gate remote for cluster 4 and no gate remotes for Rio Mar. Despite that, we'll probably be back!

This was our 3rd time staying in Puerto Rico and we couldn't have been happier. Tony (the host) was the best. Whenever we had a question he was right there to answer. The property is gorgeous well maintained everything labeled and so thoughtfully laid out that makes staying a very pleasant experience. My 2 teenage daughters loved their rooms and the master was outstanding for me and my wife. Overall a 5 out of 5 would recommend to anyone. Also the little things like an ice machine was nice. Thanks again Tony for letting us enjoy your wonderful property.

Wonderful VRBO. Owner (Tony) very responsive and kind. The villa is incredibly comfortable. We stayed with our 3 teenagers and my 87 year old father in law. Comfortable for everyone. The owners had everything you need in their villa. We so appreciated the beach chairs and towels. The residents pool and beach area was lovely, quiet. Close to so much! El Yunque, Fajardo, amazing restaurants, and the resort. We felt right at home and have nothing negative to say about our stay. We would go back again!

Tony’s place was perfect. Close to the beach, pool, and town. We felt extra safe in the gated community. My kids spent a lot of time watching golfers on the patio. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of which was nice to not have to run to town to buy extra supplies. The beds were comfy and we would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend this place!

I was on a girls trip with my 2 daughters and best friend. We were lucky enough to be there when the host Tony could show us around. He was fantastic. Gave us recommendations and tour of the property. The property was perfectly located with views of the golf course. Rooms were good size with comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The patio with hammock was a favorite spot for everyone. The location was near everything but not in the hustle and bustle of San Juan which is what we wanted. Would highly recommend!

The property was spacious enough for 6 adults, we used cars to go to the beach pool and beach itself as well as shopping. You can go to El Junque visitors center and conservaton path without a reservation. we also went to Luquillo because of winds it was technically not open but we found a place to park and get food at some kiosks. I had rented a golf cart but the one they gave me had no safety bars on the back so I did not use it. This is out2nd time to Rio Mar and really like its location

Tony & Nadia's villa was a great fit for our party of 6; 2 couples, a 6 year old and a 10 month old. The master bedroom was cool & comfy, with lots of room to spread out. We cooked a lot at the villa and it was well equipped. Beach supplies downstairs were a plus! Chairs, boogy boards, sand castles...
The location was good but getting thru the Wyndham property to your cluster got old quickly. Some gates are closed between 6 & 7 throughout the night, so you'd have to turn around and drive through the whole hotel area which was annoying. Our code did not work at cluster 4 gate, so if there wasn't a guard we had to wait for one, also annoying.
Besides those 2 very minor annoyances, which are no responsibility to the owners, the villa was clean, comfortable and perfectly situated. We have all agreed we have to go back to Puerto Rico, truly spectacular!!!

Our family of 6 spent a fabulous week at the villa to celebrate our mother’s 60th birthday.
The location was perfect for the activities we had planned- hiking in El Yunque, snorkeling and kayaking in the bioluminescent bay, wandering
Old San Juan and a fabulous dinner at Santaea.
We also enjoyed the villa residents’ beachside pool and took advantage of the Wyndham Resort privileges including gym access.

Everything was exactly as advertised and very spacious for our family of six. The nearby beach was excellent, lined with coconut trees for welcome shade when needed. The location has good access to El Yunque and bioluminescent tours but the drive to San Juan was tiring. Overall a great experience.

We could watch to the beach and a beachside pool, which was really nice. Accommodations were great. Two pools, one near the condo and another on the beach, which was great. The condo was adequately stocked, beds were comfortable. The location is inside quite a complex with multiple gates that can be confusing to navigate. But once you figure it out it’s ok. Recommend the bakery and BBQ place and the small convenience mart at the end of the road for supplies. The overall location is very convenient to access El Yunque, and several nice beaches.

We enjoyed our stay. The Villa was very nice and the hosts did an excellent job of recommending things. It was our first trip to PR. The Villa pools were nice altho basic and beach was amazing. It was a bit of a trade off having the kitchen / separate bedrooms instead of the service from the hotel. It’s not really a full service resort experience, but it is great for a family and the convenience of cooking / laundry etc.
We paid for a catamaran excursion with East Island and the kids really enjoyed it. Glad that we explored El Yunque on our own - bought the car pass at .gov in advance. Highlight for adults was trips to old San Juan. Split up the days and visited Fort 1 one day + lunch and Fort 2 the second day + lunch. The bakery at bottom of the hill has great sandwiches and pastry. Wish we would have discovered it earlier in our stay. We also enjoyed the Mexican restaurant that’s down the hill to the right about a block down the main road.
The villa has coolers / chairs/ towels etc for beach which is wonderful. We did rent a car but not the golf cart.

We too have a rental property so it felt as if it was similar to what we try to offer our guests. We strongly suggest guests follow all the hosts tips and recommendations. They were well thought out and appreciated. Their restaurants and excursions were helpful. Next time we will have to plan ahead for the bioluminescent bay as that was the only miss. If your trying to get to the rain forest don’t forget to order tickets online. It was a magical experience. The car and golf cart rental was definitely a must for our family of 4. The pools and beach locations were ideal for our children 8 and 6. We cant wait to return. We are a very happy family leaving with a lifetime of memories thanks again to the most helpful hosts.

I saw this Villa and Tony & Nadia made it available to us in short notice. The Villa is within the Rio Mar resort grounds and it is so homey. It has a great view of the golf course, which my husband and son loved as they are avid golfers and it was great to get to see them play golf from the balcony. The Villa is very secure and it is within 20 minutes of San Juan and Fajardo which is were most of my excursions started. It was nice to know we had a home away from home when we were done for the day and were able to relax knowing we had a homey Villa waiting for us. We also visited the Wyndham Hotel and went into the Casino one night for a bit a gambling. It is a great spot. Hole in One Villa!
Full disclosure, I had scheduled a beach front property in Rio Grande until the owner decided to sell it 2 months before our arrival. I was frantic! I saw this Villa and Tony & Nadia made it available to us in short notice. The Villa is within the Rio Mar resort grounds and it is so homey. It has a great view of the golf course, which my husband and son loved as they are avid golfers and it was great to get to see them play golf from the balcony. The Villa is very secure and it is within 20 minutes of San Juan and Fajardo which is were most of my excursions started. It was nice to know we had a home away from home when we were done for the day and were able to relax knowing we had a homey Villa waiting for us. We also visited the Wyndham Hotel and went into the Casino one night for a bit a gambling. It is a great spot. This property was ideally located for exploring the east side of the island. Neighborhood was awesome with easy access to pool & beach. The house had fun pool toys and everything you need for an entire day at the beach. Such as a cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrella and more. Thank you Tony for being available when I got mixed up with directions.

The property is nice but you have to really do an inspection of the whole house even if there is a scratch on the wall cause they are going to charge you for it even if you did not do it. there was compressed wood particles on one of the draws in the master bedroom dresser so we did not pay to much attention to it and used the top draw not to bother the owner to find out he charged us $150 for a damaged $3 piece of compressed wood that if I new he was going to charge me for something that was there already I would of did him a favor and fixed it for him maybe that is why he ask for to different insurance.

I’m the old days I would’ve stayed in downtown San Juan but with a toddler and wanted to just relax by the beach/pool, this place was perfect!

Great home to relax and have a good time
