agréable et reposant

La propreté , le calme, la qualité des équipements. Le prix en cette saison est correct, à voir en saison d'été ??? personnel sympathique et serviable. Les espaces sont spacieux. Mieux qu'une simple chambre d'hotel.

aucune chaine TV n'étaient réglées. nous avons essayé dans deux chambres. Les écrans tres grands, ne permettent pas de capter les chaines. le sol de la douche TRES glissant, je pense que le carrelage n'est pas adapté à une douche.

Le personnel hyper agréable, les équipements de l’appartement , machine à laver, cuisinière, four, micro onde, vaisselle. Emplacement situé à environ 20 min d’Al Hoceima, environ 10 min de la plage de calabonita et 10 min de la plage de sfiha. Parking devant l’hôtel. Personnel présent 24h/ 24 à l’accueil

Quelques ajustements à faire avant arrivée des clients, dans notre chambre j’ai noté quelques vis à revisser, le tuyau de la salle de bain à changer ou joint à changer, poignée de porte salle de bain à fixer

Fantastisch, aanrader en wij komen zeker terug.

Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Super schoon en het personeel verdiend een dikke 10, met name de jongedame achter de receptie. Wij komen als gezin zeer zeker terug en raad deze accommodatie ten zeerste aan. Geen vraag was te gek en meteen geregeld, van babybedje tot handdoeken. We hebben een tweede week bij geboekt en kregen appartement 4 toegewezen. Dit was een top upgrade voor dezelfde prijs. Kamers waren ruim, prachtige woonkamer, een balkon en patio en een ruime badkamer. Ligging is top, weg van de drukte maar o zo dichtbij al hoceima, Imzouren en het strand. Wij komen zeker terug, dank jullie voor de fijne service.

Ben altijd zeer kritisch maar kan letterlijk niks bedenken. O ja, slaapkamer deur moet geolied worden, haha.

Piacevole, meglio evitare il periodo del Ramadan

noi avevamo prenotato in questa struttura fuori dalla città, una volta giunti sul posto ci siamo resi conto che era molto lontano dalla città, per fortuna ci hanno concesso di trasferirci in altra loro struttura in centro città, dove ci siamo trovati bene.

Essendo la struttura su una strada da provinciale senza numeri civici, e non avendoci fornito altre indicazioni, non disponendo noi di una connessione Internet, ma solo del GPS, abbiamo avuto grandissime difficoltà nel reperire la struttura, e solo per un caso fortunato DOPO AVER CHIESTO aiuto alla Gendarmeria ed alla Polizia siamo riusciti a trovare la struttura.

Das Personal, die Unterkunft einfach traumhaft! Wir können das Appartement definitiv sowohl Paaren als auch Familien empfehlen. Die Lage ist super. Wir bekamen sogar ein noch größeres Zimmer, weil das Personal so lieb war. Einfach einzigartig! Empfehlen wir aufjedenfall weiter.

Het appartement was schoon, netjes afgewerkt en de bedden en overig interieur van hoge kwaliteit. Vriendelijk geholpen door zowel het aanwezige personeel als telefonisch door de eigenaar zelf (NL sprekend). Omdat het al wat rustiger was kostenloos een upgrade gehad naar een groter appartement. Ook de locatie is prima nabij de uitvalswegen.

There was an impolite individual who treated us very poorly, having an available parking space but refusing to let us park in it. The encounter was dreadful, except for the fact that the apartment was clean.

Excellent lovely and beautiful place

Brilliant stay beautiful apartment bedrooms clean and sitting room and sofas lovely strong air con TV with lots of channels and a digital interface with Netflix and other internet based apps. A 20 minute drive from the main Hoceima so will need a car/taxi.

Installing a lift may help older guests as the stairs can be a struggle if on 2nd/3rd floor.

Wonderful staying

M. jawad was very professional. He called us day before our arrival and send us the location. Everything was clean, it was secure for us and for our car. He was available and gave us every single information we needed. The place was very near to sfiha beach and 10 minutes to elhouceima city. Many good things to say, we highly recommand Royal Rif and M. Jawad
