Gastvrij, chill en fijn!

Het personeel was super vriendelijk, ontbijt top geregeld en heel fijn dat we ook nog fietsen konden lenen.

We hadden een kamer geboekt met twee losse bedden, maar dat bleek uiteindelijk een tweepersoonsbed. Geen super groot probleem, maar toch. En het geluid van de straat is best wel luid, maar daar kunnen jullie niets aan doen.

Beyond expected

liked everything - the women/girls from the staff are extremely nice, explained everything. Coffee and breakfast were nice. There is everything needed in the room - body balm, soap, body shower etc. We rented 2 rooms - one double and one single room. In both it was extremely clean. Beds were comfortable. The garden was nice.

The only thing that might be a problem for some is that one of the rooms' view was exposed to the road. For some might be a problem because of the traffic in the morning. However, the traffic is not too heavy. It was not a problem for us.

Everything was fine - just found it quite strange than when I asked for the 3rd cup of coffee at the morning table, I had to pay extra. Have never experienced that before ?

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Excellent place to visit/stay.

A little far from town center but only if you are walking. Transit gets you there quick.

Very nice welcome, stylish house

I took one of the rooms with separate bathroom. I wouldn't recommend those as this room is very cramped and the matras is super small and bad for the back. It was pretty cheap so I guess I got what I was paying for.

Exceptional

Suzanna and her student were absolutely lovely! We were very well taken care of. It didn't feel like a hotel at all, but as if we were staying at a friend's home. Everything from breakfast to renting the bicycles she had was perfect!

Room 2 was ground-floor room and a fairly busy road nearby. If we go again I'll try to book an upstairs room.

A lovely b&b at a reasonable price

The breakfast was delicious from the fresh squeezed orange juice to the croissant and everything in between was outstanding. The staff went out of their way to help in anyway needed. The bed was so very comfortable. The facility was very clean and well maintained.

No elevator but we were able to manage the stairs without difficulty

An oasis of calm…

A very beautiful traditional grand house just outside the centre of Breda. The room was decorated in a great contemporary style & was very clean & comfortable… The hotel has a a great garden café, parking and a secure place to leave bikes. This was a great sanctuary away from the bustle of the historic city. Well worth a visit!

Superb

The staff were really friendly and let us park our bikes at the hotel. The room was clean and the toiletries were really nice and some thought had clearly been given to them. It was a bit of a walk into the city centre but not unmanageable and would’ve been easy on bike. Overall, it was a lovely little hotel and we felt we got good value for money.

Our bedroom had access to a balcony which, on a warm evening was very welcome. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was located approximately thirty minutes walk away from the city centre in a quiet residential neighbourhood.
