Overall our stay was very nice. Location Location Location! Very close to the beach and restaurants. From an over 60, woman’s perspective, I’ll make some suggestions. A full length mirror on back of a door would be nice. Real wash cloths, in lieu of poly car rags, (which Rob corrected as soon as I asked), poly cloths dry before you can reach your face, a bigger coffee pot, beach umbrella was perfect, beach chairs that we could carry, were okay, a wagon was really needed, I would suggest adding to amenities, w/wagon we could have used the heavier beach chairs, a non slip bathroom rug, once sand is on the floor it is hazardous, shower hand grips are suggested , had to be very careful, if holding the door handle to steady, it swings open. Overall location was what it was all about and our stay was very enjoyable. Thank you Wayne and Rob!

Wayne and Rob couldn’t be more accommodating.Rob was on-site and if there was even the smallest problem he was there immediately to fix it.He went far beyond anything we could have expected.Will be back again.Dont think we would be happier anywhere else

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was extremely clean, as well as, the outside property. What me really made me happy is that I did not see one bug in the apartment the whole week we were there. It's in a great location. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach and as close as you can possibly get to the restaurants and bars. Wayne answered my email right away whenever I had a question and Ron was wonderful. He's very friendly and polite and always asking us if we needed anything. My husband didnt want me to give a high rating because he's worried that everbody will want to book a stay here and then there won't be any vacancy when we want to come back. Lol. But honestly, I highly recommend staying here. I know we will be back!!!

Property owner answered any and all questions in a timely manner. Property manager that lived on the premises was kind, courteous and super attentive. Property was very close to the beach and within walking distance of all restaurants and bars, we will definitely stay again five stars for sure!

Great location! This is a very small unit, and will not fit 2 adults and 3 teens, but Wayne helped up make it work. He and Rob are very kind and helpful.

Wayne was great literally talked us into lot. Which is my only problem, the parking lot. Twice my husband had to crawl thru to the back hatch to get out. The spaces are small and a few of the people there had driven large trucks. So take a small car if possible. Rob was EXTREMELY helpful the 8 nights we stayed. Beach is a block away and all restaurants are a short block away. Will stay again.

If you never been to fort Lauderdale by the beach it's a perfect place to go there it's a little small spa by the sea perfect quiet community you won't hardly hear anything the The owner and attended Rob made sure we had a nice place attended to our needs make sure anything goes wrong they took care of it immediately it's a perfect place to stay when you want to get away from everything from the real world.

Before our arrival, we were supposed to have received check-in information by email as to how we could get into our rental. That email was never sent. The day we were supposed to check-in I tried sending messages to the owner using the VRBO mailbox. I also left voicemail using the contact phone number (it went straight to voicemail, no live person). Granted we arrived in Ft. Lauderdale an hour or two before check-in time. We got into town earlier than we expected. Checking-in at 4pm would not have been an issue but thunderstorms were expected to arrive within the hour and we had hoped we could get in the place early to avoid the storms. Since we could not make contact with the owner, we tried calling VRBO customer service. They also tried contacting the owner but with no results. They said they could not do anything until 4pm when the official check-in was supposed to begin. My wife and I decided to take a risk and bought groceries to kill time until check-in. We arrived back at the rental shortly after 4pm. We still had not received any messages as to how we could check-in and get into our place. I went looking around and found a guy painting the fence. I asked him if he knew where the owner was. He said he could help us get into the place. He gave us the access code to get into the rental. He was told by the owner that we were expected to come that day. However, my wife and I were not told any of this. We did not know who to contact or how to contact them. All it would have taken was a simple email. Or, at least have a note taped to the door telling us who to contact and how. After we got the code and finally got in the rental, we were very disappointed. The place did not live up as to how it was advertised on the website. My wife and I are non-smokers. The website stated that this was a non-smoking facility. However when we walked in, there was a residual smell of old cigarettes. After we aired out the place, it got better. However if we closed up the place for the day, the smell of old cigarettes began to come back. The website also advertised large flat-screen TV's inside the apartment. Instead what we found was a small monitor-style TV over the refrigerator. The second bedroom also had a very small TV. The only large flat-screen TV in the apartment was inside the master bedroom. Again, emails to the owner to discuss these and other issues went unanswered. Customer service was very poor during our rental period.

Had an amazing time in Fort Lauderdale and a great deal of that is thanks to the location of this condo! We were so close to the beach, restaurants, and only 15 min from the lively downtown area for bars and nightclubs. I recommend this stay for any group of 4 or less, that’s not interested in condo beach views. (The best views are from the beach, not a bedroom! Everything In unit was updated and clean, and provided complementary beach items such as chairs and an umbrella which came in handy! Thank you again Wayne I would definitely visit again!

Absolutely fantastic location. About a block from all th restaurants and the beach! It was wonderful to be able to walk to everything and be able to go back and forth! I didn’t like that place smells like cigarette smoke (from the neighbors I think) and the ally next to the main bedroom can get loud at night (from people walking and the bars). However, Wayne was very attentive whenever we had issues and we definitely enjoyed our stay!

This house never like on the pictures. When we came they didn't clean after previous tenants. We didn't know what to do. Call to the owner he apologized and promised to exclude the first night from payment, but unfortunately this is not happened. Very old, noisy and smelly appartment. Don't spoil your vacation.

The place is small but With a lot of comfort! Bedding was great (3 beds, no pullout couch). The kitchen was so handy! Saved some $$ eating in. Plenty of walkable restaurants. The best part... the beach is just a few steps away! Loved it, can’t wait to go back!!

This apartment is so close to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops! It is clean and updated! It is quiet in the complex even though you are on a main road. There is plenty of room for 4 people but the living area is a little tight for visiting if there are more than 4 people! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need! The only downside is that the master bedroom as well as the bathroom are accessed through the second bedroom with the twin beds. The windows in the master bedroom don't keep out the alley noise or the restaurant noise at night but if you have earplugs that shouldn't be a problem. There are some large trucks that make noise in the mornings around 7:30 or so.We noticed a smoky smell in the bathroom which is probably from another tenant in the complex so we kept the bathroom door and window shut most of the time. The bedroom with the twin trundle beds was perfect for our two grand kids and would be ok for 2 adults. There is a nice big closet to store your suitcases, etc with towels, chairs for the beach and a boogie board! There is a back door in the master bedroom that could use to be replaced since we could see daylight through the sides and bottom. In general we had everything that we needed there and it suited our purposes very well!

We just returned from a week at Villa Bettina. What a lovely experience to be right in the central part of Lauderdale by the Sea! Cheryl the owner could not have more accommodating or pleasant to deal with. The building, while older, has been well maintained and unit itself has been updated and has many with excellent amenities and was very well stocked. We literally needed nothing from sheets and towels to a selection of toiletries, plus the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The two of us lacked for nothing with lots of shops and restaurants plus a 24 hour Walgreen's across the street. Walgreen's even has a liquor, wine and beer store that is open most days until midnight with a nice selection and great prices. The area is very charming and the atmosphere was very upbeat. My only concern was the parking, which was very tight since we had a larger SUV, but by the end of the week, we had it all figured out.

We loved our stay at this property, it was everything they said it would be! The kitchen and bath was remodeled just liked the pictures showed so nice. One of the nicest features was, Location! Location! We enjoyed being so close to the beach and all the action that goes on in Lauderdale- by-the-Sea, we had a blast and we will be returning to this great property! Thanks to the owner for being so nice!
