Hôtel calme et pratique pour découvrir le Havre

Hôtel calme, chambre spacieuse, présence de la kitchenette. Personnel très aimable et accueillant. Beaucoup de possibilité de branchements avec des prises électriques et USB. Présence d'un parking souterrain appréciable dans cette rue où il est difficile de se garer.

Chambre et salle de bains mal nettoyées. Manque de couverts et de verre dans la kitchenette. Souci avec la porte du parking souterrain qui s'est refermée sur le toit de ma voiture... Petit-déjeuner en dessous de nos attentes vu le prix proposé.

L'isolation phonique, les murs sont fins et il n'est pas possible de laisser ses bagages à la bagagerie le dimanche, ce qui n'est pas habituel, c'est un service indispensable dans un hôtel.

comfortable enough if you are planning a quick stay

- The staff was very kind. One girl, in particular, was super attentive and kind. - The breakfast buffet was excellent. There was not much variety of food, but the available food was very fresh and of excellent quality. - I never cooked in the room, but I noticed that it has all the necessary elements for a functioning kitchen, including a mini dishwasher which is super useful if you are not a fan of washing the dishes after cooking.

- They could improve a lot in the cleanliness of the rooms, the kitchen cabinets and the shower doors were very stained. - We stayed 4 nights but we didn't get any change of sheets or towels. - Even when the room was very comfortable there was no A/C, so we had to decide between sleeping in the heat or opening the windows and listening to the neighbors in the other room talking loudly until 2:00 AM.

Very low price/performance

I checked in very late and the reception desk was closed. The reception person had texted me in advance to let me self-check-in, so much so that I didn't have to sleep on the street.

Location: Not very well located, 23 minutes walk from the train station and 15 minutes by public transport. Besides, the dining room sink and bathroom sink are a bit clogged and the shower room is also very clogged and the water won't run away when you take a shower. No toothpaste provided, very inconvenient The facilities are very old and do not look very hygienic

Kitchen & shower were nice

It was too hot, sooo many mosquitos. The fridge made a lot of noise. Far from the center and not the best neighborhood. No staff available.

Pleasant

The private parking and the kitchenette that were available. The bed was quite comfortable. The staff was quite friendly.

Quite noisy. We could hear people coming in the rooms next to us and through the corridors. The rooms could use an update. The shower doors did not close. Between the shower and sink it was quite rusty/dirty. The closet door did not open smoothly. The location.

Dated but functional and cheap

The hotel / room is a little dated and some of the equipment could do with being updated or even supplied, that said, it is possible to cook and cater for ones self, there is a hob, microwave and mini dishwasher in the room. The room was clean and had a balcony. The staff or the gentleman that handled our booking (Vincent) is superb, really helpful and clearly has his guests best interests at heart, he left us feeling super welcome! I love that there is secure underground parking available (€7/night at time of writing this) but €7 well spent for a good nights sleep. The location isn't too bad either, you can walk from the hotel in to the heart of La Havre in 20mins. We'll definitely be heading back and booking this hotel within the next 6 months.

For an apparthotel, the room was lacking some equipment or equipment of better quality than what was available.
