Boa localização

Quarto espaçoso. Pegamos uma suíte que pudesse fazer home office, apesar da cadeira não ser confortável, foi ok - wifi sem problemas. Há uma cozinha e um sofá. Gosto da ideia da pia ser do lado de fora do banheiro. Café da manhã com bastante variedade e funcionários atenciosos. Ótima localização, perto do shopping.

A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar. Encontramos pêlos na parede do banheiro dentro do box. A área do café da manhã também sempre estava com o chão pegajoso e grudando os tênis…

Quartos amplos, com divisao de sala e quarto, com fogão e frigobar no quarto. Chuveiro ótimo, com bom aquecimento e pressão. Estacionamento pago dentro do hotel a um valor justo

Apesar dos percalços, volto e indico o hotel.

Equipe da recepção (Jandira, Patrícia e Gabriela). Equipe do estacionamento (Jorge, Manoel e Claudecir). Café da manhã (ambiente, alimentação e equipe). Quarto e banheiro espaçoso para movimentação com cadeira de rodas.

Café morno, Carro com bagageiro superior não entrou na garagem do hotel e ficou no pátio da frente e aberto do hotel, "ELEVADOR" não é apropriado para movimentar um cadeirante em cadeira de rodas, abaixo foto do elevador; Falta de caimento para trás do "Assento" para banho, no box do banheiro, impede o equilíbrio de um portador de Esclerose Múltipla; A pia do banheiro está solta.

Não gostei, acomodação muito antiga, ar-condicionado pingando no meu quarto não ajeitaram para o outro dia. O sofá estava com poeira e fedendo.

A localização é muito boa, funcionários educados, prestativos. Café da manhã muito bom e apartamento muito espaçoso. A opção de almoço self-service no hotel, também facilita muito.

O quarto pode ser melhor cuidado. Muitos pontos com pintura descascando.

O staff do hotel, em especial um dos funcionários da recepção, deixa muito a desejar. Atendimento descortês, negligente e pouco educado. A limpeza dos quartos não é boa. Havia muita poeira, o que nos fez ter alergia. O hotel não parece seguir o padrão da rede Accor.

Decepção total, cobram valor extra por serviços já contratados!!!

Localização

Paguei 450,00 na hospedagem, mais 20,00 de estacionamento por uma noite, na reserva havia café, quando fiz o check out queiram me .cobrar um custo adicional de R$200,00 pois segundo o atendente não era incluso o café, porem na reserva não falava nada.... Acabei não tomando café no hotel, tive que ir em uma panificadora... o banheiro não tinha chave e no buraco da fechadura era preenchido com papel higienico. Uma verdadeira decepção!! Péssimo atendimento não recomendo!!!

Poor service and cleaning - very disappointing for an Accor hotel.

Location and space of the room.

Service was terrible. Most of the time (and specially at night) they had only one person at front desk and nobody to help with room service. The crib I ordered was not in good condition. The room has not been cleaned during my 3 day stay - only the trash was taken and the bed were poorly tied up. The floor was disgusting. The hotel has been recently remodeled, but there are some mistakes in the project - for example, you cannot turn of the lights while in bed. The hotel is clearly trying to save money at the cost of the guests mantaining less staff than necessary to keep things well.

The staff was amazing, always open to help and so friendly.

The blinds were broken, we were told they ran out of conditioner so they couldn't provide for us and behind the sofa was very dirty and dusty. As soon as we asked to clean they helped out so that was nice

Great location and friendly staff but not worth for long stays

The hotel is located in a premium but quiet location in Curitiba with walking distance to coffeeshops, shoppings, etc. The staff were super friendly as well.

- Breakfast is not worth the price - We'd say our experience was mostly affected by the breakfast. Super tiny space for the numbers of rooms. Stressful mornings trying to grab a seat and to serve. The staff were doing the best to accommodate us but nothing really can't be done since the space is too small. We stayed 9 nights so at the end we were not having breakfast there anymore - Paying extra for parking in long stays

you can hear a lot of noises around like doors opening as it was in your room, steps, the street... there was a party with live music in the building next to it, very unpleasant... the bed and pillow are far too hard, and the place looks way better in the pictures
