Ett vackert hotell med perfekt läge, trevlig personal. Ett av de dyrare hotellen i Helsingborg som utmärker sig och därf

Vackert hotell, vacker bar/lobby. Perfekt läge. Trevlig personal i receptionen.

Hittade smuts på sängkläderna. De var tvättade, men det är ingrott. Tycker att man slänger det, för matcha resten av hotell standarden. Likadant med dusch draperiet, släng det om de inte går att tvätta. Hittade ingrott foundation fläckar på min handduk.

Härlig atmosfär och tillgängligheten. God frukost.

Att restaurangerna stänger köket 21.00 och vi blev hänvisade till Bishop arms vars meny inte är den bästa. Sängarna var knarriga och kanske lite välanvända.

Excellent location! Got later than usual and staff were very nice, check in was quick and friendly. The room was up to standards and everything was clean.

The card keys, very finicky and someone not working with the room doors.

Please do something about the bars. The hotel is so beautiful and cosy.

beautiful hotel and fantastic location and the reception was so nice, helpful and friendly!

The nightclubs and bars surrounding the hotel :( we stayed on a Friday night and the parties downstairs when on till like 5am! there were earplugs in the toilets for us but just didn’t work with drunk girls screaming downstairs.

nice location but not worth it otherwise

it has a vintage charm and the restaurant interior was nice

the included breakfast was not good at all, and over crowded. There was a sauna that was scary looking and not functioning. check in staff was quite cold / reserved which is odd for hotel staff welcoming you. the room was outdated compared to the photos I saw online. I would definitely updated the rooms, even if it’s a partial repair - just to make them modern and at todays standard. the room looked from the 90s with the interior style. the bed was not comfy and the balcony was rotting. it’s simple renovation costs to put in that will really elevate.

Pleasant, but underwhelming

Location was very good and the hotel was nice. Good selection of breakfast, but quality was not amazing. Its a very charming hotel and the bar was really cozy.

We had many problems with the keys and had to get new ones several times over a 2 day stay. The staff was helpful to get it sorted, but it was annoying to be a repeating problem through out the stay. The beds were unfortunately not that comfortable, and because we were on the third floor, there was only a small window. Overall impression was that it didnt live up to expectations of our stay.

Bar closes pretty early, there is no possibility to use lounge room after certan time.

the parking options was terrible. Nowhere near and the hotel couldn’t guarantee a spot for your car. The hotel was okay - the interior is old and very used. Our toilet kept running through the stay and the ventilation in the bathroom didn’t work. There was clear water damage in the ceiling in our room and around the hotel.

Classic beautiful hotel

Loved our stay. Beautiful hotel well designed dining room / bar and lovely food. Comfy beds and a lovely room, a fabulous breakfast with lots of healthy options chia pudding overnight oats etc as well as cooked breakfast, salmon, fresh fruit and juices. Right in the centre.
