Toller Aufenthalt

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Große Auswahl und alles super lecker. Lage direkt am Hafen. Parken direkt am Hotel. Thon Hotel wie immer super.

Unexpectedly nice

The breakfast choice was excellent, and the location fantastic. The reception area (and room) is beautifully decorated, and the offering of the coffee and tea is very much appreciated.

Fantastic, but the coffee and yoghurt ran out, and I had to ask for refills both times, having to wait quite a while. It was a very busy day however, so this is minor.

Exceptional

Breakfasts were excellent, view from the room on the harbour, sea and fjords was amazing and quiet peaceful neighborhood was as pick as by my choice. Another point I liked and rarely can be found in hotels is, "a room window can be opened and provide us fresh, polar cap, air", there was no even need for heating to be used in the room to be pleasant. Also, fresh self serving coffee, tea and small sweets can be found in the lobby of the hotel, any time and free of charge.

There was nothing special not to be liked.

Quiet and spacious hotel. Excellent reception area. Room area and view of harbour wonderful. Well stocked breakfast area, good coffee.

Good: we were encouraged not to waste food; not so good: there was so much choice and food, that the hotel must be wasting a lot themselves? Waste bins do not encourage separating types of waste. Not a good idea to put wine so clearly on display in yhe room (price astronomical, and addiction issue)

Nice staff and great breakfast

The breakfast was great- much better than I expected from the price of the room. I also liked that there was a lot of space to hang my clothes.

During night there was a noise, maybe a fan or a fridge that bothered me a little bit.

i felt not good in that hotel

breakfast was exelent !

the air ventilation system was blowing cold air in my room. I complained that to reception, but nothing happens. Next time i will choose another hotel.

Superb

The view of the harbour in the 'midnight sun' from our window was magical, the room was spacious and comfortable, customer service great and the breakfast fantastic! It was the perfect place for an overnight stay between a bus and a long (but beautiful) ferry journey.

Wouldn't choose this hotel again. Have stayed in the Clarion before & we prefer that

Breakfast OK. Location seemed central but not much of interest nearby

More hotel parking- we had to park our car off site and there wasn't even a good place to unload apart from a bus stop. Main restaurant wasn't available so we had to eat in the pub. Rooms small and far too much furniture -so not enough floor space or space to put our stuff. Decoration of public areas was not to our taste.
