Idéale voyageuse solo

Idéal voyageuse solo. L'auberge est située aux portes de la DownTown, derrière le Musée et juste à côté de la gare routière. Il y a tout à proximité : pharmacies, supérettes, etc... Vue incroyable sur la ville du 16ème étage

Avoid this place!!!

Location

I booked a room a week before my flight to Egypt, thinking I’d be staying at this hostel. Everything was fine until the last day, when they told me I had to change rooms, requiring me to pay three times the original price. They’re hypocrites, They only want your money. Avoid this place!!! there are plenty of other hostels/hotels available with better treatment and cheaper prices.

Good and convenient, value for money

The staff is super good. They prepared take-out breakfast for us when we had to checkout early. They gave us rooms when we checked in early. We felt warmly received. The location is really good, near go bus station. 10-minute walk though the traffic is terrible.

最高の滞在でした！

親切なスタッフ。丁寧な清掃。美味しい朝食。部屋からの素晴らしい眺め。絶好のロケーション。清掃する場面を見る機会があったのですが、とても丁寧な清掃で安心しました。エジプトの宿は衛生面が気になるという人にオススメです。一部の設備は老朽していますが許容範囲内です。またエジプトに来たら絶対に泊まりたい宿です！

بصفة عامة تعتبر إقامة جيدة لو تم تحسين الإفطار و تغيير الأسرّة لأنها غير مريحة نهائيا

الطاقم كان ودودا جدا الموقع ممتاز

الإفطار غير جيد الأسرّة كانت غير مريحة وسيئة جدا الانترنت ضعيف نسبيا لا يوجد أدوات ولا منظفات في الحمام خدمات التنظيف تأخرت أكثر من مرة طلبت سرير للرضع عند الحجز ولم أحصل عليه مع العلم أنه متاح بالمجان أثناء الحجز

Felt comfortable enough!

You cannot find a better place with this price in any other properties. They are nice and value you. Free tea, water and also a nice breakfast.

First bed given to me was not comfortable. But no worries, they will help you to change it.

Staff are friendly and helpfull, it is a good location, very simple and basic.

Hosties were very friendly and helpfull. Good that we had AC at this time of the year is a must.

Disappointing

At check-in, they requested the payment to be 8n cash, pretending that the payment machine is not available and they are not sure of its availability at the time of checking out When I insisted on paying in plastic, they added 5% of the total price after services and taxes expenses

Amazing view of Cairo City from level 15! A view of Nile River from corner couch!

Amazing view of Cairo City from level 15! A view of Nile River from corner couch while having breakfast, breathless! Staff is really nice and friendly, very clean area and the bathroom is with hot shower, good WiFi signal and laundry clip-lines that dries up laundries in half day!

Room's AC is not on for my 2 nights stay, thus windows are opened for airflow for 10 pax and with sandstorm in Cairo it's powder dust everywhere, springy mattress didn't help too.

Score 10 for the guys at the reception and the girl who served breakfast, they were all smiling all the time, which makes you feel good! Very kind everyone! The internet works very well, the location is close to the subway and many tourist spots! The furniture and bedding are a bit old, but for me it was fine because I only needed a bed and a shower! It would be great if you diversified your breakfast at least a little, with a fruit or yogurt! Greetings from Bucharest, boys and girl! I highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely staff. We stayed in another place in Cairo and the attentiveness, kindness and helpfulness in Castle Hostel was incomparable. The place is nicely decorated and generally enjoyed its vibe. Good kitchen facilities too and there's hot water in the room. Lovely view of the busy road.

This may be a blessing in the summer but the place has no heating and we were freezing in the room. Bed sheets were stained.

Great location in the center of cairo, the rooms are very high in the 15th floor...so, view is breathtaking. Room was clean and nice....for 1 night it was just what we needed!

Because I am plant based, I would like to have breakfast options more.

This gem of a hotel is hidden up 16 floors in a ordinary area but the staff here make it wonderfully extra ordinary. gre

The location is perfect, walking distance to the Museum, the Metro, the main bus station and the Nile. Super lovely helpful people run the facility. They put on a surprise dinner and music for everyone on new Years Eve, such warm generous people.

Exceptional

Awesome location so close to everything. The room was good and big. Minter views as high up also not to loud as far from road. The owners were super kind, awesome English and went out of there way to be helpful. Cup of shy on arrival and awesome breakfast. Room was perfect. One of us were sick and the owner made him a special tea. Super kind and it actually helped. Would stay again for sure.
