Cette hôtel a dépassé mes espérances...bravo et j'espère à très bientôt
Le bruit tôt le matin que les femmes de ménages font ... s'était impossible de dormir dans le silence le matin ...

Like new; clean and fresh; staff amazing; food choice varied and well presented; great location, close to action but away from all the street sellers and mayhem
Difficult to find any fault as it was all truly amazing. One thing that could improve was the labelling of the food and the temperature. If you had allergies you would have no idea where to start. But even if allergy free lots of dishes and sauces were not labelled so the contents remained a mystery. A couple of my dishes were luke warm, but still tasted great by the way.

We loved the beds in the bedroom. The free cold water saving plastic . The breakfasts were excellent . The sunbeds very comfortable . The local sellers in the stalls were great . The pool was not very easy to properly swim in - more of a lounging pool.
The fact everybody reserved their sunbeds before 9am yet often didn’t use them until midday . Same old problem needs to be resolved .

Best location and very clean friendly staff 🤩

Staff are welcoming. Decent rooms and housekeeping keeps everything really clean, compliments to them! The beds are really comfortable too. There is free water available on each floor so you can refill your bottles, which is a great initiative. The hotel has plenty of facilities to enjoy such as the spa (definitely recommend, they are lovely), the gym (open 24/7) or several bars and restaurants. Everything is being charged on the room. Multiple activities are organised throughout the day so there is always something to enjoy for everyone. The aqua fit classes are great fun to join, doesn't matter your age! Buffet breakfast is amazing. We didn't go for all inclusive but i'm sure the lunch and dinner buffet are just as good!
We came to the conclusion it's just not the place to stay for us. We were at two other resorts before this trip which were great experiences, very relaxing. Here we didn't succeed. It is a huge hotel. It can get very crowded at the buffet and don't be surprised to see all sunbeds taken by 9AM. At 7AM we could hear and see people walk to the pool to claim a sunbed. So if you're keen to relax at the pool: be quick ;) The hotel is located in a VERY touristy part of Costa Adeje and the charm of Spanish cities we saw before arriving here, is gone. If you want more peace and quiet we recommend going a bit further towards Playa del Duque. At the hotel you can also make use of Star Prestige. Great idea, however we felt it was quite in your face if you didn't have it: Exclusive area at the pool, exclusive area at breakfast, exclusive area on the top of the building.. you name it. Conclusion for us is that we won't return, it's just not the type of holiday for us. There is not a lot to fault the hotel for because it has good facilities, hence still a good review :)

Clean, staff lovely, food amazing!!
Night Entertainment inside, no atmosphere! Sat around the computer desks, Was more like a care home environment.
No day time pool games, only entertainment was water aerobics daily! Boring

Staff very attentive. The hotel was lovely and clean and great location.
Far too many sun beds and towels left on sun beds all day when people not using them. Needs to be managed better.

Great location. Staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. There’s a large pool area with lots of beds. Lots of little extras that really make a difference like champagne on arrival, water/ice machines on each floor, thick padded sun beds & more. Also it smells so nice like a spa. Located a very short walk from beach and restaurants.
Air con wasn’t great but that may have just been our room.

We stayed in Star Prestige and had access to rooftop pool which was lovely. The staff were all very friendly. Hotel very clean. Breakfast was great 😊
We weren’t told the snacks in your room were chargeable so a sign or being told this would be useful.

House keeping missed our room at one occassion and came with towels around 22:30 hours.

Most of staff were friendly, loved the courtesy room after check out and liked the app for the chat with the front desk.
Not enough staff, so service was sometimes slow. The heat lamps felt like decorations in the buffet were as the food was often cold. The pool area was quite packed so more often then not unrelaxing

Everything was perfect!

Greeted on arrival with a complimentary drink which was nice. We chose to have a few more drinks whilst we waited to check-in. Luis behind the bar was very friendly!
Breakfast was nice with a vast selection of food items, fresh juices and hot drinks. Food around the pool bar was nice but quite expensive. Diego served us and was very friendly and chatty!
Room was cleaned each day was beautiful.
The shower leaked into the small corridor to the room each time despite our best efforts to ensure the shower door was closed. We ended up putting our towels on the floor as it was completely soaked! Some guests get up early in the morning to put towels on sunbeams and reserve them for the day. This was frustrating on the days we chose to go out to explore in the morning and come back to the hotel in the afternoon as most of the beds were taken.

Hotel was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Magnificent pool. Great location near all the shops and restaurants. Lots of staff to ensure guests were well looked after. Really good breakfast selection.
If you are not all inclusive drinks and food purchased in the hotel and by the pool completely over priced. We were charged €10.60 for a gin and tonic and between €3.10 and €3.70 for a small tumbler of water. We did not want All Inclusive as there are so many great restaurants and bars with entertainment right outside the door of the hotel we did not want to eat there three times a day every day.

really clean and staff were amazing.
great location.
the lifts took ages to come and sometimes at breakfast we had to wait to ask staff for coffee.
