Lovely view, lots of space. Easy to drop off keys at end. Dishwasher was great.
A number of appliances did not work properly ( e.g. oven could not be reset after a blackout and did not operate; TV only got some the channels, waking machine did not work properly etc) and a request for assistance was ignored. A smell of damp throughout. Car space in garage too narrow for a larger car to access due to its location, so had to park on street. Would improve with wifi so one can look things up and potentially get a reply.

The apartment was very spacious. The ensuite bathroom was particularly large. Great location, an enjoyable short walk to town via the foreshore.
Tightness and difficult access of the available garage, so we parked on the street. The entry keys took a bit of working out as we weren’t given any instructions by the agents.

The location was good but very busy road outside and along the beachfront. Loved the big balcony and 2 bathrooms.
It needed much better information on how to actually get into the place. We struggled with keys for downstairs first door, then lift, then keys for door to apartment. No information on any of this. Also no information to say where the rubbish bins were hidden in little shed out front (key needed again). Garage was too hard to use and would have had problems getting car into its spot. Left it outside.

The view and location Plenty of room
Parking Access to individual paring spots under the building was very narrow I scrapped the bumper bar of my car so I then parked the car in the street

Great location. Near to the beaches and bowling club. Very secure with lock up garage.

Location was close to beach and Coastal walk. Port City Bowls Club was a five minute walk. City centre was five minute drive away.
They didn't have wifi. Underground car would be good for smaller cars but a struggle for SUVs
