Great stay

Great localization. Good bed. Nice breakfast.

A little noise, but the hotel can't do anything about. Strange cleaning policy -you should ask to clean your room one day in advance.

Super locatie. Prijs kwaliteit dik in orde

De locatie is super, heel dichtbij het station. Dat is handig om direct je koffers achter te laten en de stad te gaan ontdekken. Het ontbijt was lekker. Het personeel was vriendelijk.

Ze hadden ons voor dezelfde prijs een grotere kamer gegeven. De stoelen zaten erg comfortabel en het was lekker ruim. Daarnaast zit de locatie lekker in het centrum. Het personeel was vriendelijk en de receptie is 24/7 open.

We konden de parkeerruimte niet duidelijk vinden, maar hebben de auto uiteindelijk wel in een andere parkeergarage kwijt gekund dichtbij.

Best Value Hotel in Antwerp

The staff were always helpful and friendly, I got upgraded after checking in to a suite! It was super comfortable and spacious. TV upstairs and down, free water, coffee machine. The hotel is near station, near halaal and non halaal restaurants, atms, centrum. Easy access to metro also. All round fantastic hotel.

The lights did not work downstairs but I didn't spend much time there. The wifi was extremely spotty upstairs. But works downstairs.

Hygiëne onder de maat en daardoor geen fijn verblijf

Dichtbij station en winkels, kamer was oke qua formaat, mooi uitzicht vanuit kamer

Veel lawaai van buiten ook als de ramen dicht waren, Rare geur op de gang. Hygiëne was slecht. We hadden 2 kamers. Kamer 1: Er zaten bij binnenkomst handafdrukken op het glas van de badkamer, haren op de muur in de badkamer en op het bed. Koelkast stonk naar urine. Kruimels op de stoel, Airco was niet te regelen. Het was binnen 21 graden. Gelukkig kon het raam wel open voor wat afkoeling. Op de Wc borstel zat alm wc papier, vlekken op vensterbank bij het raam, vlekken op sierkussens 2e kamer: we deden de deur open en daar bleken al andere gasten in te zitten. We kregen daarna een andere kamer. De föhn zat onder de haren, ook zat er wc papier op de wc borstel, een druif en armband onder het bed, ook vlekken op de sierkussens We hebben dit aangegeven tijdens en na ons verblijf bij het personeel.

Perfecte locatie naast het station. Faciliteiten waren goed, staf was erg vriendelijk. Badkamer compact maar prima douche. Prima bedden. Wij hadden kamer in het authentieke gedeelte maar helemaal opgeknapt. En heerlijk rustig. Helaas wel met de lift naar de etage maar daarna nog een aantal trappen in het authentieke gedeelte. voor ons geen probleem maar met grote koffers lastig.

De schoonmaak liet letterlijk te wensen over want zijn niet gekomen, ondanks herhaalde verzoeken. Dat was het enige minpunt.

Gute Lage am Bahnhof mit vielen Nachteilen

Recht zentrale Lage, aber direkt am Bahnhof und an einer Straße mit zig Restaurants und sehr lauten Publikumsverkehr. Liegt direkt am Zoo.

Extrem hellhörig. Rücksichtsloses Publikum, das immer die Türen mit einem lauten Knall zufallen lässt. Wegen der Lautstärke auf der Straße sind die Zimmer nach vorne untauglich. Sie Klimaanlage lässt sich nur von der Rezeption aus regeln, die Fernbedienung im Zimmer ist nutzlos.

Good option to explore Antwerp

Good position, very close to the main central station of Antwerp. In 25 minutes walk you can reach the city center or you can just take the tram nearby. The room was clean and very large.

It's almost impossible to open the windows and the A/C temperature and the fan speed cannot be modify and so the room is very warm or too cold.

perfecte ligging

De ligging is natuurlijk uitzonderlijk goed en ook uitmuntend bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. Kamer is ook zeer ruim en geriefelijk. Wel lawaai door drukke straat. Prima ontbijt.

Problemen met inchecken wegens uitval computer. Veroorzaakte zenuwachtig gedoe en wrevel tussen personeel onderling waar klant niks mee te maken heeft. Ontbijt in vroege uren is heel lastig wegens drukte.

Situated right next to Central Station. Super friendly and proactive staff. Very clean.

For breakfast I don't think there was any vegan option other than peanut butter and jelly, and some tired fruit salad. No central next-to-bed light control. Weak wi-fi signal.

Clean and well located vis a vis the station with minimum of staff .

Location was ideal in my case .

The layout of the rooms was more akin of a Rabbits Burrow than a safely designed hotel . Access and route to the rooms through narrow passage with short stairs up and down .

Toffe ligging en ruime kamer

De locatie was voor ons prima! Dicht bij alles waar we naartoe wilden gaan en konden dit te voet doen Badkamer net en voldoende groot, alsook de kamer

Het ontbijt was op zich in orde met veel keuze maar er werd niet snel aangevuld jammer genoeg.... brood en sinaasappelsap waren op en werd pas aangevuld tegen dat we gedaan hadden... geen vriendelijke of klantvriendelijke dame die instond voor het aanvullen en afruimen van het ontbijt De toilet op de kamer had een nare "putjes" geur

Localização próxima a estação central de trem e ao metro. Restaurantes próximo ao hotel. Está próximo ao centro turístico.

Interne com limitação, quando se faz o acesso é informa que para ter vídeo ou fazer streaming é necessário pegar o pacote especial. Preço a consultar na recepção. Estacionamento pago. Café da manhã não é ruim, mas não é do meu estilo, muitos pães e frituras, não vale o preço para o que eu gosto de manhã. Preferi comprar frutas e suco no supermercado. Depois eu vi que me cobraram até a garrafa de água grátis que está no quarto para sua chegada. Aliás pelo preço ao menos uma garrafa de água todo dia tinha de ter. O quarto do meu colega era pior em localização e tamanho comparado ao meu. Tinha de andar bem e descer escada, dei sorte com o quarto.

Werde das Leonardo Hotel immer wieder buchen

Das Hotel ist unmittelbar an der Central Station, die Zimmer sind gepflegt und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Ich habe das Leonardo schon öfters gebucht und werde das auch wieder tun.

Leider sieht man, wenn man den mit Glasfenstern versehenen Gang zum Zimmer geht, unmittelbar den Hof des Nachbargrundstücks, welcher mit Müll übersät ist. Irgendjemand entsorgt wohl dort seinen Hausmüll unmittelbar aus dem Fenster..!! Für diese Situation kann natürlich das Leonardo nichts aber es sieht schon schlimm aus ..!!

Weekend getaway.

Easy check in, receptionist spoke to us slowly and clearly. Nice room, great location, yummy breakfast and check out as well easy. Perfect for a couple of nights, the location is great!

There seemed to be a smell of sewer throughout the hotel at times and in the room, however opening the windows for a bit quickly eased it, nothing major that bothered.

Leonardo was close to public transport. The room was clean and comfortable.

Leonardo Hotel was close to the train station and lovely restaurants. The studio room was clean, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff were friendly. We loved how close the hotel was to the attractions especially the shops, the cathedral and Grote markt.

A disappointment and a potential health hazard

The location was pretty nice. It was close to most restaurants and shops in the city center, so there's always something to do.

When we got there on the check-in date, the receptionist told us that that the check-in time was at 3pm. Though we got there a little early, the tone used wasn't really appreciated, especially when the message said that sometimes an early check-in is possible after 12pm. We were basically told to "read the email better", when the email clearly stated 2pm. When we finally got there closer to 3pm, we were told that the room wasn't ready yet and were asked if we wanted another room instead, which had to be "emergency cleaned". We were forced to wait another hour-and-a-half in the lobby with all of our baggage, but at least the receptionist was nice enough to offer us a few drinks on the house as an apology. Sadly, things didn't end there. The room was a 2 floor room. The bottom floor had no air conditioning and the shower door wouldn't close for some reason, no matter how hard we tried (open-door showers were a thing for those two days). The "air condition unit" on the second floor was just air from a ventilation shaft, which was unbearably loud. Furthermore, one day into our two-day stay, we found out that the upstairs bed had bed bugs in it. The two family members upstairs would wake up every day with nasty bed bug bites that itched like crazy with no mosquitos in sight. It wasn't until the next day that one of the two people sleeping upstairs found one of the culprits, dead on the sheets followed by a tiny trail of blood (a photo will be added to show said scene). While we paid 275 euros for a two night stay at this place and didn't really expect the world of the Leonardo Hotel, our experience made us wish that we'd scooped an extra 200 euros on top of that price for a somewhat more decent experience somewhere else. All of the aforementioned problems could have been ignored, but the bed bugs issue is a major health concern.

Room is very to fit in 2 people with their suitcases and at night the room was not dark due to the curtains not closing correctly. The bathroom was also a bit small.

Nice but...

Great location and it was clean. Very cool design.

The air conditioning didn't work, since it leaked. They told us they would fix it, but they didn't, so they turned it off. Also, the shampoo and soap ran out fast, we asked for more, but they gave us another one that wasn't completely full or new, so it ran out fast for the second time. Also, we could hear everything from our room.
