The house was well stocked with anything you might need. Very comfort. Enjoyed the bikes and the hot tub. The location at the resort worked out well too. A perfect house for our family gathering.

This house was spacious for our extended family and it had a great layout. We had 5 families with a total of 14 people plus 2 infants. There was enough room for the children to have their space and the grownups to be able to visit. It was within short walking distance to the Village and the kids were excited to see all the deer and fawns. We enjoyed our visit and were happy to find kids bikes and adult bikes in the garage for our use.

The home is family friendly and family oriented. If you're looking for a place to stay for activities (hiking, biking, eating, exploring, etc.) this is definitely the place to stay. This home is just a walk across the street from the Village and a short drive or bike ride to the SHARC. This home includes passes for this area as well as bikes. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dinnerware/silverware, cookware, a Keurig and a coffee pot, cheese grater, the list goes on. TVs in every bedroom. Lots of bath towels and swim towels. A short walk to The Spa where my daughter, daughter-in-law and I booked massages and a facial. We enjoyed our time at The Spa. Book early. You will definitely have a wonderful time at this home as it has it all!

Great home for a large group with more than enough towels, bedding, kitchen supplies. Wonderful layout with 3 separate living room areas. Hot tub was a great temperature & appreciated all the SHARC passes. Highly recommend. Very convenient location too.

We had a wonderful family vacation! This home was perfect for us and exceeded our expectations.

The house is great!! It's within walking distance to the Village, which was nice since there were 8 of us and we didn't need to take 2 cars to go shopping or grab a bite to eat. The house has plenty of room for playing games, lounging, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We would definitely stay there again! The only issue we encountered is that the door access code did not work. We had to make a call to get the code to the lockbox.

The house is situated in an I deal location. The house is a little dated but very clean and comfortable. The host was also very communicative and I had no reasons to call them as everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

Home was overall a very nice home. Plenty of room and close to the village was a nice change of pace for quick trips to the store or for ice cream. Nice and roomy kitchen. Kids enjoyed the game room.

We just spent Thanksgiving in this wonderful home that is literally a stone's throw from the Village. It has the perfect combination of rooms to sleep grandparents, parents, college kids, and small kids. We had ballgames going on the TV, legos being built in the family room, people sitting in the hot tub, people playing pool in the basement, and people playing board games at the big long table. We never felt like we were on top of each other or overwhelmed by noise. The house was perfect for our family, and we will be back!

My family of 10 adults and 1 toddler stayed at this house recently and loved it!
Pros: basically as close as you can get to the village, big space for a lot of people to hang out (we loved the living room sectional but hated how the ottoman was on wheels and just rolled all around), lots of outdoor patio chairs, great hot tub, SO MANY dishes, a good number of bikes (6 I think, no kids trailer so we rented one), 12 SHARC passes (not one-time, can use anytime), and the downstairs set up (great having pool table and hang out space separate from the upstairs bedrooms). Also this is a great house for young kids. There was a jogging stroller, pack and play (although Vacasa said there isn’t), tons of books and crayons and coloring books, lots of plates/bowls/utensils as well as baby gates and bathroom stools.
Cons: as some reviews have said it is pretty dark inside, not a lot of natural light. And the stairs/upstairs carpet is quite gross and 10 years past needing replacing, as is the living room rug. The AC works great, but is a bit unbalanced by floor (as in the basement is freezing, ground floor ok, top floor hot). I was also told the bunk beds downstairs were so squeaky that it was hard to sleep bc they made noise with any minor move. The mattresses were getting saggy but ok, and the lovely jetted tub upstairs had no drain stopper so was unusable. The hot water temp is set way too high and can burn you if you’re not careful (plus side there seems to be plenty of hot water)
Overall we’d stay here again with another large group

Very comfy. Great for a family . Had 13 age 1 month to 71. Great location. could walk to Village Market.

Really liked the proximity to the Village.....easy for kids to find their way back when using the bike trails. The home was outfitted as good (dishes, funiture, etc) or better than most homes we have rented in the past. Supplies were lacking (TP, paper towels) and garbage and recyclables were still there when we checked in. One phone call did deal with these issues. Carpets were on the tired side. Overall, it worked really well for our family vacation.

The house was great! Warm and cozy and plenty of room for our entire family. :)

We had a busy week with friends (and their pup) at this house—a party of 6 adults, 1 teen, and 2 kids under 6. The home was well stocked with basics, extra pillows, cooking items, etc. There was more than enough room for everyone to have some space to themselves. The hot tub was fantastic of course! The best feature of the home is its perfect location directly across from the Village market—an easy walk for everyone.
We had only a few minor issues that should be easy to remedy.
1. The house is marked with #7…not the actual address. Our guests ended up at the neighboring property but we spotted them out the window before they got too far down the driveway.
2. The master bath’s jetted tub is awkwardly placed behind the stall shower, with the drain at the far end. I burned the heck out of my legs wading in the tub to pull the drain plug after the teen made their bath too hot. I couldn’t reach the plug from outside the tub. The tub is also hard to get out of because of the sloped back and its location by the shower.
3. The master shower surround leaks on two sides—put a towel down or risk a slip.
4. Instructions for the remote & sound bar would have helped a lot. We did finally get a strong enough wifi signal for Netflix though!
5. The dryer drum is extremely loud. We shut it off immediately and opted to use the laundromat just to be safe.
6. Shower heads are all a bit worn but they work!
7. Upstairs window shades wouldn’t raise up—this might be operator error because we couldn’t figure out how to get them back up again.
Most are minor maintenance issues. We had no major issues all week and had a fantastic time. The home was a great HQ for our week of adventures and concerts, and we absolutely recommend it for big families or mixed small groups. It was also very pet-friendly, with some extra items on hand for our friend’s pup. Overall a great experience for everyone!

Great space for a big family!
We loved all the spacious rooms and TVs in all of them. The pool table and hot tub were great. Only thing that was challenging was splitting the upstairs bathroom among 3 rooms. Other than that, it was perfect and had everything we needed!

Perfect house for large family gathering
This house was everything we were looking for. Everything mentioned about the house was spot on and then some. The little ones enjoyed the downstairs rooms while the adults enjoyed games on the main level when we not enjoying the hot tub. The easy walk to the main village was a plus as well as bikes available to enjoy. Our family looks forward to stay here again on our next visit to Sun River. Many thanks to the Ochsner family.

The home more than lived up to the description of the property. We will stay here again.
The amenities were great, the location in Sun River just right, the home clean and just the right size for our group of 14. The combination made for a very memorable holiday.

Nice home
This home is nicely appointed for a large group. There are several gathering places. The dining table was large enough for our entire group. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, pots, pans etc. Short walk to the village and grocery store. We enjoyed the bicycles, pool table and hot tub. This is our second stay at this home. Would return again.

This place was better than we anticipated. We ended up bringing 5 adults, 4 kids, and 4 dogs (all smaller dogs). Living Areas: All of the living areas had very comfortable seats. Most areas had a large TV with cable and/or a device to play blu-ray/dvds. Two very large areas to lounge around in. One on the main floor, one in the basement. There was a pool table downstairs along with another large TVKitchen/Dining Room: Short of a stand up mixer, the kitchen had all that we needed. Plates, utensils, storage containers, foil, sandwich bags, bakeware, cookware, large pantry. Literally most things you would find in your own kitchen was there. There was a large dining room table that could seat 10-12 people, and a small breakfast nook and countertop on the opposite side of the kitchen.Rooms: each room had a TV, the master had it's own bath. because of the downstairs den with 4 bunk beds and a full size bed, we ended up having a vacant room upstairs.Other: parking enough for 4 cars (may be a squeeze if you have larger trucks). The garage was equipped with a Siemens electric car charger. They had about 8 bicycles to use (both adults and kids sizes) along with enough helmets to go around. The hot tub was a nice touch, The outdoor grill had a line directly to the houses gas (so no need for propane tanks). It came with 12 passes for the SHARC and Boat Launch. We were also a quick 3-5 minute walk to the main shopping/village area. you can see it from the kitchen and get to the tunnel/underpass in a matter of minutes.overall, i wish i had booked 2-3 more days just lounge around in that house.

Wonderful, clean and HUGE!
This house has everything you need and more. The hot tube was great and is tucked into a nice, quiet nook. We also enjoyed the bike selection and great trail system that Sunriver offers. Great home and thank you Vacasa for making sure everything was very clean!

Great location
We rented this home for or family’ spring break stay for one reason - location. My wife doesn’t ski and I didn’t want her stranded anywhere while the rest of the family was skiing. She was grateful that she could walk across the street to the village for groceries or a coffee.
That was the only thing good about this home. While it doesn’t show it in the pictures, this home is pretty old and dated. It is probably one of the oldest homes in Sunriver (which makes sense, given the location). It appears to have been “updated,” but that probably occurred more than 20 years ago. It has an extremely awkward floor plan with tons of wasted space. I have rented homes in Sunriver about 10-12 times, and with one exception, it was the worst. Now don’t get me wrong, it was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and gadgets, and (again) the location was great.
Negatives:
- the bunk room (which sleeps 6) is in the basement, but there is no bathroom down there. There is a small 3/4 bath on the main floor near the garage. It has the tiniest shower possible - my kids speculated it was a converted broom closet.
- Overall, the home has very few windows and those that are there are partially obscured by heavy curtains. Between that, and the walls painted a fairly dark color, it was a pretty dreary place.
- The place was pretty banged up, with a piece of drywall on the stairs kicked in, lots of dings on the walls and baseboards, and a number of window blinds broken.
Candidly, I would not stay in this house again. The negatives outweighed by positives by a large margin.

The house was in a great location and was big enough for all of us. Everything was stocked and ready when we got there. They even had the hot tub ready to go!

Functional and convenient but a bit tired
Overall a very functional home. Bunk room worked great for the 5 kids and we still had four rooms for adults. Shy on total bathrooms as one of the 3 is en-suite in the master - good for that resident but not as convenient for the rest. Front porch and especially the garage door and walls were really beat up. Lots of rotting wood. Outside shingles worn. Bathroom in master has tons of water stains and mold.
Family room was very functional -
Enough couch for 8-9 people and room to eat at the big table. Hot tub worked great (except when Kids didn’t realize how to adjust temp and put it down to 88 - could use some instructions in the house about the hot tub buttons). Stove door is nearly broken - very hard to open and shut. But tons of cooking utensils and pans and plates, etc.
Close as you can get to the main shopping and two restaurants and just 4 mins to the Lodge. Marcello’s was our fav - ate there twice.
28 mins to Mt Bachelor. Loved that mountain and spent most of our time there.

Ski Trip
We had a great time while staying at this property. Plenty of room for adults and teenagers-the pool table was a huge hit!
The location couldn't have been better, just across from main grocery store and Sunriver village. Plus a short drive to Mt. Bachelor.
The house was very comfortable with two living rooms and a massive dining table for shared meals. Beds were comfortable, plenty of bedding, and towels. And the kitchen was fully stocked with all dishes, pans, lots of baking pans, pots, etc, etc
Ours was a great stay and we absolutely would stay here again!

Late check in and early check out for same money
It was nice and had all kinds of cooking pots and pans and other things but it was not as clean as I thought it should be especially since we couldn't check in before 4pm cobwebs in stairs as well as in master bathroom as well as dust. Felt cheated because we paid $1500 and basically only had one day after late check in and early check out and some of the pots and pans were dirty

Great house for large family - Just bring extra supplies
Overall the house and the location to the village is great. My family and I (10 total) had more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable and space to lounge around. The house was just a little dirty when we got there and the rug had a scent to it that wasn't over bearing but noticeable. The other small annoyance was the fact that there was not enough toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and other things of that nature in the house. When you book just be sure to bring extra of those materials if you are staying more than a day or two. Overall though the house was great and we would definitely book it again.
