Recommend hotel for only shorter stays, with minimum luggage

Great location, great reception by the staff.

Not practical for longer stays as the hotel is not provided by a lift. If you have a larger item of luggage it is extremely difficult to access the upper rooms. Not only in terms of carrying the luggage, but the stairs width is incredible narrow. It was given assistance to carry my luggage one flight of stairs, but not the rest of the path to my room (and I was located at the highest floor). The staff should assist with luggage, it would be easier 2 people carrying it. I understand it is not their duty to carry anybody luggage's, but this should be offered given the layout of the hotel. When I arrived to the breakfast, the offer for food was extremely low, not a lot of options, neither quantity of food available. I don't recommend the hotel for longer stays, and I believe breakfast options should improve, given the night price applicable at moment.

A pior estadia dos últimos tempos.

Gostamos apenas da localização. nada mais.

o café da manha eh horrível, sem variedades, ambiente escuro, pequeno. com uma pia suja, objetos todos desgastados e mal cuidados. O quarto pequeno, sujo, sem iluminação para trocar de roupa.(maquiagem? esquece, nem no quarto e nem no banheiro) Banheiro eh coisa de filmes de horror, fica embaixo do quarto, acesso por uma escada estreita e muito vertical, sem ventilação, pia minúscula não dar para escovar os dentes, altura do banheiro (pé direito) aproximadamente de 1,70mt uma pessoa superior a isso não entra na banheira para tomar banho.

My Max Brown Experience

This place is absolutely fantastic. They allowed us to check in early after a long night .A coupon for a free drink was a welcome gift. I would definitely recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.

Excelente localização

Excelente localização, staff muito simpático, o conceito do hotel é muito giro... Quando cheguei ao quarto tinha um bilhete e um miminho de boas vindas. Quarto equipado com aquecimento, secador de cabelo na casa de banho e dispensadores com produtos de higiene.

Las instalaciones y habitaciones.Modernas limpias,acogedoras y diferente a los típicos hoteles de Amsterdam.El personal maravilloso trato personalizado ya tu servicio.te hacen sentir como en casa. Hotel tranquilo silencioso y un bar estupendo.Recomendadisimo amen de la ubicación pegadito a central station

Porr desgracia lo habitual de los hoteles en Amsterdam,para acceder a las habitaciones hay una escalera mortal.,que aunque este securizada con pasamanos y moqueta es estrechisima y vertical y te abres la cabeza por muy poco.Pero repito no es solo este hotel son la mayoria en Amsterdam

Bella Posizione affondata da uno staff pessimo !!!

La posizione è il punto di forza dell’hotel.

L’accoglienza dello staff è stata pessima , nessuna disponibilità e professionalità , distratto, disattento!!! Al check in non ci sono state date le informazioni utili per il soggiorno in hotel come : Wi-Fi, orari colazione. La stanza assegnata è risultata insufficiente per gli spazi. Bagno piccolissimo! In fase di prenotazione avevo specificato che la mia famiglia è composta da me mio marito e due ragazzi di 15 e 17 anni cui è toccato un divano letto assolutamente scomodo. La camera va bene per due persone e non per 4 ! Il rapporto qualità prezzo sproporzionato ( abbiamo pagato troppo rispetto ai servizi offerti) Colazione di scarsa qualità con insufficiente varietà di scelta! Peccato vista la posizione centrale dell’hotel unica cosa buona dell’hotel!

we new what we were getting very small room have to sit on the bed but was clean and comfortable and the staff were excellent

Great stay - highly recommended

Last minute booking and didn't quite know what to expect. Didn't even look at the pictures that closely. So I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived - friendly staff, room had a balcony which I wasn't expecting, cute decor, absolutely spotless. Definitely would stay again.

Was there on one of the hottest days of the summer and only when I got there did I realise the rooms didn't have AC. Luckily they did have a plug in fan in the room which made the hear bearable. Selection at breakfast was a bit light if you're there for more than a couple of days. No hot food other than boiled eggs and a toaster. Luckily I like yogurt.

Great place to stay, close to train station and all amenities. Clean room, friendly staff

Location here was brilliant, stones throw away from train station and Dam square.

Sofa bed in room wasn't particularly comfortable. Also when booking with Booking.com it said that all taxes were included but we had to pay the taxes when we checked in. I checked my statement and the hotel were correct - not their fault. Booking.com completely false when they say its included. Beware of this if Booking with Booking.com
