Very enjoyable stay in a great location

Wonderful location in Gamla Stan. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and clean. We had to leave before breakfast so they gave us a bag of food, and coffee, which we appreciated very much.

While all the antiques in the lobby and hallways are fascinating it felt a bit cluttered and looked dusty. However our room was extremely clean.

A treat!!

Really cool vibes in central Gamla Stan!! Hotel was boutique yet in a very approachable and quirky way. Loved the body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Loved the breakfast, which was extensive and excellent!! The staff are at the front desk 24/7, which was a very nice added bonus. They gave good recs on food.

Location, quality of room, great breakfast, unique theme tastefully done, decor, amazing linked restaurant

En-suite shower was the smallest I’ve ever seen- beautiful, clean but tiny.

Exceptional comfort and exceptional breakfast in Gamla Stan

Delightfully quirky and fascinating collection of antiques fill this very attractive hotel. Superbly comfortable room and exceptional breakfast buffet. Good location in Gamla Stan and only a short walk from the Tunnelbana.

Disappointment & disaster!!!!

We had a smell of drain in our room during the last 24 hours. I told the reception and asked them specifically to check this and revert, they never did. This experience destroyed the last part of our journey. I will never ever again stay at this hotel.

Recommended. Totally this a very nice hotel (as long you prefer boutique hotel) in a great location!

Location is Great, It's close to everywhere. This is a boutique hotel and looks interesting from inside. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very good.

The towels are in bed condition and must be replaced. The coffee machine in the (dinning area) was out of order during our stay (5 nights) so the coffee served was not good.

Nice experience

Location, facilities, breakfast choice, friendliness of staff.

The bathroom was not cleaned well, there was hair in the shower, also, they can be more tolerable on the guests finishing their breakfast after 10, it feels like they are bouncing us out at exactly 10 o’clock. They can take out the food so you cannot eat more, but let people finish what they started.

The hotel was very well maintained. It showed much of ships and navigation pieces and books, which is very museum-like. Unique!

We asked a question of bed type as soon as we checked-in the room and waited an hour for answer. Because we did not want to bother extra cleaning, we just stood in the room for the whole hour, and the staff kept saying they would answer in a minute!

Exceptional

Friendly staff, especially the guy who welcomed us when we arrived about 1am after a delayed flight. Thoughtfully designed room, super-comfortable bed, and a nice welcoming touch of a digestif on the first night. We enjoyed the hotel's 'museum' aspects, with all the items collected from Stockholm's sea-faring past. The location could not be better, very near the main sites and a short walk from a metro station. The breakfast is also fabulous: lovely fresh ingredients, a wide range of choice, and pretty good coffee.

There's hardly anything to say -- I guess a couple of drawers to put things in would have been useful. And it was disappointing not to be able to eat in either of the hotel restaurants, which were fully booked. That's a tribute to their success, of course, but it might be an idea to say on the website to book in advance if you'd like dinner. There are plenty of good other options nearby, though, and the hotel was helpful with recommendations.

Great stay

Good room and bathroom size with comfortable beds

The attitude of the one lot of bar staff needs some work vs. the team led by the bar keeper with tattoos. It was just chalk and cheese. Nothing was too much for him and his team.
