I stayed for 3 nights, the price and being near the harbour is excellent for a quick trip (make sure your boat isn't going to the north harbour like mine did 😆).
The room was comfortable, other than not having hot water for the shower (the people that have written reviews about showers not being cold enough should be happy here). There is a shortcut to the main street that is open during the day.
I didn't get to know anyone here because I was diving or out somewhere most of the time, but everyone seemed nice. There is a fill for water bottles and food around the corner.
I read the warnings about the mosque wake-up and thought it would be fine... 4am and 6am got to me after a while. On the bright side, it made sure I was awake to wake to the northern beach for the sunrise at 6am (the walk is only 15-20 minutes and the sunrise there is worth it)
I guess not having warm or hot water is a normal thing to the area (I was not aware) and I saw reviews on it, but I enjoyed the outside shower after diving more because it was warmer with still only having cold supply. If you like ice baths and cold water you should be happy.

Garden Is very nice, good to relax
It is close to the harbour
It is clean
You should expect at least 50 minutes driving to reach the best beaches
Google Maps does not know the correct entrance, so pretty difficult to find: just watch street signals
No hot shower, like so many other houses. So, not really a minus

Simple...with all basic needs, responsive staff

Location was convenient, room basic but big enough and clean, bed sheets smell good.
The valuable advantage was free drinking water refill + drinking water stove provides hot water for tea, also shampoo and body shampoo in the shower.
Kitchen for guests has a gas stove which is convenient place to cook eggs purchased in the house store. However countertop for making a bigger meal is quite small.
There are 6 rooms door-to-door in this one store building, 2 chairs for each room in the front terrace to enjoy clean-cut and cozy garden. Despite many rooms, our night was quiet, only sounds from the mosque is distarbingly loud.
It was raining cats and dogs during our stay night, and the room floor was wet due to ceiling leaking, luckily bed remained dry.
The property is nice and clean, however sadly the long walking around path to the property is exceptional messy - piles of plastic bottles, it seems you need to swim through the jungle of plastic sea to get to this tidy island. Keep your surroundings clean is a huge progressive attitude - I wish it gets better soon!
It's very personal attitude but the window is too small for me to spend more nights in this property. When you are travelling for months it turns to be important you search cozy longer stay&rest(remote work) in the room instead of just sleep&go. Despite, kitchen facilities provide an idea to stay longer.
Later for even less price we luckily found a brand new individual hill cottage in nearby, so in comparison it might raise a doubt was it worth to spend a night here. I guess it depends on availability of the neighborhood, and the whole vibe you prefer.

Very nice and cozy little Homestay with terrace and a garden! The staff just incredible, super friendly and helpful! The rooms are simple but nice! The location just 3 minutes walk from the Toyapakeh harbour! Highly recommend to visit this cozy, nice and good vibes Homestay!
Only one thing - it’s a mosque not far from, sometimes you can hear the prayer.

For the price, I don't think you can find anything better. I think my friend and I paid about USD$15 for the two of us for two nights! The room is basic, but the location is good - super close to the ferry terminal, which is convenient - and relatively clean and spacious.
Nobody at the place speaks a word of English, except for the owner who usually isn't around, which makes communication really difficult. We rented motorcycles from the place and within ten minutes, the tire on my friend's bike burst, so we had to get it replaced. When we tried to get the owner to reimburse us for the cost, he went on an angry tirade about how we were cheating him. But it was so hard to communicate with him that I'm not really sure what the issue was about or that he understood us. He also exploded when we asked him to fill up the shampoo and soap dispensers in the room, which were empty. I'm not sure why he got so angry, as I don't think this was an unreasonable request - again, it probably boils down to a misunderstanding. He also promised to drive us to the ferry terminal when we were leaving, and then 30 minutes before we had to go, he disappeared, and didn't pick up his phone or respond to any of my messages. And because the staff don't speak any English, they couldn't understand what we needed. We almost missed our ferry back to Sanur because of this! :(
The place is fine for the cost, but keep in mind that communication with the staff is impossible, and the owner is a little strange.

Staff was really nice. Place was clean and has mosquito net. Do not worry about the fan, at night is chilly (at least now in September).
There are two ways to enter the hotel: one is through the shop and the other is go round a neighborhood (you'll understand once you go there) I added the real location on maps.me it's next to yudi guesthouse!
2min you have the port to go Nusa Lembomgan and where you arrive from Bali. Be aware that now tourists have to pay 25k for enter Nusa Penida. Is not explained anywhere so if you are stopped in the ferry by some people it is normal...
It can be little bit hard to find as there is no hotel signal in the street. You have to enter through a shop.
