Sehr schönes Hotel, aber Vorsicht, die Nähe zum Flughafen zieht viele Gruppenreisende an.

Es war alles prima. Wir waren auch schon zum 3. mal in dem Parador

Sehr viele Gruppenreisende, die sehr laut waren und wenig Rücksicht auf die anderen Hotelgäste genommen haben. Am ärgerlichsten war, dass es keine "Hausregeln" gibt. Die Gäste telefonieren überall, sogar im Restaurant, so dass sich einige Leidensgenossen auch beschwert haben. Ein Hinweis von Seiten der Hotelleitung würde sehr hilfreich sein. Auch die Reservierung der Sonnenliegen war wie üblich: reservieren und dann den halben Tag nicht nutzen. Auch hier wäre eine Spielregel hilfreich.

Still our favourite hotel on the the Costa del Sol

The front line location on top of a cliff, perfectly maintained gardens with lots of space between loungers making for an extremely relaxing stay. Breakfast in the morning is excellent (and calm!) with very attentive staff.

Up market cosmopolitan hotel in fab location

Location above the beach area with immaculate gardens and swimming pool . Easy to find close the old town with lots of places to eat Good car parking facilities

Fint hotell med lyxig frukostbuffé och perfekt läge nära både strand samt restauranger i Nerja.

Mycket fin frukostbuffé och härligt att kunna inta den på uteterrassen. Läget perfekt nära både stranden (som nås enkelt via hotellets egen hiss) och med gångavstånd till Nerjas strandpromenad och tillgång till många olika restauranger.

Bra med hotellets egen parkering. Relativt dyrt (16 EURO/dygn) men vi fick rabatt eftersom vi bodde en hel vecka.

Love the Parador even after 5 visits !

Everything from the location and the lift down to Burriana beach, to the view from the rooms and the closeness to the Balcon. All good!

The selection of the cooked parts of the breakfast was very limited, albeit, the personally cooked omlettes was a positive. Nothing much to go with it though and oh for a sausage and hash brown! The cost of car parking in my view is unreasonable. You go to the Parador for location as you can walk everywhere. Hence the longer you stay the more it costs for your car to sit there. Parking on the quiet street outside costs nothing if you can find a space. I think we paid circa 60 euros for 4 nights which is disappointing.

A perfect hotel for a relaxing and stress free break

This hotel is set in lovely grounds overlooking the beach with a very handy lift onto the beach. Rooms, food, facilities and staff were excellent and the standard of cleanliness exceptional. We will be going back 🥰

Excellent place to peacefully enjoy Costa del Sol

This Parador was the highlight of our Andalusian trip. It clearly exceeded our expectations created by reviews and photos of the hotel. The room was spacious with big balcony and amazing seafront view. Pictures on booking don't do justice how nice it actually is. There is plenty of space and lazy chairs for everyone and the garden on the top of the cliff above the beach with amazing view makes you don't want to go downstairs (even with the cool elevator). Breakfast choice is excellent. A lot of restaurants around, quick stroll to the city centre. Parking in the shadow for EUR16 per night.

Perfect location for a relaxing luxury holiday.

This hotel was a Parador so all standards were very high. Great view of the sea and coastline from my room and the restaurant. Best breakfast ever. Staff were pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Before thinking that this hotel is overpriced - remember that a B & B in Norfolk would cost more!

To put a negative aspect on this stay would detract unfairly from the plus points. This was a coastal resort purpose built Parador as opposed to the normal ancient castle, monastery type of Parador.

Loved our stay, would stay again.

Recently renovated to a high standard. Beautiful location. Absolutely wonderful staff.

The aircon was not strong enough. Although our stay was not during the hot season the room was very warm and not the most comfortable to sleep in.

Rooms were amazing, very comfortable and wonderful view. Breakfast was delicious with a fantastic variety of local produce. Overall an excellent experience.

Fantastic way to end a week in Andalucía

A really lovely hotel right above a beautiful beach, complete with lift access. Staff were all helpful & friendly and it was exceptionally well kept and clean.

Tiny niggles when compared to how much we enjoyed our stay. We will be coming back next year.

Staff, food and accommodation as well as location were excellent. We return here every year. We notice that they had upgraded the common parts since last year. Staff were also friendlier.

Strong wifi signal but unfortunately it wasn't connected to the internet and was therefore useless. Sometimes it took a very long time before hot water came through and on one occasions, it didn't come through at all.

it was quite elegant

poor welcome from somewhat sullen male. charged to park in their own grounds. when our room key failed they were not speedy or apologetic fixing it. bath v difficult to get into due to fixed shower screen. no soap provided for bath.
