Excellent location, beach overvyhe promenade, Old Style but renovated byilding with modern tenchologies implemented. Excellent breakfast- individually served , made from local bio products, superior service and personal attitude.

Ich habe vom Bett aus, aufs Meer gesehen. Altes Gebäude, modern saniert. Frühstück kostet 18 EUR/Pers, war es aber auf jeden Fall wert. Alles frisch zubereitet, vom Inhaber persöhnlich.

Nichts, macht weiter so.

La atención personal y la ubicación, los desayunos fantásticos

Absolutamente me gustó todo, el desayuno espectacular y buenísimo todo, la mayoría de las cosas caseras ( por ejemplo la mermelada increíble). El personal súper serviciales, amables, atentos, cariñosos, educados, no podemos estar más contentos porque ha sido maravilloso tanto el trato como todas ls instalaciones, lo tienen decorado precioso,super acogedor, no tengo queja ninguna porque todo ha sido perfecto, muchísimas gracias a Berta, Unai e Irati, sois maravillosos!!!

la situation de l’hôtel, la propreté de la chambre, la rénovation de l’hôtel avec goût, l’accueil du personnel et surtout le petit déjeuner. Les produits sont frais, locaux, le petit déjeuner est très copieux et servi avec beaucoup d’attention par Unai. La salle est magnifique et donne sur l’ocean. Nous nous sommes régalés.

Prime location, just in front of the beach - You can sleep by listening to the waves. Staff is super friendly and will adapt to any specific requirements you have. Special mention to the guy that works there, he is super friendly and respectful. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name. Breakfast is also top quality.

Amazing location - right on the promenade and metres from the beach. It was a beautifully renovated house with incredible views, the staff were very helpful and gave great suggestions for restaurants and helped us to book places. Rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and included local and home-made produce.

Location was excellent, in front of the beach. I went to hike the “Ermita de San Juan de Gaztelugatxe” and the bus was just behind the hotel. The next day I went to Bilbao and the bus stop was also behind the hotel. You have to bus choices and runs every 30 minutes. There is a choice of 2 buses, one ending in 17 which takes you all around the area and a fastest one ending in 18. Staff was very nice, helpful and attentive.

I liked everything

Right on the beach! Our small but perfect for us room even had a little window that looked straight on the beach. Bus from Bilbao is only about 30 minutes. They are renovating the whole place and adding on several apartments, we hope to return and rent one of those someday. Very friendly staff, Spanish people are so nice. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment but the dining area was very inviting. Note! if going to go to Gaztelugaxte to walk out to the castle, be sure to book your time slot/tickets way ahead of time as it sells out! Only a 10 minute bus ride from Hotel Arimune.

The house creaks as people walk around but not to the point of annoyance, didn't disturb us at all. Also, it can rain rather often so be prepared, we just didn't know his about northern Spain.

Very friendly staff. Hotel is right on the seafront which has a lovely beach. Breakfast was amazing- lots of choice- all local and organic.

No tea/ coffee facilities in the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations on places to dine and visit. Breakfast was delicious and we especially liked the toast, tomato confit, and jamón. The fresh baked bread and pastries were also a treat!! Will definitely stay there again and recommend!

We truly loved it. The house has a beautiful soul and the location is extraordinary - as close to the ocean as it can get. The beach is right next to the building. The owner and the hosts are very friendly, kind and helpful. The area is captivating - a lot of breathtaking sights and soothing nature. The beach was not overly crowded. It was very clean and so was the water. Lovely dogs played with their owners at the beach all the time. Guess Basques love dogs and that love is mutually which is absolutely marvelous. The dogs are uniquely calm and cheerful. The waves are pretty good for surfing. Can't wait to visit Euskadi again.

Staff very nice and helpful.

The hotel was really noisy, appreciate it's an old building but you could hear every movement on the stairs, in the room next door and above. There was a funny smell in our room, really strong air freshener type smell - kept the window open for ages and it didn't go. Spent a while trying to find where it was coming from eventually discovered it was the throw on the bed - must have been doused with a spray to mask something. All of the lights in the room also randomly came on at 5.50am which wasn't great. We were there over Easter bank holiday so probably paid a premium but I expected for the price point the main terrace and restaurant would be open/available.

The decor was nice. From the outside the hotel doesn't look very nice but it is way better inside.
