Appartement spacieux et bien équipé à 10 min du centre

Appartement très confortable, idéal pour une petite famille. Les échanges avant notre arrivée étaient fluides, merci d’avoir préparer le lit bébé de notre fille !

Apartment with great location near city centre and beautiful terrace.

Location of the apartment is great, everything is near and can be reached by foot. The apartment has a beautiful terrace with the pool and a bunch of sunbeds.

The apartment wasn’t very clean, some of the dish was dirty and it had some weird stains on the floor. It looks a bit better on the pictures and isn’t renovated in a while.

Walking distance to all interesting attractions.

Procedures for booking and payment were a nightmare. Online functions for payment were non-functional. Online function for check-in was non-functional. Building entry is directly on busy street with no sidewalk and no place to stop and unload luggage. Everything in the apartment was cheap - low quality, not installed properly. Half the lightbulbs did not work.

Lovely apartment in a nice area of Seville, a short walk to the centre.

Room was good; modern with some character. Check-in was fast, easy and efficient. The location is right next to the bus services - and the centre can be reached on foot with an approximate 15 minute walk.

The Wi-Fi was poor. Worked fine for browsing, but if I'd remembered to bring my Firestick I doubt it would've allowed for streaming :)

Excellent, Beautiful Apartment located in the heart of Sevilla. A Must Visit for Sure !!!

Matachas is a wonderful property located very central to all the main/ famous sightseeing places, the restaurants and all the shopping streets. Everything was just a short walk with easy access to all your basic needs. Dunia was there to receive us and explained all the rules and regulations. She was very polite, helpful and kind. there is also an option to store your bags after checkout incase you have a late departure... On entering the apartment, you get an instant WOW factor as the apartment looks even more beautiful in person. all the amenities were available and our entire stay was very peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely book Matachas the next time we visit.

Great spot in Seville

The apartment is very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The beds are so comfortable. The hairdryer was not working and was replaced immediately. The roof terrace is lovely - a really tranquil place. The location is ideal. All the main attractions are walkable. I would highly recommend this apartment. 👌

Location, comfort, outside space...

Decor was a little 'tired' outside the apartment and would benefit from an update and redecoration...it was also very noisy on the downstairs apartment through the night.

Comfortable room in a great location

The room had a simple modern fit-out which made it feel clean, open and very comfortable. There was air conditioning which is appreciated in the heat. We found the washing machine very useful for doing our laundry.

The pool was very small and definitely isn’t a highlight at this property. This is a small detail but we were given too many shampoos and not enough body gels.

perfect for a short stay.

great location. not right in the middle of the tourist area but it’s not far to walk anywhere if you don’t mind a meander. Super clean, and the hosts were really responsive if we needed anything

the pool area. it’s a small pool, and the terrace is surrounded by other buildings so it’s pretty shady all afternoon. also a little tired looking eg. the sun loungers need an update

the only thing was there are no toilets at the pool, which is fine if your room is closer, but a bit of walk if not back to the room.

Very good

Very nice and comfortable appartement near the beautiful centre of Sevilla. After spending the whole day visiting the beautiful palaces and churches in the hot city a dive in the cool swimming pool at the roof was delicious.

great location, spacious, perfect stay for a full week

very minor things like spare bin bags as you have to do your own rubbish. otherwise the pool area doesn’t look as it does on the photos, it’s a little tired but useable and nice enough.
