It was clean, spacious and lovely surroundings
Breakfast a little limited. But more so, because I am a solo traveller, I would have preferred to come back to the hotel in the evenings, to relax at the bar. But it appeared empty most nights with no-one around
Also, although the room was a lovely space. No glasses or cups to drink from. No kettle or equipment to make a snack. No plates.
4.5
The pool was very clean but didn't open until mid morning. The room was of a good size with a separate bedroom. Breakfast was very monotonous, but okay for a short period.
The room was clean and the lady who serviced it was very good.
The room had two small balconies.
Restaurants and small supermarket nearby.
There are no mosquito screens on the windows or doors to the balcony. Thankfully the air con unit was in the lounge area, so could be used overnight. Normally I won't use AC as it affects my chest and you don't acclimatise.
The accommodation was originally built for self catering, but the cooking area had been boxed in. But there is a fridge.
There was a notice forbidding any food or drinks to be brought into the accommodation from outside.

The Host! Great person, very very nice.
Generally a good place to go!
Not so clear the restaurant menù

Our room was spacious, light and airy, well laid out, with two balconies to enjoy the mountain views. It's off the main road and a few streets back from the really crowded tourist areas, so is very quiet and private.
The room was spotless, the pool was clear and clean and the entire complex was immaculate.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
We would highly recommend this place, and would have stayed longer if we could have.

Cheap hotel room at 19 USD for a night.
I recently stayed at Hotel Nilsu and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. While the price of 18 euros per night is cheap, the hotel has several issues. The wifi is terrible, making it difficult to connect to the internet. Additionally, the water temperature was almost lukewarm, making it difficult to take a comfortable shower. To make matters worse, the hotel charges for tea and coffee, which is unusual since most hotels offer this for free. We were charged 180 TL for about 8 cups of tea/coffee upon check out. Lastly, the hotel is located far from town and is not walkable. I would suggest finding a different hotel with better amenities and a more convenient location.

Very clean, quick and smooth check in, good value for the money, quiet surroundings, restaurants and shops nearby
Poor internet connection in our room, a bit far from the center

We liked so much and we decided to stay one more night. Very clean, quick and smooth check in, good value for the money, quiet surroundings, restaurants and shops nearby
Poor internet connection in our room, a bit far from the center. No hot water in the morning.

Nice and clean rooms, with balconies. It gets a bit cold in the bedroom (we stayed in May) but if you turn on the AC in the living room, gets cozy pretty fast.

Room was big and bed comfy. Lots of parking at property.
Bathroom not clean

I stayed in this hotel for 10days to do paragliding and hiking. Location is 10min walk to the main street. I had 2 balconies and view was great. 50 lira for laundry. A lot of cats you can pet.
It was cold at night sometimes. AC was not strong enough to make room warm. Had to put bottles with hot water under the blanket. Hot water in shower is only powered by sun.

Clean quiet and cozy with nice hot water
Very nice and professional staff
Will definitely visit again
Wifi wasn’t working but that was ok as I was on mobile internet

nothing
may be the moment i checked out
very bad unfriendly staff treating you as enemy, they did they best to make you unhappy refuse to to anything you ask for even with payment bad clean , we asked them to just give us tools to clean by ourselves they refused and asked us in bad way to complain to booking
uppermost room should not use for accomodation , actually roof is a part of smoke removal and very low ,we had many head strikes while walking in at as it is very low
very bad quality and quanetity of food
after checkout while we are waiting our car , they closed all publib toilets and refused to open one for us , we went rooming in nearby hotels asking them to use toilets

nothing
There is no hospitality from all the stuff in the hotel
Bathrooms with no shampoo, shower gel or any other needed stuff.
Cats and flies are every where in the restaurant
The furnitures’finishing in the restaurant is very poor affecting our skin and valuable clothes
House keeping is not on demand
It is according to a schedule belongs to them !!!!!
No porters and you have to carry all your luggage by your self to your room which might be on the third floor !!!! And of course there is no elevator!!!!!
No kettle in the room
Coffee in the restaurant is of very poor quality
No towels offered in the pool area and towels in rooms are not allowed to be used even in the pool area
On brief, it is a suitable place that only offered you a bed to sleep no more!!!!!!
The pool is good

Amazing value for money, great for a stop over. Pool area looked nice and relaxing, it wasn't really the season for us to use it though. Really quiet room, about 10 minutes walk away from the main street.
Bed wasn't very comfortable, felt old and had some hard areas in it, perhaps springs. That may have just been our room though.
4.5
Very clean and modern, big room/flat for a very affordable price
Breakfast is minimal, better to have it outside
Mattress was a quite hard
But again, for the price it's a real bargain

The room was clean and big as was the pool area. Nice breakfast. They provided us with a pack of bottled water during our stay( no extra charge)
although it was clean, we stayed on the first floor and we had small ants problem, but they cleaned the room so the problem was fixed :)

Staff was kind and they always tried to solve the problems. Free parking in front of hotel. Nice pool.
Hotel looks better on photos than in reality. The equipment is outdated and the matracce is not very comfortable. First day there was problem with hot water. The choice for the breakfast is limited and it was the same for all week. Wifi signal is OK but the Internet itselfs is not very stable.
4.5
clean, spacious , and our apartment had lovely view and balcony’s over the pool.
the air conditioning unit being in the other room not the bedroom. this would be ok in most months but not in August. Thinking about it now we should of asked if they had a fan.

We enjoyed our two day stay in hotel NilSu. Host was very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is located in quiet part of Oludeniz, with easy main road access. Parking was available in front of the hotel.
We had halfboard and was very satisfied with our meals.
Sidenote: if you are 185+ cm tall top floor apartment might not be suitable for you due to low ceiling (my wife 155 cm had no issues).
2.0
nothing . reception stinks with cigarets .
room with poor facilities . no shampoo.
breakfast and dinner were the worst.
food were poor quality.
food with no taste.
however, owner help themselves differently
despite half-board, kids eat out side the hotel .
far from centre . definitely need car.
3.5
There is not even a glass in the room, from which you can drink water. (And in a campsite you have more things.) The bathroom was constantly flooded. The breakfast contains very poor quality products.
3.5
cleanliness & quietness
basic breakfast but understandable for the price & location was a bit of a walk from main road but benefit of this is the quietness away from the riff raff
