La amabilidad del personal, habitaciones amplias y la limpieza.
Las camas no eran muy cómodas para mi gusto y tuvimos la "suerte" de alojarnos a la vez que varios equipos de fútbol infantiles que no respetaron ni horas de suelo, ni las máquinas dispensadores, ni un largo etc.

La atencion y comunicacion del hotel.
El escandalo que habia en habitaciones pegadas a la mia. El hotel estaba lleno de niños por un torneo de futbol y fue insuportable cada noche para dormir.

Sensación extraña al andar por el medio del pasillo que conduce a las habitaciones. Estaba tapado por una alfombra pero parecía que no era uniforme el suelo.

Private viewing of the motorcycle collection was great.

Server at break was very pleasant. Rooms were spacious and bathroom seemed clean. Free parking was a plus.
Air conditioning in room did not work well — good air velocity but did not cool. Hallway carpets were dreadfully stained. Breakfast was awful. Worst coffee I had over a month in Spain! Not much yogurt choice, nor croissants or bread/rolls compared to other comparable hotels

1 usable socket in the whole room - had to use bathroom sockets
Wi-fi was hopeless
Saturday night the hotel switched off the aircon . Said we had to breathe fresh air & open the windows, which we did but then got all the noise from the car park & motorway!!! Terrible nights sleep.
Don’t advertise a facility, let customers pay for it & then take it away!

The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was good and there was a hairdryer.

Good location for easy access to Acala de henaras and onwards trains to Madrid. Lidl shop and precinct next door.
First room given someone had been smoking in. Moved immediately to different room so all ok in the end for the two nights. A little litter around outside area but not excessive.

Great location near the shops and a nice walk by the river ideal for pet owners. Secure parking, good value for money and pet friendly.

The hotel is very close to the autovía. Very easy to get off and back on.
It was next to a shopping plaza. So if you need anything it is very convenient.
The rooms are a little worn but it is what you expect for such a good price.

There were no services such as restaurant or bar and no pool. You could only get coffee and a very small snack between 8:00am and 10:30am otherwise a vending machine for water and snacks. The mini bar was warm and you could not cool any drinks you brought.

Park, shopping centres and restaurants near the hotel. Dogs welcomed, but a fee 15 € per dog per night. Spacious rooms. Free outdoor parking
No breakfast served, only bar for coffee open in the morning.

Hotel overall and rooms were OK.
Saff contactedduring my stay was correct and professional.
Facilities were spacious and clean, still important these days.
Understanding the Hotel was closed during Covid, some acreas need works/repaints to get back to level. Not acceptable the Cafeteria is closed most of the day and lack of breakfast service - is bought at the Cafeteria on a short morning period.
Open cafeteria from 07H to 21H or similar and Hotel breakfast service are musts that should be implemented pretty soon.
