Beautiful hotel by the beach with lots of facilities. We booked in an all inclusive basis and it was a good deal with good food and drinks included. Friendly helpful staff
There’s no door to the area that of the bathroom and toilet so if you get up at night you disturb your partner. It’s not the best of arrangements. Parking at the hotel cost €20 per day which is expensive considering that the hotel is quite expensive too.

Me gustó todo 😍

The hotel, the location, the staff, everything was really good.
You need to pay for tap water in the buffet restaurant

The location and the beach is absolutely fantastic. We had half board which we thought was plenty. The quality and variety of the dood was very good for a buffet style dinner. There are two main pools and one of them is in a more quiet area which we enjoyed since we don’t have small kids. The beach bar is very very nice, both for a quick drink during the day and for a romantic night cap. The hotel decor is very nice and beach-boho themed. We loved that there were free water re-filling stations everywhere.
During dinner the staff is critisized constantly by a very unpleasant boss. They were working very hard and always had a smile but we could always see the remarks that man made and he pushed the waiters to work faster. This gave us a feel like we are at an Aldi cashier, not very relaxing and we felt a lot of pity for the hard working staff.
Parking was completely overpriced by 35.- per night. There is a big sign saying we are IHG members but the receptionist was incapable to add our member number to collect points.
We booked a side view room hoping we would be closer by the sea and further away from the kids pool. Instead pur room was sea view, far away from the sea and directly over the kitchen and restaurant. They were washing dishes until way past mid night and it was very loud. Also, there was a very quiet section of the hotel but we were not given the option. For the price we paid for two rooms, this was really not relaxing and certainly kills any romantic approach. We used to be big fans of Iberostar when the kids were small but we realized that its not our thing anymore with teenagers.

Nice seaside hotel with two swimming pools, meals are excellent with a great variety of dishes and also many Spanish and ones.
Mi direct view of the see unless you take one of the few expensive suites.
Entertainment is limited but for us was ok (no kids)
6.0 / 10.0
great location, amazing beach, great for young kids, excellent entertainment team.
4 starts but feels like 3 stars:
1- pay for kettle in room if you need one.
2- pay for safe if you’d like to use it.
3- want beach towels, €20/towel and you get the money refunded at the end of your stay.
4- towel service is open specific hours in the morning and later in the afternoon.
5- absolutely no coffee/tea service during dinner time, if you bring in your cup of tea/coffee with you, you are not allow to bring them in the buffet.
6- beds are extremely uncomfortable, king size beds are 2 twin beds put together, you can not sleep in the middle as they will separate.
7- not much to do after 12:00, they will literally turn off the light in the lobby.
8- air conditioning is extremely weak, think fan on steroids, not really air conditioning. we had to keep curtains closed at ALL times so room may get cool, we paid for beach view yet we couldn’t enjoy it due to curtains staying closed.
9- staff is hit/miss.. some were excellent and went out of their way and some where so difficult to deal with.
10- this hotel seems to cater mainly to Spanish families (not a complaint) however many staff members spoke zero english.

Loved the breakfast and dinner buffets. Loved the beach. The facilities were also really nice (pool, lobby)
This hotel is more focused on families with younger children and that is ok - this means there is a lot of animation at one of the pools, until around 11 pm at night. There is also a quiet pool - I would’ve preferred to stay in that area. I did not ask for a change of rooms though.

The rooms are lovely as is the pool area with brilliant facilities for adults and children. There's a separate pool area which is more for adults , although children can use it. Beach is 50m away and amazing.
Car parking was extremely expensive in the hotel parking. Fridge in room was empty and not switched on.

Great place to stay with kids! Activities are balanced for kids, but parents are also not left out. Finding a bottle of Jerez in the room was a nice touch ;) Proximity to the beach and its quality, food. The style is a bit outdated, but everything is crispy clean and well preserved. It was nice we could keep the towels and use the pool even after the check out.

We liked beach and quite large pool. They run some nice activities like volleyball, shooting and yoga. Food was delicious.
We wanted to have one big bed instead of two single beds in our family room. I asked about that and they promised to do something but nothing was done.

Good facilities, close to the beach, the food was great, specious rooms.
The water devices in the hallways are great.
Nice activities for kids.
The lunch options if not as part of all inclusive are quite nerrow. There isnt a bar that serves food next to the pool, and with kids it can get uncomfortable.

Amazing location, nice facilities, very clean, best bed ever, nice staff. What's not to like? Also water stations were great and a separate toilet in the bathroom great.
Restaurant food was nice but on par with any other buffet. However, the drinks were not so great (other than sangria at the pool bar). Tried 2 wines, both were horrid (in Spain!?!) and only 1 beer available (which was not to my partner's liking). I don't like extra 'hidden' charges so didn't like having to pay for the safe and other facilities. No mini bar.

The room was really great, perfect for a family of 4. Full sized beds for the children. Good desk for husband to hold work online meetings. Staff were excellent and place was very clean. Buffet service was excellent

the facility and the location, especially attractive to family.Ii is near a very beautiful sea. The beach is amazing, too.
Everything is ok but the dinner doesn't include any drinks, this is unacceptable and unreasonable because it makes people feel bad just for a small expenditure. Also, the garage fee is also very expensive. I once experienced this hotel brand in Cuba, that is much more generous in this respect.
