Buena ubicación y vistas excelentes

Las vistas son excelentes y se aparca muy bien. Nuestra habitación tenía terraza y era cómoda y con buenas vistas.

Hay instalaciones algo descuidadas: varios enchufes no funcionan o están dañados. En los baños de paradores resulta poco práctico que pongan el gel, champú etc. en la ducha y en el lavabo haya un bote de body milk. Al final obliga a abrir el jabón de manos generando un residuo innecesario.

Sehr schönes Hotel - mangelnder Ausblick vom Superior-Zimmer enttäuschend

Die gesamte Einrichtung im Kolonialstil ist sehr gelungen, insbesondere der begrünte Innenhof. Das Frühstück ist landestypisch und lecker. Der zugehörige botanische Garten ist beeindruckend.

Wir hatten ein Superior-Zimmer gebucht und uns auf den tollen Ausblick auf Meer und Landschaft gefreut wie auf den Beispielbildern. Leider haben wir ein Zimmer mit eingemauerter Loggia bekommen, von der man fast gar nichts sieht. Obwohl wir gleich am ersten Morgen um einen Zimmerwechsel gebeten haben, war dieser angeblich während unseres gesamten 9-tägigen Aufenthalts nicht möglich, obwohl immer wieder zahlreiche Personen an- und abgereist sind. Sehr enttäuschend!

Zo'n paradore is niet meer van deze tijd. Totaal verouderd concept. Renovatie nog mogelijk?

De kamer. Rioollucht vliegjes, erg gehorig en de kamers zijn slecht onderhouden. Echt niet doen ! ,

Tranquilidad frente al océano

Muy cerca de Santa Cruz, buen sitio para explorar la isla, en un alto con el océano y el Teide enfrente. La habitación es amplia, cómoda y con una terraza desde la que ver las estrellas. Tiene un jardín botánico maravilloso dentro del recinto. El desayuno genial, con productos locales y el personal fue amable y atento a lo que necesitamos.

El mantenimiento es mejorable, tampoco sobran amenities.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf maar bediening in restaurant viel enorm tegen.

De locatie, rustige omgeving, ruime comfortabele kamers met groot terras, lekker eten en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet

Personeel restaurant was heel chaotisch, lang wachten op bediening, ze spraken praktisch enkel Spaans, ook bij het ontbijt viel de bediening tegen.

Diese Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich - sehr große Auswahl und sehr ansprechend präsentiert. Der dazugehörige Garten ist wunderschön. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte einen Balkon - es war einfach optimal.

Lovely place, just don’t eat there

Beautiful building with wide open spaces and a spectacular view down the hill and out to sea. Staff were all extremely friendly, especially the hardworking restaurant/bar team who are shockingly on shift from early breakfast to late night dinner. Booked the most basic room category and it was huge, with some nice antique furniture. Pool is very nice. The parador is a 10 minute drive uphill, so you do need a car but the are nice hikes that can be reached straight out the back door. Breakfast was very good.

The bed is tiny despite the huge room. The pool could use more shades area, and the gym is very poor; in a basement with no windows and old machinery. The restaurant and bar are ridiculously overpriced - 6 euros for beer when everywhere else on the island is 1.5-2 euros. We had a very disappointing salad and veggie burger at the bar and a slightly less disappointing dinner, but still small portions and not particularly tasty for the price.

it was very disappointed, we did not use this "Parador" again. The Parador in Arcos is very good.

In the room we can hear the neighbours washing her hands, her shower were running over our faces!! too too loud. Her steps , the door opening and other noises were terrible. We wanted a room in the 2. floor, but we did not get him. The breakfast was very simple for 19€ too, too expensive.

Beautiful views and garden

Nice location with great views of the town and mountains. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Overall the hotel needs some upgrade or pizzazz. We could also hear the people next door.

A quiet, well positioned hotel which, with a little TLC, could be so much better and earn its four stars.

A quiet hotel just outside Santa Cruz with beautiful views.

The room decoration was good but detailed maintenance was lacking eg. our balcony door jammed, the wardrobe door couldn’t be properly closed, a handle on another door was missing, one of the lampshades was stuck together with tape, the bedroom doorframe was coming away from the wall and when we reported that the safe wasn’t working nothing was done. The food in the restaurant was good but the menu never changed. Bar prices were extremely expensive eg. €10.00 for a simple toasted sandwich.

I requested an iron twice to iron a shirt for a meeting and it wasn’t delivered to my room. The bar staff appeared quite inexperienced also.

Very good

Although we had a standard room, it was really large with a beautiful wooden floor. Our waiter for dinner_ I think his name was Miguel_ was very professional and helpful making suggestions re our choices. His English was excellent . The food was also excellent

That the pool was closed for renovations and that we weren't aware of that until AFTER we booked

I used the sauna and had to switch it on myself which meant 30 minutes waiting til it got hot

IT IS NOT A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL, BOOKING SHOULD REMOVE THEM FROM THE PET FRIENDLY HOTELS LIST

If you are lucky and get room with sea view than you are lucky... Otherwise, you will see neighbor's balcony

DO NOT EVEN THINK TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL WITH A PET. Despite they advertise themselves as a "pet friendly" in reality they are very rude and hate pets. It's hard time for the hotels I can understand this, but just advertising is not enough, hotel HAS TO BE ADAPTED for the guests with a pets. I traveled with a small toyterrier a dog 1,7kg weight in closed bag and wasn't given any den, nor plate for dog food or water, had to go to pet shop to buy, and NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO HAVE A DINNER AT THE RESTAURANT. As all restaurants in the city are closed quite early, I had to stay hungry for the night. What's more- I wasn't proposed an option to have dinner in the room... NO, DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL WITH A PET

The location is really nice for a relaxing holidays. The building is traditional and the views are amazing. The breakfast really nice and the staff really helpful
