Sijainti hyvä, hyvät sängyt, aamiainen perussettiä, mutta riittävä. Ilmastointi huoneessa hyvä, vaikkakin laite alkoi jossain vaiheessa tiputtaa vettä,taisi käydä hetken ylikierroksilla kuumuuden takia. Koodi kirjautuminen vaivatonta ja hissistä plussaa. Huone siisti, kuin myös kylppäri. Hyvä jääkaappi, joka myös jäähdytti eikä ollut vain koriste

Pihan/kadun siistijä tuli toisena yönä n.klo 4-5 siistimään hotellin aluetta jollain järkyttävän kovaäänisellä koneella, johon herättiin. Kaivattiin myös kaupungin karttaa ym.esitteitä hotellihuoneesta,toki löytyi sitten vanhasta kaupungista niitä

Hyvä sijainti, siisti huone, hyvä aamiainen.

Olisi ollut kiva, jos olisi ollut juomalasit. Onneksi oli laukun pohjalla tyhjä juomapullo, johon sai otettua vettä. Hissin opastetaulusta oli kehys rikki ja se raapaisi huppariin palkeenkielen.

good enough hotel for a 1 nigt stay

When you arrive in the evening there is no staff available. In case of problems you can call a number. We had a toilet that didn't flush. Took ages for someone to answer the phone We've stayed here before. Breakfast was even less appetyzing than the last time

great stay , location near bus station walking distance

the issue with registration , need to call the operator to get the code , hopefully hotel management improve this issue , it easy to get code via email.

Disappointing

Although they advertise 24/7 reception, there was none. We got only a door code that was activated at 4 p.m., which left us outside for 3 hours with our luggage, before we could start exploring the city. Also no possibility to go to the sauna.

Superb

I got in and out just by using the code, no need to queue in the reception or anything. Room was clean and the location of the hotel just perfect.

There were no instruction on how to use the sauna. I called reception and found out that it was under renovation - this information wasn't available either anywhere. Also I had troubles fitting my bicycle to the elevator.

Normal hotel with normal rooms. Nothing special.

Un manned reception. No restaurant function in hotel.

Quite low price, no nasty surprises

Perfect location; a spacious garage; breakfast available from very early on.

It's kind of a time-travel ... backwards.

Porvoo’s best location

location and size of room

the bathrooms needs renovation and change of windows to more silencing once as there was some sort of cars racing or drifting in front of the hotel and it was a bit difficult to sleep

a nice stay near Porvoo bus station. The hotel has a good breakfast option. The room was good for a single person

A hidden pearl in Porvoo

The AC was excellent, the room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast is good, however not wonderful or in any way exceptional as suggested by some reviewers. Location is also perfect, Porvoo is a small town.

Staff did their job but from some of the staffers a smile would be nice.

Older hotel, but clean and great location

Older hotel, but room was clean and spacious. Great location, right across the street from the bus terminal. Short walk to the river, lots of restaurants/shopping nearby.

Although using an actual key for the room was kind of charming, it wasn't as nice as having a room key card to easily stash into a wallet or something similar.

Superb

Hotel located excellent in center of town. We got a room to the park side, it was very quite. Breakfast buffet was good with a good selectin. And because we came with the bikes we could park them in the conference room (there was no other use bcause of corona). The room had air condition which was excellent after a long day on the bike in hot air.

Staff on reception is great, location, bed was comfortable, room big.

For 120 euros even in Finland we were hoping for a bit more. Bit better linens quality, but better towels quality, bit more modernized - e.g. there are zero outlets next to bed, bit better breakfast.
