Una pesadilla

¡Qué vergüenza de hotel! En Andorra es un insulto a la industria hotelera. El personal nos recibió con una hostilidad que rozaba lo grotesco, dando paso a una estancia que solo puedo describir como el infierno en la tierra. La habitación era una abominación, con sábanas que parecían no haberse lavado en meses y un pútrido olor a moho que te cortaba la respiración. Cucarachas campaban a sus anchas por el suelo y hasta el techo de la habitación. El baño era un espectáculo dantesco, con un inodoro perpetuamente atascado y una ducha que escupía un hilillo de agua sucia. Intentar comer en el hotel fue jugar a la ruleta rusa con nuestra salud; comida en estado de descomposición y bebidas que sabían a pura química. El gerente, un ser despreciable, se rió en nuestra cara cuando exigimos un reembolso, diciendo que “eso es lo que hay”. Este hotel no solo debe ser evitado, sino clausurado por atentar contra la dignidad de sus huéspedes. ¡Una completa y absoluta desgracia!

La burocracia. Las amenities no sólo se cobran sino que deben reservarse, las camas no se hacen. Una de las habitaciones era muy pequeña.

It was a great journey. We liked your place will consider for future trips

Location is amazing, views also. The rooms are clean and bathroom is clean. Comfortable that we could cook for ourselves.

There were no coffee machine and iron - we needed it a lot. These two items would make the trip absolutely amazing!

we had views towards a wall, which was quite unpleasant given the fact that I had booked a month prior and I would have assumed that there were rooms available towards the side of the valley.

a great apartment for a relaxing stay for a ski holiday, lovely & close to the cable car

the reception staff were very helpful. also the apartments proximity to the Funicamp cable car and local shops. the spa and sauna on the ground floor was a great bonus. the illa shopping mall in carlemany is nearby which was great.

we would have liked some extra crockery in the apartment.

The sauna and spa area were really good.

We had to make our own beds. The furniture was quite old and the kettle was broken.

apartment is a bit old and the you need to put the sheets when you arrive which is not convenient. Rooms were very small not spacious.

Old and small flat. Half dirty and stuff no supporting

Location

You have to do your own bed. There's almost nothing complementary. It's not convenient the Parking if you want to ski (last day, during checkout you have to move away the car from the parking...) Clean sheets given but dirty blankets/Nordics. Very small rooms and all was very old. No owen available. Stuff was almost not present (none before 9am or after 20pm.). Reception didn't help even to find a parking (they say don't know but lives just there...) Too expensive for an old flat, bad stuff and small flat. Do not come.. there's a lot of good quality ones nearby.

Nice but noisy place :(

Clean, convenient and very good location.

Noise from other rooms - people were partying with loud music - luckily only until 1am. It's my 2nd stay at this place but next time I think - I'll look for some alternative. It's dissapointing that the hosts don't care about keeping silence at night.

Absolute Gem for winter and summer holidays

- The lady at check-in desk was incredibly friendly and helpful and we got a free upgraded apartment on the top floor with beautiful views - The location is amazing. This is our 2nd visit, once last winter and this time in summer. Close to cable car, bus stop, small supermarket and a short walk to Encamp Town - Amazing views from balcony and lots of light - Apartments are basic but when you consider value for money, it's unbelievable value for money. - Can recommend for ski/winter holiday and for summer break

My only feedback would be to put pads on the legs of the furniture as you can hear chairs being moved in other apartments
