Une très belle semaine...mais quelques couacs !
Belle maison confortable, heureusement avec la climatisation et une piscine très appréciable, même si quelques points négatifs anormaux ont besoin d'être énoncés pour une location d'un tel standing : l'annonce est imprécise quant à l'état insalubre des vélos (rouillés, toiles d'araignée, pas d'éclairage et pneu dégonflé). Ils dépannent bien juste pour aller au port ! La cafetière n'avait pas été nettoyée à notre arrivée. Les produits d'entretien sont quasi inexistants, papier toilette, produit vaisselle, c'est un strict minimum ! Le spot de la piscine est resté H.S toute la semaine malgré l'intervention de la conciergerie, dommage pour les photos ! Surprise aussi à notre arrivée, la salle de bain avec baignoire n'est pas disponible (annonce imprécise). Point important qui n'est pas mentionné clairement dans l'annonce sur la présence d'un lit superposé (aucune photo). Réception wifi de mauvaise qualité. Pour nos yeux et nos oreilles, le store de la terrasse manque d'entretien et de graissage. Quelques améliorations à apporter sur la rénovation voire le renouvellement de certains équipements extérieurs. Côté pratique, une desserte à côté du barbecue serait un plus, et quatre transats, c'est insuffisant quand on est 6 ! En somme, une location de vacances hors-saison (début juin) un peu trop chère pour les prestations proposées.

Excellent séjour à Saint Cyprien
La maison est très bien située à quelques centaines de mètres de la plage et de la promenade du bord de mer jusqu'au port.
L'environnement est calme et les commerces de bouche se trouvent à proximité.
Nous avons apprécié les nombreux équipements de la maison, le confort de la literie et surtout les 5 vélos pour les balades aux alentours.

Maison rassemblant tous les points positifs pour passer d’excellentes vacances : environnement très calme très proche de la plage, piscine dans un beau cadre fleuri, maison équipée au top, accès très facile à pied ou à vélo au port, aux restaurants et aux commerces. Propriétaire et service de conciergerie aux petits soins pour les hôtes.

A notre grande surprise, le propriétaire nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et nous a donné plein de conseils utiles ( adresses, restaurants, visites, etc ).

Als het kan, komen we terug. Prima en heel aardig ontvangen. Goede bedden. Rustige buurt. Toch op slechts 2 minuten van het strand. Winkel ook op 1 minuut. Fietsen zijn oud, maar prima voor de korte ritjes in St. Cyprien.

Eine schöne Ferienwoche
wir hatten das Ferienhaus vom 27-10bis 03.11.2018 für fünf Erwachsene und ein Kind angemietet. Das Ferienhaus entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Übergabe zum Ende der Ferien war ohne Probleme. Wir können das Feriendomizil wirklich weiterempfehlen.

Une maison très agréable, avec une piscine vraiment bien conçue. Ce séjour a été un régal, on s'y sent bien, la maison est proche de la plage et des commerces ainsi que des promenades, on peut se balader partout même à pieds.
La maison elle même est fort jolie, le quartier est tranquille. Les animaux sont admis ce qui ne gâche rien vu que nous avons un chien. De plus le propriétaire et les intendants sont charmants et très accueillants, si on a un problème dans la maison ils interviennent rapidement (le volet de la piscine s'était coincé, nous les avons appelés et c'était réparé dans la journée, ils sont vraiment efficaces et attentifs au bien-être des locataires).
Le séjour a été une vraie détente, on se ressource très bien dans cette maison, et Saint Cyprien est un endroit très agréable également, idéalement situé entre Perpignan et Collioure... Enfin, le pays Catalan est vraiment un beau pays !!!!
Nous avons passé un très bon moment et nous reviendrons sans hésiter dès que possible !!!

un petit coin de Paradis pour des vacances inoubliables
nous avons passé en famille une semaine magnifique dans une maison superbement bien équipée 5 etoiles avec sa formidable piscine chauffée à 29 °, sa grande terrasse et son jardin clos .
Tout le confort est là , la literie est confortable , l interieur de la maison est vraiment arrangé avec gout ! on se croirait chez soi . Un pur bonheur .
les ecrans plats dans chaque chambre font le bonheur de tous pour le soir . A chacun son programme :)
Tout a été pensé ...meme plus je dirais . Tout est là rien ne manque .
Le plus du plus cette villa comme vacances !
Cette maison est super bien située , au calme à la fois et proche de tous commerces et de la plage . Les velos à disposition sont un plus .
Comme suggéré dans l annonce , nous avons fait la randonnée le Racou ( une beauté pour les yeux ! ) et à l arrivée la decouverte de Collioure et ses cafés restaurants .
Les proprietaires sont formidables , les personnes qui nous accueillent aussi

Une tres tres bonne adresse à conserver precieusement ou à recommander pour des vacances inoubliables !

maison très confortable dans une belle station balnéaire du pays catalan
Merci à Cyril pour la location de sa maison ; tout est prévu pour que vous passiez un séjour reposant et de rêve : piscine spacieuse chauffée en permanence à 29-30 ° , très beau jardin arboré , fleuri et très bien clôturé , sans vis à vis ,2 terrasses dont une avec barbecue , 5 vélos à disposition et en bon état de marche , literie d' excellente qualité dans toutes les chambres parfaitement adaptée aux dos les plus fragiles , profusion de télévisions ( chambres , SAM , cuisine ) , climatisation en très bon état dans les chambres ( appréciables lors des températures caniculaires que nous avons subies) , et tout le confort moderne (2 lave linge et vaisselle , 2 réfrigérateurs , cafetière Nespresso .....Proximité réelle de la plage , et des commerces du centre de St Cyprien plage ( 200 à 300 m ); surtout ne pas rater la boucherie du centre chez Pipinette ( viande maturée d' Aubrac entre autre et excellents plats cuisinés ) et juste en face un marchand de fruits et légumes du Roussillon ! pas de produit espagnol avec d' excellents vins locaux ; ce petit commerce vient d' être repris pas un couple de jeunes Alsaciens qui mérite vraiment de travailler pour pérenniser leur commerce et soutenir les producteurs locaux ..très bonne boulangerie artisanale aussi à proximité
Par ailleurs la maison se situe dans un quartier pavillonnaire résidentiel , très calme
Vous êtes accueillis par Caroline qui est d' une gentillesse extrême et toujours prête avec son mari à vous dépanner avec compétence et très rapidement dès que vous avez le moindre souci dans la maison ( nous avons pu le vérifier ).Elle se tient aussi à votre disposition pour vous organiser des sorties en mer par ex ou vous conseiller sur tel ou tel lieu à visiter ou sur un restaurant à essayer , ou balade pédestre ..
Bref notre séjour n ' a été que du bonheur .Une petite demande à Cyril pour atteindre le top des top niveaux : la clim au RDC serait bienvenue en cas de très fortes chaleurs ce qui est souvent le cas dans ce coin de France ...
De toute manière , si Cyril veut bien de nous , nous reviendrons très vite !!!!!

Super séjour!!
Séjour très agréable en famille (avec 3 enfants) avec un temps presque estival pour cette fin de mois d'octobre. L'acceuil est trés convivial, Laurence reste disponible tout au long du séjour pour répondre aux besoins ou solutionner les petits soucis....Le confort est irréprochable, la piscine est réellement chauffée ( près de 30°). La mise à disposition des vélos et un atout supplémentaire pour les balades et les courses quotidiennes.
En résumé difficile d'être déçu, tout y est pour passer de bonnes vacances.

The house was lovely, well located and well equipped. The property wasn't cheap and there is a VERY large deposit to be paid at the beginning of your stay to the owners agent. She gives you a brief tour of the property and opens the pool to demonstrate how it works - we used the pool 4 times during our stay. At the end of the stay the agent returns and does a property inspection. Her first port of call was the pool cover clip which she then announced was broken and we had done it - We found the clip to be broken the first time we used the pool but as it had no effect on our use of the pool thought no more about it!! To cut a long story short we left the property €50 worse off!
If you stay here ensure you have checked the house well when you arrive and be aware how vulnerable your deposit is.
We would have returned to the property as we visit the area on a regular basis and would have recommended it to friends who do similar, however unfortunately this won't be the case as being called liars by both the agent and the owners left a bad feeling with us!!!!!

The heated swimming pool was a welcome relief from the very warm, Autumn, afternoon sun We know this area well so we came to relax but if you are looking for sport activities, this place has it In abundance. Every water sport you can think of plus waterparks, equestrian centres, Golf courses, paragliding, cycling, Diving, Fishing. There are some good seafood restaurants, at the port, plus plenty of restaurants and amenities, close to the property. However, there are loads of brilliant local markets, virtually on any day of the week, so if you like to cook the local fresh produce, you will find everything you'll require, close by. The cooking facilities in the villa are excellent with two kitchens and fridges plus plenty of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. This location is a great base for exploring the Pyrenees-Orientales region and I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends or family. I look forward to going back again soon.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine en basse saison. Secteur très calme. Mon mari et mes enfants (10 et 14 ans) ont profité de la piscine chauffée même au mois de mars ! avec une eau à 19° qui aurait peut être méritée d'être 2 à 3° au dessus, mais rien à redire sur cette magnifique maison. Vélos à disposition qui vous permettent de vous promener le long de la plage. L'accueil est excellent et la région est magnifique. A renouveler
