Everything, location is superb, the views even better and the breakfast is perfect. This is a great hotel.

the view is incredible, the rooms are so lovely, and the elevator to the playa is wonderful

The hotel is nice. Ageing slightly but fantastic view. However be warned it’s a 30 minute walk from the Port. So grab a cab 25 Euro cash or bus. 10 minute walk into the centre once there. Room are okay. Wifi not great in the rooms. Breakfast good and has a pool at the bottom of the cliff. It was nice and reasonable value, clean and a great view.
Wifi was poor. The initial walk from Port. But that was our problem for not doing our research.

The location was spectacular and the staff was exceptional. Special kudos to Luigi for always making us feel like royalty and to Annalise for catering to our every need.
Absolutely nothing

The location was great. Great view overlooking Vesuvius and Sorrento
Our room itself was nice and big but located right next to the reception. Very noisy. Especially in the mornings.
The beach area was closed and looked like it hadn’t been used in 10 years

Stuff, room, bathroom.
Parking to find was dificult
3.0
the location
The room, the tiny bathroom, the huge prize compared with the prize proposed by Booking at the eve of the date of arrival, more expensive for that room than for a luxury room.
4.5
beautiful views, very serene and clean rooms. breakfast was plentiful and satisfying.
the beds were not very comfortable.

Location of hotel & the room was fabulous in a Mediterranean theme. Staff were great and attentive
The restaurant was closed so our wish for dinner on the terrace didn't occur.

amazing views, great food, and staff. Beautiful location with an elevator to a secluded little beach.

This place is beautiful, with amazing view on the golf and sea. Clean and generous staff.
Its far from the center and restaurants, breakfast is nice but not worth paying separately.
On autumn the beach is closed and the balcony is to cold to sit in, so be aware of it
4.5
The big balcony with the wonderful bay view.
The relaxing jacuzzi bath in the room.
Very good Italian restaurant in the hotel.
The location is a bit far from the city center

The view from the public terrace was lovely
Our room was not what we were lead to believe, the photo on their website show a lovely see view but the view was of two walls and a small amount of water. I asked to change rooms but the receptionist was uninterested. We had dinner in their restaurant, the waiter forgot our vegetables, they never eventuated. We asked for pepper but we were told the pepper is in the other room!

View from dining area over the bay of naples towards vesuvius and naples is spectacular. The staff are very pleasant and friendly, helpful too. Hotel was clean, spacious, with seating area up on a veranda which would be great to dine on during the summer months.
Maybe a shuttle service into the main town area (2mins car/15mins walk) for those less able. A taxi took 1 minute to arrive after booking so not an issue if needed

I love the sea view, the Gulf of Naples, the coast and cliffs and especially seeing Mt. Vesuvius on our balcony. I like the scenic views of their private beach as well. The location of the hotel is fantastic as we were able to walk to the Piazza.
There was some sort of funny canal smell in the bathroom but it was tolerable.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, very comfortable. The staff are so friendly and helpful, we felt right at home! Would love to return, it would be our first choice for Sorrento.
Everything was great
2.5
the location and breakfast
unfortunately the rooms for the city view actually look at the parking, we thought we will be looking at the city but no, which means there was lots of noise in the evening from the cars and people coming in an out of the hotel. After paying almost £250 a night I think should be well sound proof but this wasn’t the case, I think if we would stay in a different room the experience would it be completely different.

Our room had a magnificent view of the sea with a private deck—stunning location!
Wonderful breakfast and dinner with fine service

Breakfast very good lots of choices
Staff excellent!!!
We really loved it all! The only thing I can give a comment on that in a he evening at dinner time the lighting could have been turn down somewhat
But that is the only thing !!!
I have to say that Luigi the waiter was charming truly helpful and humorous and Michael who was a the man that could do anything as he was a handyman and a delightful waiter
All in all we’re organising to back soon
Please can you tell him he hotel 🏨

I was really disappointed with the staff, how they treated my entire party and unwillingness to assist with any request
the staff was extremely unpleasant and rude. Dino was very aggressive and requested a 20% tip on a service that was super unaccommodating
