Good area, the host really nice person

Rented the entire property with a group for the NORRA 500. Was perfect for us. Spacious and clean.

The owner and the host are nice and helpful. The host was waiting for us as we get there. She walked us through everything. She even texted and make sure we are safe during the lockout events. We strongly recommend this property to anyone, who is looking for the vacation home.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at the property. We had enough beds for everyone to sleep (9 people) and I really liked how the property was gated. The host was always quick to respond to my messages. I highly recommend this property.

The house is not private. There is two homes in the same lot, you dont get the privacy or the whole parking to yourself, you have to share. The house was not very clean. The bathroom had hairs and was dusty. At least the bathroom should have been deep cleaned. There is also no central AC just a small one in the livingroom.

Best home in Ensenada to rent the property is beautiful and a lot of space

I picked this property because of the locked compound. It was perfect to keep or two racecars/ trailers and tow rigs inside. There were enough beds for the entire team. Clean and comfortable. I would book this again …

The home was very clean and spacious. We had a great host that was attentive and always easy to get in contact with, professional young lady. My children felt comfortable and we would definitely come back. Thank you for your hospitality.

The place was clean and centric to go anywhere

Matresses are really comfortable 3 rooms 6 beds it has an LG ac unit and work out great the whole time. I really enjoy our staying without any problems at all

Good place for a family. Close to downtown. All necesities are in the house. Good for children.

The mattresses were very comfortable better than a hotel. Very spacious, clean and affordable. The only problem about the house was that it is only one bathroom, no a big problem for me but for groups of 5 and more it will be. To find the place it is a bit difficult because most of the streets in the are do not have signs with their names, but it is close to downtown.

Right from the start Margarita and I kept in contact, answered all of my questions and kept me well informed. Welcomed us as soon as we arrived to her home and did a walk through of the house and how everything worked. The house was well organized, clean and had a lot of space. I loved that it was gated so we felt very secure and we were very happy it wasn’t too far away from our activities we had in place. The home is great for the price in my opinion. I think the only suggestions I would give would be to maybe spray bug killer around the exterior and interior of the home, it wasn’t bad but it would help and also maybe getting rid of the dirt lot, I’m my opinion I don’t like feeling like we are bringing dirt inside and it doesn’t feel clean taking a shower then stepping outside on the dirt. Other wise everything was so great and Margarita is such a wonderful person who is very helpful and easy to work with. I would most definitely stay here again. Thank You Margarita!

This property was perfect for my family and economical as we were traveling south to La Bufadora. I travel with my four teenage grandchildren and my daughter. Hotels are too expensive because we need multiple rooms. This property fit us perfectly. Everyone had their own beds. It was newly remodeled and was exceptionally clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The property manager was very helpful too. There is Wi-fi and cable tv and chromecast. The A/C worked quite well. It is located in a residential area in the southeast part of Ensenada, and was tricky to find as our cellphones were not working: a detailed map of Ensenada entire would have helped. Many streets have no street signs at intersections. It would have been easier if we had approached during daylight. But it is all part of the adventure! Caution: if you are not comfortable with a neighborhood that has bars on the windows and barbed wire on the fences, this is not for you. If you are looking for a view, this is not for you. If you have very young children this is not for you as there are exposed outlets.

LA casa esta muy limpia y grande el area es tranquila. La propiedad es ideal para grupos de 6 a 8 personas. Y una estadia de 3 dias o mas. Gracias Aurora por su ayuda.

Great interior, nice set up for 5-10 people, awesome secure parking. Margarita was very attentive and accommodating, would definitely stay here again.

We are very happy to say that our stay was very comfortable quite and we felt very safe the house was very clean and well stocked with all the basics when we decide to go to ensenada again we definitely want to stay there again.Our host and her Niece were very very nice to us and very helpful with any questions we had. I want to thank booth of them for everything.

Fenomenal

The house was comfortable and spacious, clean and gated, we felt safe and at home. Margarita is a good host and patiently provided instructions on how to arrive. The house is far enough from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area but close enough to be there quickly if you wanted.

Good: roomy house, lots of sleeping space, quality beds and furniture. Large comfortable common areas. A full, well equipped kitchen. The property managers were great, helpful and professional. Bad: the location was not only miles away from the beaches, restaurants, and tourist areas, it was so sketchy that our Uber drivers were all "really?" When they picked up or dropped off. The hot water was very difficult to control, alternating every few seconds from icy to scalding. I wish I could attach photos to the review, it would give a very different impression.

My partner and I stayed here for two nights traveling up from San Felipe with a truck full of camping gear. It was wonderful to have a large, private gated yard to park in. Our dogs could run around and not get loose. The home is efficiently stocked with the basics, is very, very clean and the neighborhood is quiet. It’s a great place to go for a walk around the block and feel like you are part of a community. Downtown and all the fun at the malecon is a short, easy drive. I would love to come back and stay again. Margarita is a great host, prompt with answers and willing to do what she can to make it easy. Finding the house was not a problem with her very thorough directions, thank you again, we loved it! So much more comfortable than a hotel.

This house is exactly what we needed for a trip down to Ensenada for the Baja 1000. It’s got everything you could want. It’s a little ways out from downtown, but Uber rubs here so no biggie. It’s not fancy, but it’s priced just right.

We had a group of 5 women on a short term mission to the Ensenada area. We distributed school scholarships to low income children for families to be able to buy uniforms and supplies for school. We had a lot of administrative work to do and used our laptops and printers. The internet connection was perfect the whole time. The house stayed cool with open windows and fans. We felt very secure with the locked gate and the driveway accommodated our 12 passenger van. The owner was very responsive with our questions ahead of our stay and during the time we were there. The house was perfect for our needs.

Gps led us to the wrong house (opposite side of street) called margarita she answered her phone right away and helped us out. Very nice house nice quiet neighborhood felt very safe slept with the windows open nice cool breeze beds were very comfortable will the house is close to town and the tourists areas will stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. We were just 3 people, but the house can host 10 people. It was very clean and comfortable place! The manager was very nice and accommodating.
