Enjoyed myself

The reception staff was wonderful!

Housekeeping comes too early and when asked to service room later they did not come even after they promised to come. I specifically needed carpet to get vacuumed.

Family vacation

I liked the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Buffet was good.

I booked 3 family rooms and a regular room. I was not happy that the family rooms didnot have microwaves and irons. We all know kids love to eat. I was not happy to have waisted alot off food. Also I hated leaving the room and taking more than 10 sets of clothing to iron,also room was super small and not spacious. Family rooms should have these in the room to make it a more comfortable stay with children.

Nice and relaxing stay

Wifi signal strength heavily different within the hotel. In some rooms very bad connection. but fortunately by changing rooms could solve it.

Exceptional

I like that the hotel is in the center of activities,the was no struggle for transport and they do offer complementary shuttle to waterfront and back. Oh and there's no load shedding

The beach is 15 minutes away

The hotel is perfect but need to add variety on the breakfast menu.

The breakfast was okay and location was fine

We wanted to watch the marathon in the rooms but we were told to go downstairs to watch. Also the breakfast menu should be changed or add variety. We ate the same things since we arrived till left

Room was comfortable, but very disappointed with basic needs.

Location is great, hotel is clean & staff were very friendly.

The one half of the hotel has back-up power during load shedding where the half i stayed in has none. Would be nice to have known as i had a function to attend and could not get ready. Passages, lobbies, fire escapes etc have no emergency lighting making it very dangerous in the dark. For the price i paid i would imagine a mini fridge is a basic requirement. I am a diabetic & had to store my injections in buckets of ice. i received a fridge on the last night of my stay.

I had a very pleasant second visit and will certainly be back for a third

probably the most peaceful hotel I have stayed in and I have tried a few. Zero noise from guests. Lovely sea view. Perfect location.

Liked all of it. Unpretentious and very comfortable.

overall very nice. no complaints really.

the room was a very good size as was the bathroom. it was clean. Staff very friendly.

They seemed to run out of things, ie there was no white wine one evening. There wasn’t always croissants at breakfast.

the hotel is worn out, the suite was not what I was expecting and definitely not what I paid for… OVERPRICED for a worn

the breakfast was good and it’s a walking distance to the beach

paid way too much for what I got when I get there. Not value for money☹️

the room was very nice

load shedding in the family rooms a whole side of the hotel while the other side stays on shocking no fridge in the room and a shower not a bath was very difficult showering my 2 year old staff not very helpful at all wha a terrible experience

Love the great location, comfortable rooms and really really excellent staff

Location was great

Breakfast can do with more variety. Missed a bar fridge in our standard room. Sure we had one previously, but overall a very nice stay.

We loved it and would stay again.

The location was fantastic-we could walk to the beach and to restaurants. They offered a free shuttle to V&A harbor and allowed us to check in early. They have luggage storage, too.

There was nothing wrong with it, except a bit of wood off the underside of the sink and no line for clothes.
