The location is amazing, the food and the kindness of the restaurant employees.
On the 10.05 evening, the receptionist lady could not even force a smile to her face and was always interrupting me while I was giving her relevant information. She would really need some communication trainings.

Great location, good Grand Cafe, comfortable bed and shower. You walk straight out of the hotel into the forest. Close to arborium and hidden garden.
Strange that the extra cost for the sauna (10 euro) is more than the cost of 7,50 pp per hour. This is not indicated in the information overview in the room.

Logistically not convenient, far from many interest areas. Public transport difficult to reach hotel. While some receptionist staff was helpful, some of them were really difficult. Not willing to help or cooperate with the client. Example: we had to inform the reception about the "exact hour" we will have breakfast lunch or dinner. Otherwise they did not guarantee the meal. :(

The area around the hotel is beautiful. Lots of forest and a great hiking area. The hotel was fine, good food and very pleasant staff. Perfect that we could take the dog with us and that he was allowed in the Grand Café.
The hotel bedrooms need a little upgrading but good value for money. Needed a more central sitting/ relax area to play card games etc. As usual in Dutch hotels no coffee or tea facilities in the room

we wanted to stay in a nice calm place for one night, with our dog, but instead it went horror...
we got the room straight above the reception, about 10 meters, where everybody could see inside the room...
after asking for another we got the room next to it... :(
the check in personal was very unpolite and not very helpful, also she told us we are not allowed to take the dog with us...
we asked politely to cancel the reservation, but there was no unterstood for the whole situation... we could not event talk to the manager to tell him the problem...
after all, we left, but we still had to pay for the room!
i would not recommend in generell, i dont know the rooms, but the service was not OK!
greetings

I found that this hotel have the most hospitable front desk stuff from all the hotels I have stayed at the past 3 months.
Some of the room are very far to the end and it was a pain having to bring my 6 bicycle bags to the room and put. Wished I had one closer to the entrance but maybe they were full.

Great location for bikers wanting a comfortable hotel with excellent food. This is my fifth visit which probably says more than a few more adjectives describing the excellent facilities can.

- Location is absolutely stunning, you're staying in the middle of the woods surrounded by nature and wildlife. The view from the room was beautiful!
- Breakfast is a self-service bar that's really great and can cater for vegetarians as well (but won't suit vegans)
- Staff is overall friendly and helpful
- We could hear everything that happened in the hall because the rooms aren't properly isolated
- Bathroom and room were quite on the smaller side and felt a bit claustrophobic at the end of our stay, which is unfortunate for the price we paid

Beautiful location! Large comfortable clean room with a terrace. Fantastic shower.
There were no coffee or tea making facilities available in the room. The staff were unfriendly to the point of rudeness. We had an expensive dinner in the restaurant. I made it very clear that I am allergic to garlic. After discussing what was safe to eat with the waiter, I was served delicious sea bass with two servings of garlicky dauphinoise potatoes! I could have suffered a serious allergic reaction! Fortunately, my kind husband swapped with me for his garlic-free frites.

Location was excellent, just by the forest. Our room opened out to nice grassy area, perfect for the dog. There is a dog bed in the room, which is a nice touch. Good bedding and nice pillows.
We were handed some information about the dog - in Dutch so I don't know if we translated correctly. There is additional €25 if the dog goes on the bed, considering we had already paid €15 dog charge fee per night this is quite harsh. We had 1 dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. The quality and quantity of the food is really not up to par with the price and I would say it is more for convenience we choose to eat there.

the accomodation
the rooms were not that nicely decorates as I had expected. there was no electricity near the beds to charge phones.

Access to a terrace immediately from the room. Very pet-friendly accommodation. Good hotel breakfast. We do plan on staying at other Fletcher Hotels in the future.
The room had minimal features and I couldn't connect my apple tv to the free wifi. It would have been nice to have a mini-fridge in the room. Also, the hotel rooms need a facelift. There was rust and mold in the bathroom. Also the butlaroo app for in room dining did not work.

I liked the place, it’s in a quiet location (woods). At night it might be a little hard to park your car but that’s OK. I liked the bed I had & the hardness of the bed. I also very much liked the art. :)
I didn’t like the sound of other people at night, you can hear people talking on the other side of the wall. Also, loud noises during night. Banging & knocking. Walls are made of paper. Be prepared. Dirty carpet. It may be hard to find the room you have booked at night. The reception was empty and we were 4 people waiting. No reaction after ringing the bell.

De omgeving is perfect
De kamer te klein en verouderd en stonk

The area is beautiful and quiet, the room is well insulated against noises (fireworks).
The room was very basic for a 4* hotel. No facilities at all, no kettle for coffee and tea, there was not even a small fridge. They don't allow you to order food from outside, you can only order from their (expensive) restaurant menu and they ask for 5 euro surcharge for the room service, even now that everything is closed due to Covid. There was carpet in the room and it smelled like mold. I would have expected this quality from a 3* hotel maybe, not more.
