Gyönyörű helyen lévő ház nagyon finom reggelivel

Nagyon rugalmasan alkalmazkodtak a változtatási igényünkhöz. Nagyon finom, bőséges és változatos volt a reggeli. Jobb, mint egy 4 csillagos hotelben.

Nem voltak beprogramozva a csatornák a TV-re.

Super herzliche Gastfamilie mit viel Liebe für ihre Gäste

Wir kamen erst um 22 Uhr in Berchtesgaden am Bahnhof an und waren gegen 22:30 Uhr am Haus Muhlengraben. Die Gastleute haben uns herzlich begrüßt und den Wohnwagen direkt an dem kleinen Gebirgsbach gezeigt. Inklusive Vorzelt war dort alles enthalten und gemütlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit viel Liebe und frischem Obst und Gemüse war richtig toll. Da wir von hier aus zu einer Hüttentour aufgebrochen sind, haben wir einen Teil unseres Gepäcks im Haus Mühlengraben aufbewahren lassen. Dieser Zusatzservice hat dem Aufenthalt die Krone aufgesetzt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen, wer etwas uriges, abseits der großen Touristenströme und mitten in der Natur, aber nu 2min von der nächsten Bushaltestelle entfernt sucht.

Für eine Zwischenübernachtung in Ordnung

Uns hat die sehr ruhige, ländliche Umgebung gefallen. Das leise Rauschen des kleinen, nahen Baches empfanden wir als wohltuend. In den Betten haben wir gut geschlafen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.

Das Haus liegt etwas versteckt und war nur mit einem Navigationsgerät zu finden. Etwas gestört hat der gewöhnungsbedürftige Geruch im Haus. Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas ungewöhnlich, das Frühstück ausreichend und liebevoll hergerichtet, dafür aber die aufgebackenen Brötchen vom Discounter nicht so ganz unser Fall.

Kleine Pension mit netten Betreibern

Die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich und geben sich viel Mühe. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge ins Berchtesgadener Land. Die Betten und Sanitäranlagen sind sauber. Beim Frühstück findet jeder etwas, dass ihm schmeckt. Das Haus und die Ausstattung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für diesen Preis absolut in Ordnung. Wir waren nur zum Schlafen dort und dafür reicht es alle Mal aus. Wir kommen sicher wieder

Wir stellen keinen hohen Anspruch an eine günstige Unterkunft. Was nur sehr schade war, die alten Bartschlösser machen viel Krach, wenn man nachts mal auf die externe Toilette möchte. Da kann man noch so leise sein, es funktioniert einfach nicht. Sonst haben wir nichts zu meckern. Es war schön.

Für Zwischenübernachtungen ohne gehobene Ansprüche super zu empfehlen

Urige Unterkunft in alter Mühle - entsprechende ältere Ausstattung, aber alles vorhanden, was man benöigt. Alles sauber. Sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber (sind aufgrund des Wetters vorzeitig gefahren, daher kam uns der Gastgeber preislich entgegen, topp). Sehr gutes Frühstück. Schöne, ruhige Lage. Unser Hund wurde freundlich aufgenommen.

Hidden gem

I was so lucky to stay here during my trip. It is very close to the national park, and the surrounding scenery is very outstanding. The owner is very kind, clean bedding, and the delicious breakfast is very good.

Very attractive family-run b&b in a very pastoral, scenic, quiet location 4 km from Ramsau. Very comfortable room. Very generous continental breakfast. Cozy decor. Private parking. Owners very friendly. No credit cards. Beautiful place to retreat and relax.

Good place and Service!

The bed was big and comfortable, with good water pressure, and the place is silent and close to nature, for hiking or exploring the landscape within your onward journey. The Breakfast was perfect. Very well presented, in nice and quiet settings. Perfect for those wanting to enjoy a good breakfast in a peaceful quiet environment. The Host was available, but it give me all the privacy and peace I needed.

There is a cat in the house and it seems, she pees on the carpet, when getting into the house it's noticeable, but inside the rooms with the door closed, I don't feel it. But I am sure the host will clean the carpet in a way that the next visitor will not have to experience this.

In overall, a very good value for money.

The bedroom was very nice, big enough with a small table and chairs. The breakfast was incredible!! There was a lot of choices, either in terms of drinks, salty and sweet stuff (boiled eggs, cakes, cereals, yoghurts, different breads, ham, cheese, fruits) ... in a nice room with original decoration. We really appreciated it.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the shower was totally blocked.

Great choice for this price with amazing breakfast

The room was clean and tidy, the host is really nice and speaks english pretty well. The breakfast was phenomenal. Overall, I would highly recommend.

We did not get any information of checking in but there was a phone number we could call. Maybe a short message on the door would be nice to let you know that you can go in and pick up the key. The room was a little cold but with the heating prices it is understandable for this price. (we just took a hot shower and it was fine)

Great location, very close to Hintersee and Zauber Wald. Free breakfast is a bonus. You would have amazing mountain view right from the room window.

Old property, looks like it hasn't been renovated in years. They collect the booking amount in cash which is a bit absurd. There should be an option for card payment.

Good value and location

The breakfast was pretty good, a lot of variety, the breakfast room was a bit small but overall, the breakfast was good. We didn't however care to be locked in a a very specific time that we had to choose to eat our breakfast i.e., either 8, 9 or 10 o'clock no time in between without exceptions.

The heating situation was not good, the room was very cold every morning as the heater did not start to come on until after 8 in the morning, and it was the same situation with the shower. The heating situation and shower was repeated every evening when we returned to the room at 5PM it was cold and took some time to warm, but the shower never warmed. Also, the toilet seat would not remain up by itself as I had to use one hand to hold it up.

Great location to visit Ramsau, Hintersee and other interesting places near Berchtesgaden too. Peaceful atmosphere in between mountains and next to a river. Nice breakfast. Great value for money. Big room.

The owners English wasn´t great but we could understand each other properly. It was confusing to have to pay half of the money by bank transfer before arriving. But I suppose it´s the only way they have to be sure that the guests won´t cancel and they may not be able to get it by card. Booking.com should clarify this before people book the room.

Very friendly owner, pets were welcome. Beautiful local house with special atmosphere. Awesome breakfast. Room was large and clean. Great value for money.

Mattresses were a bit too soft for our liking. Place might not be for everyone - it's a bit like staying at your grandparents, definitely not a hotel but this was to be expected.

Stunning location and a guest house that might be rough around the edges but is packed full of charm

I arrived, the owner showed me my room and said “there’s beer in the fridge downstairs you can help yourself” wasn’t drinking that night but what is there not to like about that? 😃 The location was stunning and the breakfast was good for the price for the price of the room. This place is what it is, you wont get 5* luxury but you will get 5* charm!
