About this cottage rental

Studland Road, Alum Chine; a great location for a lovely family holiday in a peaceful area not far from the beaches of Bournemouth and highstreet of Westbourne offering all local amenities. The apartment has a private entrance with stairs to the first floor, which offers a bright lounge with beautiful bay window and character fireplace. Kitchen with fitted units, integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher with access to private balcony via french doors. Utility room on the landing with washing machine. Also a double bedroom with bay windows and feature fireplace. The second floor hosts a good size master bedroom (with fitted wardrobe space) and second double/twin room - please select your zipbed option on the booking form. Family bathroom with W.C. sink and bath/shower combination. COVID-19 UPDATE: Cleaning is done as normal, as an exception to our ECO policies, we will use cleaning products containing disinfectants. Linen and towels are always washed at a minimum of 60 degrees. Off road parking space for small hatchback car, plus unrestricted parking on nearby residential roads (please note during the Summer period parking may be difficult). Complimentary WIFI. Complimentary cot. Highchair available at a surcharge. Please note there are three apartments available in the block next door should you require accommodation for up to 12 additional persons. This accommodation is strictly NON SMOKING and NO pets allowed. Please note - this accommodation is for families, couples and professionals only - we do not accept hen/stag parties and it is at the owners discretion to accept groups This property has a complimentary starter pack designed to welcome you to the property, and save a trip to shops on your arrival date – we recommend you take advantage of our Shopping Service should you require provisions to last throughout your stay; please enquire for more details on this service. Security Deposit Refundable deposit for the amount of £350.00 is taken with your balance payment; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A TRANSACTION in-case of any damages. Once the properties are checked by our housekeepers the monies are refunded within 5 days after your departure. It will take 5-7 working days to clear back into your account (time dependable on your bank) Added extras include: Shopping Service, Transfer Service, Pilates and Metafit Classes, Beach Huts. Cleaning Fee Applicable. Sunday Check-In: Please note, Sunday check in will require key postage or meet and greet services, surcharges applicable. Please call for more information. Lovely spacious flat with neutral interior. East Accra to local amenities and very close to Alum chine Beach. Lots of space for street parking. Nice location for a a family getaway
