Heel fijn

Al was het hotel aan de oude kant, het was nog steeds een fijne hotel. Onze kamer was heel groot en het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid met pannekoeken, verschillende toppings voor op je yoghurt.

Jammer genoeg is de koffie to-go erg prijzig. Voor mensen met grote koffers, in de lift passen maar 2 mensen het is heel erg smal! En als je met de auto komt, de ingang voor de parkeerplaats is heel erg smal!

We liked our stay

We liked our stay at Winsor. Centrally located, For 3 stars- it provided more than we were expecting. A spacious room. Very good breakfast. Clean and not too noisy.

Minor inconveniences - very tight elevator; it was rather hot in the bathroom and was not possible to regulate the heat. There were no free car parking slots available, however we could find nearby a parking area.

Fint værelse. Dejlig morgenmad. Dejligt med kaffe og juice ad libitum i opholdstuen og frugt og kage om eftermiddagen. Meget venlig betjening i receptionen.

Location and beds are the two good things about this hotel.

Very average breakfast, too noisy for resting, you literally can hear all guests in their rooms.

Nice place, spacious and with very good breakfast.. tea and coffee etc available all time. We enjoyed the stay facilities where good bathroom clean and well setup. Staff was kind and very helpful

In need of a renovation, a barking dog alone in the room below us.

Odense is a very nice town, we stopped here on our way back by train to Billund from Copenhagen and it was definitely worth it. The hotel is not too far from the station (a pleasant 7 minute walk) an near the city center, and close to restaurants and shops. While the room was pretty shabby, the bathroom was nice and clean. The breakfast was included and good.

The hotel is old and shabby and in need of a renovation. Our room was next to an old and noisy elevator. But much worse: there was a dog in the room below us, that was left alone and barking for long periods of time. I might accept that an hotel allows dogs, but I can't understand that an hotel allows people to leave a dog alone in a room for hours. And obviously putting the dog in a room next to the elevator, where people pass by all the time is the worst idea. We had a room with an extra bed, but this extra bad was a couch with armrests and neither of my two teenage children fit in between.

Decent hotel

-Nice staff -Free coffee all day if you bring your own mug or buy one

-The elevator was out of order so we had to carry our luggage to the third floor ourselves -No available parking -No specific cutlery to pick up cheese or bread at the breakfast so people used their fingers

Good breakfast

Our stay here was okay. Nothing special. The breakfast was good with a lot of different options.

Very tired hotel. Creepy stains in the carpet. Thin walls. The private parking was full when we arrived so we had to park in a public parking and pay extra for it.

Nice breakfast and nice staff. Room was warm.

I hate not having a kettle in my room. I want a cup of tea/coffee before getting dressed, not after. Lack of English speaking TV channels

Overall stay was good and would definitely stay again on next visit.

Breakfast was ample and great quality. Room was ample and spacious. Bathroom was clean. Shower pressure was good as well. Ideally located for access to town centre.

Bathroom sink was very slow to drain and size was a bit cramped.

In general it was good. No problems.

Descent hotel, descent breakfast, great location, small room. Free coffee and cakes in the afternoon. Municipality parking with fare charges just in the opposite side of the street.

Disappointing

The location is very good, close to the train station and accessible to main streets at the downtown! The hotel staff are nice and helpful!

The hotel instalation is a bit rundown and could be improved. For example, in the room I was placed, the bathroom door was "squeaking" loudly -as you open or close the door- which late at night disturbs the sleep of your companion! Just putting some WD40 in the door hinges...would improve a lot!

Unfortunately, not so pleasant stay!

Location is good and easy parking opposite the street.

The bathroom had a awful stench from the shower drainage pipe. Staff put a deodorant block in the shower- slightly better but still smelt awful. The floors of the room creaked as you walked and it was poor soundproofing between the rooms. Breakfast was quite limited in variety.

Nice old hotel

Location close to many attractions. Car park across the street. Nice old building, room was spacious and the beds comfortable. Ok breakfast.

No air conditioning, so it was a bit hot during the odd heat wave.

Good location near the station, nice building. The single bed was ok.

A bit light in the room, queues and no free tables at breakfast.
