Alright

Good location. Friendly staff. 24h reception.

I had a single-room which was in the basement floor which I didn't expect. Almost no day-light. I understand that is economy-single room but It was roomless and tight even for one. So if you have a big luggage like me it won't be a good choice. Also you can hear and feel when subway is going underground the building.

Comodo hotel situato in pieno centro, staff veramente cordiale e disponibile. Le camere, se pur non grandissime, cono comode e pulite, La connessione WiFi funziona correttamente. Il parcheggio sul retro offre alcuni posti auto.

La camera sulla strada, al piano terra, purtroppo risulta rumorosa. La finestra, con l'ampia vetrata da proprio sul marciapiede per cui la privacy non è delle migliori.

The room in the basement

The hotel is clean and has all the basics for a comfy short stay

I was given a room in the basement. The room itself was ok, but for this money a bit earlier I've rented an entire apartment in a new residential complex in the center of Yerevan.

Comfortable hotel in the city center

Small nice hotel, great location (10 min to the all places of interest). Very comfortable beds, good AC, even our window faced the busy street, it was quite enough inside. I slept very well here. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend this place.

Great for short stay - highly recommended

Great location in the heart of Yerevan with tidy rooms

Location is excellent and staff is friendly and attentive. Everything was clean and in good shape. Room was quiet; I didn't hear much outside noise. Staff also helped me arrange a day trip tour to see Lake Sevan, Galeti, and Geghard Monastery

I didn't realize that some of the rooms, including mine, are basement level and have only a small clerestory window for light.

Very convenient location

Convenient location, helpful staff, the room was modern and warm. Interesting design of the room with practical convenience (we appreciated a lot 2 wardrobes that gave a possibility to store ourside jackets and shoes separately from other clothes)

From the description it was not clear that the room would be on the underground floor with a very small window just below the ceiling. For us it was not a problem, but for someone it might be. When we arrived the towels and one blanket cover in our room were wet. The receptionist tried to solve the issue but he barely knew the difference between a blanket cover and bed sheets. He provided us with some permanent solution and we decided to leave this issue for the next day (we arrived late at night), when it was resolved during the cleaning service without our reminder. Also, it looked like the quality of cleaning could vary a lot: when we checked-in there was even some sugar left by previous guests on the table in our room. The next day everything was perfectly clean.
