Fabuleux.

La chambre, le cadre, l'apéritif à l'extérieur, le petit déjeuner, la piscine, tout était agréable. Nous avons séjourner dans le cadre de notre week-end de mariage, la préparation s'est faite à l'hôtel et nous avons pu partager, mes témoins et moi-même un très bon moment.

La climatisation n'était pas assez forte. Tout le reste était parfait.

Beautiful hotel and location!

wonderful location and the hotel is impeccably designed. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Walk along the sea was great!

We had to open the window during the night to get some air and there was noise from the traffic. I don't think one should pay for parking in a hotel such a this. The rooms are already dear.

Une petite chambre avec un lit de 140 cms, pour un quatre étoiles, je trouve que ce n'est pas acceptable. Tête de lit en plastique, salle de bains avec des traces au sol et lavabo presque bouché. Déco des communs récente et plutôt luxueuse mais sans âme. Hôtel éloigné du centre. Lit dur et oreillers synthétiques

Very comfortable, extremely clean, great location, great staff.

Friendly, polite, Efficient staff. Extremely clean property. Lift. Pleasant walk to centre. We were lucky to get two of the more comfortable Sun loungers each day of our stay.

We have travelled all over the world so have experienced lots of different suites and rooms, deluxe, premium, etc They have ranged in quality depending on where you are in the world. These rooms are extremely clean, comfortable rooms, but the standard of rooms for the price you pay in my opinion are quite expensive, but I suppose in this case it’s the price you pay for the South of France. You are also paying for the use of a pool which is actually quite basic, nothing luxurious about the pool.

Magnificient villa, perfect location in Menton

We liked Menton very much and Villa Genesis made our stay just perfect. We were welcomed by friendly and professional staff. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Pool at the property opened all day long till late night. Parking. Drinks at the bar upon return from day trips. There are also excellent breakfasts, which we skiped and not tasted, as prefered to swim at the sea followed with a cup of espresso and crossaint at the local street cafeteria. The Villa is definately recommended.

Minor comments - the building facade is highlited all night, which makes the building looks magnificient but also bright inside the room. Therefore window curtains have to be closed, which makes awakaning in the morning more difficult. The prices on booking.com vary a lot - sometimes the price offered is extremely high, which makes the stay off the value.

Very cold swimming pool in Aug!! Extremely detached and rude staff! Stained bed linen! When asked staff to change bed linen they simply gave me the new linen and asked me to do it MYSELF?!?! If I could speak to the owner of this place I would ask for a full refund!!!! Basically u either pay for the deluxe or YOU will BE up in the attic like us and well paying a hefty €950!!!!!!

Beautiful villa, great pool, wonderful staff. Perfect stay in Menton.

Loved the modern villa renovation. Really wonderful bar area, reception, pool, rooms. Very well decorated. Lovely friendly staff. 15 min walk into Menton. Easy & cheap bus to Monte Carlo.

Nothing. Only thing we would encourage to add is a waiter staff by the pool for drinks and snacks. We came into the bar a few times for this which was fine and drinks were lovely. However would be amazing if their was a pool staff every hour or so asking if we would like drinks and snacks as I’m sure most people would take you up on this.

Gorgeous hotel and lovely pool.

Beautiful hotel and the pool is stunning. Staff are lovely and very helpful.

Doesn’t have a restaurant or at least a snack menu or room service menu. Makes it quite hard if travelling with children as absolutely nothing to order. There are plenty of shops down the road but a bit of a walk.

Very friendly, positive and helpful staff. Nice breakfast and close to the ocean walk. OK walking distance to the city center and restaurants.

Very busy road outside. Very small rooms in the basement and no privacy between the rooms on the terrace outside. Could very easily have been done in a much cozier and nicer way. Not value for money.

The Villa itself is in exceptional shape, with a lot of charm. The staff was very helpful and the Villa allies old style with modernity perfectly. The pool is a good bonus with the little garden with drinks available a real treat. We just loved the stay there and we didn't want to go!

- The location directly on the beach is great. - The staff was very friendly. When we drove up, a friendly employee was already waiting there and helped us unload. - The breakfast was very good, the breakfast room is extremely impressive: marble, mirrors, stucco etc. - The building is also very pompous and impressive. - We were not satisfied with our room and immediately got a free upgrade to a much better room.

Superb

Very nice hotel. Clean, newly renovated, very quiet and soundproof room. The staff was very helpful, rich breakfast. The only point is that for a room price of 300 Euro/night one would expect at least a chair in the room: In the room, there is only the bed and a very small and narrow cosmetic table without even a small stool. If you want to work you must sit on the bed and move the table to the bed.....
