quaint small bed and breakfast. Loved the staff!
tight stairway access to our room. this was not disclosed prior to check in.

Breakfast was great. Jet tub didn't work. Stairs. We'd stay again.
Stairs. Jet tub didn't work.

All of the rooms were decorated very nicely, in cute Southwestern motif. Paco was available and very nice.
They no longer offer breakfast during the week. The room was pricey for a place with no breakfast.

Beautiful historic building. Each room is unique and wonderfully decorated with unique local art in just about every nook and cranny. Our room (La Luz) had amazing private patio with wide views of mountains, and separate sitting room with TV. Location close to everything in central Taos, and great launching pad for exploring the region. Owner was super helpful. Strongly recommended!

It was a total experience and we LOVED everything about it. We hated to leave. The host and housekeeper were fun to chat with and I enjoyed getting to meet Chris, the host's pretty awesome son. We'll be back...what a great mini vacay!
Absolutely nothing.

Very interesting building with lovely pieces of antique furniture and pictures. All very attractive.
Host wasn’t there when we arrived. saw another guest through a gap into the garden and she kindly phoned him. It seems that, had we gone to the far side of the building, there was a phone through which we could’ve contacted him.

Old fashion low-rise toilet. Almost impossible to stand up.

We loved the decorations, of the room and the rest of the building. And the location was perfect: right in the middle of everything we were interested in seeing in Taos.
4.7
Great, eclectic property within blocks of most restaurants, shops, and galleries.
Only issue is the rooms require a trip up a "unique" spiral staircase that is quite small, steep and difficult to maneuver. It was challenging getting my suitcase up. just a really tight squeeze and REALLY steep spiral. Other then that, the property was unique, interesting and comfortable., and can't beat the location !

Breakfasts were suspended due to Covid
Spring mattress of main bed needs updating.
4.7
Wonderful host and location! Beautifully appointed southwestern decorated rooms!
Parking was a little tight but it was in the middle of the historic section!
4.7
No breakfast offered due to COVID. We loved the unique decor and charm: The fireplaces, the artwork, the woodwork, the rugs, the wall hangings, the angels, and so much more.
4.7
No breakfast because of Covid however you could use the kitchen if you wanted to make your own breakfast. The owner was always ready to offer any suggestions on where to go to visit or where to eat

You will not be able to find a better place to stay in Taos. Paco, the innkeeper, is so friendly and has done an impeccable job decorating the inn. The is right in the center of Taos. It’s an easy walk to everywhere in town. We enjoyed having a glass of wine on the patio with a view of the mountains. Also, don’t miss dining at Stella’s and Michael’s Kitchen.

Super close walking distance. Beds super comfy.
So close to the square but it was quiet!
Paco is awesome :)

Perfect location. If you are looking for a unique experience reflecting the city that you are visiting, this is ideal. The room and shared spaces are postcard quality. Rated highly for a reason.

We liked everything. No complaints about anything.
There wasn't anything wrong did not like.

If you would like an authentic experience of Old Town Taos, this is the place--steps away from the Plaza and near the art galleries, shops and restaurants. Parking is easy and safe. The house is perfectly kept, having the perfect Southwest design and furnishings. The art work is particularly nice. The rooms was private and quiet, away from other guests. I would not consider staying anywhere else upon return.
Everything was perfect.

The rooms were very interesting and quaint. Very charming.
The only thing that I didn't like is that there was no breakfast.
