I highly recommend

I had an exceptional time here celebrating my 50th with friends.The staff were so helpful and friendly, they put ballons and cake in my room for my birthday. The garden out back was lovely and there was fresh fruit in reception every morning. Lots of really nice touches The location was also perfect and in the centre of everything.

Started with dropping off my luggage before check in, they were efficient and had a good system for security and quick retrieval. Staff friendly, helpful and professional, they are clearly proud of their Hotel. Location is great for walking, I would not want to drive there without some experience in driving on narrow medieval streets. Close to everything! First rate in all regards! Breakfast (free) was amazing, a vast selection of tasty stuff, bread and pastries outstanding, don't pass on the traditional Den Haag cake!

The only thing that could possibly be handy would be a clock radio with a built in charger. That would be the cherry on top of an overall excellent experience!

The hotel was perfect for what I needed it for. I was on my own and was out all day.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The location was perfect! It was a 5 minute walk to the centre and it was down a side street with other side streets with lovely cafes, bars and restaurants. I liked that the room had a coffee machine with enough coffee pods.

There were a areas that could have been cleaned better in the bathroom like hairs and on the bed sheets and it didn’t bother me as it wasn’t unclean.

Tophotel op een zeer centrale locatie

Het lag centraal, mooie kamer en zeer ruime badkamer. Ontbijt was goed. Het was een verjaardagscadeau voor mijn partner. Er waren ballonnen bij aankomst en er kregen een heerlijke fles prosecco cadeau. Echt top geregeld! Dit hotel blijft op ons lijstje staan

Room was very large & spacious with plenty space for more than one person. Friendly staff and the PERFECT central location!

The room wasn't cleaned very well - dusty plants, found a cap & shirt left by a previous guest behind the desk and wrappers in the drawer.

Tiny rooms with disappointing room service and details.

The location is great and stuffs are nice. The facility is overall clean.

The room is tiny comparing to the money I spent. There is no tooth brushes nor toothpaste. Not even soap. No hairdryer no hair brushes. Nor moisture cream what so ever. Maybe I could have get those from the reception, but shouldn't it be standard? I get it, one way body caring product is environmental unfriendly, but that should not be an excuse for a high-end hotel like this one.

Disappointing

The bed was comfortable.

There was a big gap under the door of the room and there was a pungent smell in the room. The room was really small. It was difficult to get suitable water, it was either too cold or hot.
