Great location and A/C worked great.

The location was very convenient in the heart of Manarola, just a short walk to the train and the Cinque Terre hiking trails
The room was subpar. It did have an AC, which was great, but the fridge was incredibly noisy, the walls were thin & neighbors noisy, the details were unfinished. In short, it felt like a 2 star hotel. Fine for budget travelers.

i accidentally left quite a lot of cash at the property and I constantly contacted the owner who assured me she would pay pal the amount over to me. she did not!!!

The location is great! Everything is close, but the apartment is still quiet. The owners left us a bottle of wine which was a very nice touch. The room is really spacious and it's a great place to hide during the heat hours.
The kitchen is close to non-existent and the bathroom could be renovated, but still a nice place to stay for a few days.

The owner responded quickly to all my questions and gave me directions to get there, she was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, very spacious and had a nice little balcony to have breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. Great location, only 2 min walk from the train station but far enough to avoid the noisy town center. Great fresh pasta place next door with homemade tiramisu and fresh fruit.
Everything was good.

Good location, nice balcony, beds comfortable (although one broke, but they came and repaired), wifi fine
It was a bit basic given the price. We are ok with basic and ok to pay for quality, but we felt paid too much for a fairly basic room with limited amenities. bed covers thin nylon and had small holes in them, only 4 pillows for 4 people, could have a little more in the kitchen such as a toaster and a double adaptor so the water can be boiled on top of the fridge rather than the floor. Bowls were dirty, no light in the upper kitchen very limited cutlery.

The suite was comfortable, spacious, and easy to find. Our host was attentive and responsive. She even left us a welcome gift.

Comfortable bed, air conditioning, balcony, refrigerator. It was comfortable. Had basic dishes and a bottle opener/wine opener for use. Also quite at night.
It is almost all the way up the hill but still convenient as it’s located just off the main street, straight up the hill from the tunnel to the train station. There are small broken items that could be fixed with a screw driver (shower handle), box hanging on wall by door, etc. My check-in wasn’t as expected. When I messaged from town I was asked which room is reserved. The housekeeper greeted me. She was very kind but did not speak any English which was a bit frustrating but we managed. It is the less “bang for the buck" for the money spent of the five villages (I’m staying a night in each), most with water views (this one was in the opposite direction of the water, about a 10 minute walk). It was almost the same price I paid for a five star in Rapallo and almost double what I paid in Riomaggiore and even more than in Vernaza for a better location and nicer room.
