Charming hotel in an excellent location. Super-friendly hotel staff who were patient with my very limited Spanish! If you are seeking reasonable accomodation in Jerez, this hotel ticks all the boxes. Really enjoyed my stay and would go back again.
I was travelling on a budget to Jerez for the horse fair - one of the busiest times of the year so not a lot available. The hotel is excellent value but I had a room off the main courtyard (which is beautiful), with a small window and it was dark. It's not really a complaint and next time I will book earlier and pay a little more for a courtyard room.

Good location, staff very friendly and helpful. Building interesting, patio good place for reading. Very traditional and very well priced
Nothing not to like for the price. Recommended

The room I stayed in was very clean and had air conditioning. Clean sheets, clean towels provided. It had nice tile floors and the hotel managers were incredibly nice. The hotel is located close to the city center, and it’s a very small, locally owned place.
The bathroom smelled a little like cigarettes, but that’s the only negative thing.

It was clean and only few minutes away from main Jerez attractions. It’s cheap.
Tiny room, dark, no privacy due to window facing the gallery, AC not working properly, not enough power outlets might be ok 70 years ago but not in 2022. Avoid if you can.

The patios were very pretty. Staff friendly and helpful. Reception manned 24 hrs.
Room was a bit small, but I guess that's the structure of the building. Slight leak from the shower basin.

I liked every about this hotel. great Location, a really lovely old world Andalusian courtyard in which I could do my work, very friendly staff, comfortable room with a great shower.
Everything was great.

A characterful property just a few minutes walk from the centre, not far from the station. All the 3 essentials fulfilled: comfortable bed, good shower and quite cool room
Decor is very tired, the door to the bathroom has splintered and shower cubical door corroded. I couldn’t get the aircon to work but not really required. Main door locked all the time, often took several minutes to get it opened. Finally, all afternoon and evening, they used a power washer in the courtyard near my room washing carpets and furniture, which prevented a siesta.

Location was good, rooms set out around a courtyard. Staff very helpful.
A little shabby around the edges, no hot water the first day, loose basin tap and a small hole in the door which could be used to unlock the door which was a little concerning (Room 112).

Excellent location. Clean, comfy room on the first floor looking out to the courtyard! Helpful staff. I had to work one morning and I worked from their nice breakfast hall/library. I have been here once before and coming back to stay again was a great idea. It’s in old town, if one likes flamenco and little bars to wander around, then this hotel is right in the middle of all of it!

The property is located 5-10 minutes from the historic centre of Jerez, staff is friendly and helpful, located in a traditional-style building. The personnel supported us in a difficult situation
Although it was generally clean, the interior was old and in need of some cosmetic refurbishment
5.0 / 10.0
It was in a good central location and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The public / communal areas, both an interior and exterior courtyard were pleasant although we did not use them to relax in, just walked through.
The double/twin room was small, dated and basic but was perfectly clean.
The room had a small wall-mounted tv and aircon.
Wifi was working ok although it dropped a couple of times.
Although cleanliness was not an issue and room was spotless clean, the room decor was very dark and it smelled musty.
The wardrobe area in particular was too smelly to put clothes in.
Perhaps being so small, a lighter wall-coloring would be make it seem bigger.
