Cooler Style. Perfekte Lage.

Laute Musik aus dem Club unter unserem Zimmer. Haben aber das Zimmer (free Upgrade) tauschen können und waren damit zufrieden.

Great Location helpful staff

The location is great. The dining room is spectacular. The staff is very helpful.

We needed to contact the American Embassy and police we asked the very kind front desk person for help but for some reason he could not make the call with hotel line-he had to use his personal phone

Fint till stor del och perfekt läge.

Man bör snygga till pubben med lite investering, fel kontrast till övrigt hög klassigt utseende. Biljetter till nattklubben skulle erbjudas vid incheckningen så man vet att den finns så skulle det ge en bättre helhetsbild.

Lovely stay.

Lovely breakfast, very nice staff and perfect location to enter the city.

Even though we got a Genius upgrade, the rooms were not that big.

Frukost; Fantastiskt sortiment för en lactosintollerant. Väldigt bra råvaror. Otroligt gott allting. Rummet var jättefint och grundligt städat. Väldigt trevlig personal i receptionen.

Very centrally located, but not exceptional.

È molto centrale, facile arrivare per tutto. Il personale è molto cordiale. La colazione buffet è buona. Il letto è comodo.

L'albergo è un po decadente. Si vede che avrà bisogno una rinfrescata, ristrutturazione. La notte nel weekend c'è molto rumore di una discoteca che è appena sotto L'albergo, si sente anche con finestre chiuse dal terzo piano. Il ristorante asiatico non è un gran che, si mangia ma non è niente di speciale. I primi due giorni il riscaldamento non funzionava, buttava dentro aria fredda. Ho chiesto aiuto ma non riusivano risolvere, mi hanno detto che un problema generale della struttura.

Excellent atmosphere and beautiful restaurant

It’s my favorite hotel in Stockholm 👌 an amazing restaurant with beautiful chandeliers huge offer for the breakfast. The staff was very helpful with organizing the transport to the airport. Thank you a nice stay.

Exceptional

Location was great & convenient to access Red's sightseeing bus and boats. Good food in restaurant, and shopping and parks nearby.

Hotel staff was not welcoming or as friendly as normal.

Disappointment due to false marketing. Not value for the money.

Apparently only few (just 5?) of the rooms are renovated and yet they use the pictures of renovated rooms for marketing purposes here in Booking.com. The old rooms are really worn out and therefore look and feel dirty. Stains and cracks on the tables, doorways, floors and bed heads. In addition to pictures, room descriptions doesn’t match the reality. Superior room was said to have a wide 180-200 cm bed and a welcoming champagne/ sparkling wine included in the room. After mentioning it and showing the room description to the receptionist an ice tea type of bottle was delivered to our room. The location is top and the breakfast was good.

A really lovely stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely come again.

I liked the breakfast, room, ambience, view from the room and the location was brilliant.

I did not like that there was not enough coffee in the room for an early morning coffee - I am an early riser!

Wonderful location , beautiful room . Stunning grand dining room . Great buffet breakfast . Garden like park in front of the hotel .

The black out curtains were not effective ! It gets dark for only a few hours at night

The staff were fantastic and helpful, the building is beautiful and the position is great

The room facilities weren’t great, not enough shelves in bathroom for toiletries not enough space in the room for traveler’s with more than 1 suitcase. But the room was lovely. Ended up getting a parking ticket out front when I went to get my luggage to leave, not even 6 minutes.

The interiors were great, particularly the dining hall. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was excellent with plenty to see in the area. Very reasonably priced.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Stockholm

Excellent location, terrace room with hottub was amazing! Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, they even gave us late checkout for a later transfer to the airport. Breakfast was great, and overall a lovely hotel with fun character.

The room was pretty clean from what we could see, but there was a red wine(?) stain on the wall when we checked in.

mixed feelings - overrated

- really good location to visit city - by walking distance you can get to most attractions - very good breakfast in beautiful room - everyone can find food they like - staff was friendly and accommodating

- room was in the corner of the building and very dark and with minimal day light - constant noise from outside building (ventilator, techno party) and inside building - it was really difficult to sleep and relax - cleanliness of the room was far from ideal - previous guest(s) vomited in the room and the room was not clean properly thus smelly - this really ruined the entire experience despite compensation - overpriced considering the quality of rooms and overall experience
