Up graded to a larger apartment.
Great mountain views
The underground car park is difficult to get in and out of. It was also partly flooded when we were there.
WIFI was very slow.

Location is great, you cannot do better in Pralognan. Nice deck/balcony. Kitchen is useful. Lots of room!
A few things could get better.
1. Reception only works certain hours of the day, and it differs. If you need something outside their hours, the central Madame Vacances help line cannot do anything.
2. Upon checking I was told that there is also a $100 cleaning fee that booking.com didn't mention. I think after I raised this issue with Booking it was retracted...
3. Dishwasher and washer were present but no detergent. Now there should be, I left some:)
4. When dishwasher runs, there is a water leak somewhere - puddle appears from the spaces between floor planks. So dishwasher is unusable at the moment
5.Paid wifi simply does not work in our unit.
6. Our bathroom shower drain was clogged.
Overall, it needs a little TLC but once we acknowledged these things, our stay was perfect! Check out the local creperie Mouch'Du down the street. their savory crepe dishes will make your jaw drop, as well as unbelievably low prices.

This was our third visit. Location is spot on for ski lift and restaurants. Staff are most helpful.
Not a lot

Amazing location at the base of the piste, decent size apartment and easy storage for skis.

Location is excellent.

Fantastic location just at the lifts and slopes, ski rent and ski lockers. The apartment was OK, a bit old but relatively well equipped, with two toilets and two bathrooms. They arranged nicely the for our late arrival.
We booked via Booking. The wifi (which was indicated as included) was charged extra. Morover, there was no one ever available at the reception. With the bad outreach in general, the wifi would have been very helpful. In the room manual, we discovered that cleaning is not included too (meaning cleaning and desinfection of the bathrooms and toilets, cleaning the windows, cleaning the floors etc.). You also have to take a rendez-vous the morning of your departure to have it checked, which is quite cumbersome. I would at least appreciate an information via email about the cleaning and the appointment. In particular as during the stay I was bombarded with automatic emails which were completely useless if not confusing (a needless voucher for the stay to hand at the reception-which was always closed).

Superb location - straight to the lifts. Charming and helpful people.
The kitchen was not well equipped. Clogged shower.

We booked our skis through Sport 2000 who were friendly and efficient.
The village is picturesque and friendly. We had the most beautiful view of the resort from our balcony, we watched the new year light celebrations from our room. The restaurant and creperie below were fantastic.
Great restaurants and bars throughout the resort particularly the restaurant at the top of the gondola- the best staff! Especially Jess and the lovely guy from S. America.
The location of the apartment was amazingly central. Worth its weight when you have three children.
Eva from Madame Vacancies was amazingly helpful and couldn’t do enough for us, she was also quick to respond.
I would definitely recommend staying here, it was a truly lovely holiday, I would just be mindful of the commentary below.
The apartment was in the most amazing location- ski in and ski out with the boot room leading directly to the lifts. However, the apartment was very basic. We were not aware when we booked that we would be expected to make up the beds when we arrived (we didn’t arrive until late), that reception would be closed the following day so we wouldn’t be able to sort additional bedding (Wednesday), that we would be expected to clean the apartment when we left without cleaning products or mops to do so. This is all ok, but I believe it’s about managing the expectations of the guests. The details explained there would be WiFi, but this was charged on a daily or weekly rate, four devices at a time. The WiFi was weak and not sufficient to work from. The reception area had experienced leaking pipes so had holes in the ceiling and buckets placed around. WiFi was free here but it was often left uncleaned. There is a large parking area but this is also charged at a daily rate.
The balcony area was concreted but worn away, the table was badly weathered as were the clothes dryers.
The apartment was clean but the bedding was cheap, pillows were awful. Take your own.

Excellent location in the heart of the village with magnificent views from our balcony.
We were only two but the accommodation was advertised for six with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom was simply part of the main bedroom providing no privacy. The second bedroom was small and had no natural light. The settee in the lounge was the other two sleeping position. With more that two people this would be very tight.
We had a nice view but other accommodation only looked onto another close by building.

A bit tired, needs an update, no oven, limited kitchen utensils

As advertised, close to all restaurants, bars and atractions. All u need provided in the apartment including parking space, but limited to cars up to 1,8 m.
We had the room with a great view opposite to the noisy cable car and far from the smelly restaurant, but the putrid odours found their way up...we supposed they cocked with old motor oil. We were sorry for those who ate there...
It was a very pleasant location with a nice morning view over the mountains.
We loved the fact that the property is dog friendly...we encountered load of dogs in hotel all good and quiet doggos ;)

location -- just a few meters from the telepherique and ski slopes, ski school. No car necessary. everything done on foot (shopping, skiing, doctor, pharmacy, restaurants).
apartments with washer and dryer (electric, great not having to hang laundry all over the place)
and the staff -- very friendly and helpful (they really went out of their way to make our stay great)
great place to stay.
have never been to a friendlier spot in the Alps!
the only downside was one of our apartments (we rented two) had a double bedroom without aeration, window didnt open. otherwise everything was great.
