Perfect for travelers

Excellent location. 2mins close to the railway station. Comfortable beds. Clean room. Helpful staff. Breakfast is fine but do not expect too much. Unique building, exceptional garden with some relaxing spots.

Goed alternatief bij verblijf interlaken

Het uitzicht op de bergen vanuit je kamer, de charmes van het hotel. Trein /bus station wilderswil op 2 min loopafstand

Het ontbijt was niet wat we gewend waren/ hadden verwacht. maar wel genoeg keuze. geen jacuzzi te vinden, gehorig hotel. Veel trappen die je moet lopen hebben geen lift

Beautiful gardens, old style bed and breakfast. Quiet location with great views!

The breakfast was great! The views from the rooms are fantastic. The location is quiet and the gardens are beautiful! The staff is very attentive and helpful!

There was no elevator, no A/C, squeaky floors, thin walls, it is an old bed and breakfast style house. The sink is in the main room so using the sink was loud with a sleeping baby in the room.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, alles frisch und sehr viel Auswahl.

Die Matratzen und die Kissen könnten bzw. müssen erneut werden. Sehr unbequeme und durchgelegen. Das Zimmer war sehr sehr klein, kein Kleiderschrank keine Anlage im Bad.

No elevator to bring up big luggages. However, I could manage it by taking out the things needed into the room and put the bags on the reception floor.

Great place to stay close to Lauterbrunnen

The Hotel is an "old Lady" with creaky floors and thinnish walls - but they are open and honest about it. This means you have to be a bit considerate to others and not make a noise. This is maybe the reason why I think it is not perfectly "family friendly - kids sometimes makes a noise.

I was really happy with most things - not too much to complain about, since expectations and reality was close to each other. I think one gets what one pays for.

Faded elegance spotlessly clean with an amazing garden

Amazing garden to enjoy. V comfy beds and fan in room which was great as it was very hot! Huge and varied breakfast buffet

We chose it over other hotels for the hot tub. It was very popular and everyone had to wait their turn to use it(not ad hoc). Just be aware it’s in demand if you are thinking of that!

Overall a pleasant stay, however noisy neighbours made falling asleep difficult. We enjoyed breakfast at the garden.

Location is bit far from city and no good restaurants near by. We had to go to Interlaken always for food.

Exceptional

Quiet place. Away from Interlaken. Pascal was great in explaining to us what to explore. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! Given a room with a great view! Very easy to locate the place. Near to the railway station of wilderswil which is like 5 to 10 mins from Interlaken. Trains every 30mins to Interlaken or Grindelwald/Lauterbrunnen. Staff were helpful

No lifts to the rooms so we have to carry our luggages but it's not a problem for us.

Hotel is an excellent base for exploring Interlaken and Berner Oberland and it provided a relaxing,

Breakfast was excellent, something to suit all tastes, plentiful supplies, a good self-device system and a beautiful breakfast room. Location of hotel was very convenient for Wilderswil station with an excellent train service to Interlaken and other beautiful places in Berner Oberland. Hotel was only two miles from Interlaken. Good bus service and taxi service in Wilderswil.

Breakfast was plentiful with something for all tastes. Good system of self-service. Location could not have been more convenient for the station, which I used every day.

I found the shower in my bathroom difficult to control which meant that a lot of water splashed on to the bathroom floor.

Absolutely FANTASTIC!

The location was perfect. The hotel was absolutely amazing - clean and all the facilities were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The park, the jacuzzi and the breakfast were just great additions. Highly recommended!

I can't think of anything! I just loved the stay.
