No es un 5 estrellas ni de broma

La habitación estaba muy bien, la calidad de las bebidas, la comida aún siendo poca variedad estaba bien y el trato del personal en especial el chico de animación (el mayor) y los metre del buffet

La limpieza en general, el snack es horrible, y hay una cosa que está muy mal la pulsera no te la ponen hasta las tres en punto y se desactiva a las 12 pierdes dos horas de servicio y te ponen un almuerzo de cortesía y no lo es, te toca por derecho....la animación de la noche es de risa y es una pena porque tienen una zona fantástica pero mal aprovechada

Si, ya he ido en otras ocasiones con el niño! El único problema son las moscas que hay que pican un montón en la zona de la piscina y sus exteriores😔

No me gustó que el almuerzo no estuviera incluido en la llegada y lo compensaban con comer en el bar piscina en lugar de a la salida! Es cierto que te daban un ticket pero era para el bar piscina donde como comenté anteriormente las moscas picaban mucho y tuvimos q esperar bastante hasta q nos dieran la habitación

Animation team is excellent, reception team also extremely helpful. Comfortable mattresses. Hotel generally very clean

Air conditioning doesn’t work at all, rooms extremely dated. Sofa beds are just literally the sofa with back cushions removed rather than pull out beds

Habitaciones amplias. Comida excelente Había hamacas de sobra

Altavoces con volumen excesivo en piscina y poolbar. Construcción con extraña distribución, nos perdimos 2 veces. A veces llegaba un tufillo a estiércol del vecino campo de golf.

The buffet staff were very nice and helpfull. the beds were comfy

The hotel was dated, The room smelt of smoke. under the main flightpath for TNS airport, a lot of plane noise.

Pésima no volveré

El trato de alguno de los camareros “algunos”

Llegamos a dicho hotel el 29 de Marzo del 2024 Siendo la llegada y entrega de las llaves a las 15;00h, la cual nos ponen a esperar porque aún no estaba lista la habitación, a las 15;45h. Volvemos a solicitar la entrada al hotel y aún así pasando el tiempo de la entrega de la llave, nos vuelven a decir que tenemos que seguir esperando, las malas formas del recepcionista hace que le tengamos que solicitar que porfavor si nos podían poner las pulseras puesto que íbamos con dos niñas, y así vez solicitar la hoja de reclamaciones, en ese mismo momento la habitación derrepente estaba lista, a la llegada de la habitación nos percatamos que no era la nuestra, puesto que no estaba acabante de limpiar(llena de pelos, baño sucio y polvo) y preparada con amenite y toallas para dos y ahí comienza a desencadenarse un montón de cosas que para nosotros creemos no esta bien 1-Limpieza de la habitación 2- Malas contestas tras varias ocaciones de la cocinera (Maria Angeles) 3- Falta de papel en los baños de servicio común 4- Bar snack de la piscina presta un servicio de 11h a 18:30h en el cual nos presentamos el sábado 2 5- Y por último sin ser menos especial el viernes en la noche llamamos a recepción (11:30 de la noche)ya que solo teníamos dos almohadas en la habitación y dos toallas, para solicitarlas y al ir a recogerlas solicitamos el pago de toallas de playas, un servicio que da el hotel (dejar 25€ en señal de fianza que se reembolsará a la salida del mismo y entregando dicha toalla) nos entregan dos tickets (50€ pagados en efectivo) y cual es nuestra sorpresa a la hora de entregarlas nos dicen que no hay ningún registro de nuestras toallas.😳. Vamos que me fui poniendo una reclamación, habiendo pagado un servicio en muchos casos nulos o mal dados y sin mis 50€ y sin las toallas porque al final las pagué. No volvería a este hotel.

Ok, but very tired hotel in need of some investment.

Location was perfect.

Definitely not a 5* hotel, in need of some renovations throughout as looking very tired and lots of broken sun loungers, rooms are VERY dated. Rooms weren’t cleaned once in 5 days.

Отлично отдохнули и с хорошим впечатлением и яркими эмоциями вернулись домой!

Приветливый персонал, особенно девушка Lisa, которая была к нам очень заботлива и внимательна!) Хороший просторный номер с большой террасой. Отличное разнообразное питание. Небольшая, но красивая и ухоженная территория с необычными пальмами внутри отеля

Месторасположение, отсутствие хорошего пляжа поблизости, постоянный гул самолетов и ветра в данной местности. Скромная развлекательная программа

Well run hotel but would benefit from a few tweaks here and there.

We liked everything about this hotel. The food, the entertainment, superb company we met and the staff were so kind and friendly.

Open the kitchen areas in the apartments. Charging a fee only affects the poorer off guests and the hotel is making enough money without holding the less well off to ransom. You will not only lose customers but you will find your insect population will increase in areas that are confined. Just my observation but I’m not an entomologist!

Pobyt był bardzo dobry, dla osób które chcą odpocząć a nie korzystać z rozrywki

Apartament bardzo duzy I ogromny balkon. Obiekt ładny, duży. Nie jest pierwszej młodości ale widać ze jest naprawdę ładnie zrobiony, wszystko czyste i działa. Basen zawsze była możliwość skorzystania z wygodnych leżaków i parasoli. Jedzenie wszystko świeże, smaczne i różnorodne, niektóre potrawy robione przy kliencie. Restauracje A’la carte, bardzo smaczne i można skorzystać ze wszystkich, jakie hotel proponuje co jest ogromnym plusem. Personel wszyscy mili, dbają o klienta. Nie żałują alkoholu ;)

Słaba klimatyzacja na całym obiekcie. Jeden bar wieczorny otwarty do 23 TRAGEDIA Wieczory bardzooo słabeeee, nudne i stworzone jak dla dzieci. Brak stolików wieczorem na podwórku Opłata za wszystkie gry Ręczniki niektóre nie pachniały świeżością, pewnie to jest uzależnione od tej wilgoci, która jest na Teneryfie Słaby asortyment w lodowce tylko jedna niegazowana 1.5 l woda Brak karty dla klientów All inclusive, trzeba się pytać co się wlicza a co nie

I could not recommend this hotel it was more like a 2 star resort

Pleasant staff

We didn’t get the room we booked it was more like a courtesy room used for checking out . The Room they gave us was dirty with rubbish left in bathroom floor , full rubbish bag left in bedroom , beds on wheels constantly moving when you moved on them they looked like more like camp beds .

Tired and Miserable Hotel

The irish bar up the road that serves good food Was the best part of being at this hotel

This not a 5 or 4 star hotel , more like a 2 star. Its tired and miserable and the restaurant for breakfast is just awful. It is also on the flight path to the airport so you will get the noise of low flying aircraft every 5 - 10 minutes, avoid if you can.!

The aircon is rubbish, the rooms are so hot, the curtains don't meet so it's really bright and let's all the more heat in.

Poor

Most of the staff were lovely and helpful.

When we arrived our room wasn’t ready so we couldn’t head there until after 5 checkin was 3pm - we were offered to sit by pool etc but there was no sun loungers so nowhere to sit and chill , When the room was ready we got 2 single beds on wheels pushed together but the brake wasn’t working left for a challenging night, the fridge was leaking in the room and just generally need an overhaul - staff were lovely though and apologetic, housekeeping let reception staff down.

Shortage of sun loungers at pool & umbrellas. Room101:No clothes horse or kettle for first two days, needed to request same on a couple of occasions. Items kept falling out of fridge when door was open due to parts missing on door. Room102: Missing a kettle Room 105: No pillow cases, had to request same. Used underwear from previous occupant found in the wardrobe. Same reported to reception, but was never removed.

Exceptional

Accommodated my family at very short notice after a flight cancellation until the following day. Our overnight stay was just what we needed and location ideal for airport transfer. Wasn't there long enough to comment on lunch/dinner. Pool and hotel grounds very clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend.

A good place for one night.

Quiet hotel. Nice pool. plenty to choose from at the buffet breakfast and dinner. A spacious room. comfortable beds.

Close to the airport but the planes fly in over the pool in a very low altitude with only minuets between which makes it disturbing. It looks like a 5 star hotel in the lobby but not in the room. The dinner was plentiful but not 5 star. We only stayed for one night but there didn’t seem to be much to do around the hotel.

NOT A FIVE STAR

The main foyer was very nice, The staff were great, very happy and polite.

100% NOT A FIVE STAR HOTEL. the buffet service was very small, the smallest Iv ever seen on an all inclusive hotel. Food was very limited and repetitive, not good for kids or if you’re a fussy eater. it was meant to be a relaxing holiday , we found it hard to do that when they decide to close the pool and have Bob the builder and his friends drillling all day working on the pool meaning people couldn’t use it, kids pool was also closed due to work being done on it, not a good idea at the peak of summer. pool Bar is a waste of time, atmosphere around the pool area was terrible, no music or entertainment. The drinks were also rubbish, thur cocktails come out of a machine. I ordered a Mojito, it was basically lemonade and ice, it was the only drink I had in the hotel the whole week. the room was decent but it had quite a few minor problems that could have been fixed, mainly the base of the bath was bouncy when taking a shower, felt like it could go through at any time, bathroom door lock was broken and would jam when trying to close it. the lift was also out of service 5 of the 7 days we were there. The hotel was extremely empty, I’d say 5% full. the most people I seen at once at the food service was maybe 15 people in a very large dining hall. at most I would give it a 3 Star.

It has everything. the environment and the food.

I just didn’t like one and important thing was their bed is not comfortable and there’s no enough pillows there. otherwise everything wad cool and nice. and I didn’t like the room bill :( it’s loud.
