Hotel OK. Service, other than the concierge hitch, it was not so bad.

We took the suite. It was a 'last minute deal' promotion. The room size is double of the regular superior/deluxe rooms. Hence, worth the price.

The breakfast choice at the club lounge was surprisingly far too less from the restaurant. The concierge service was poorly managed/coordinated. We waited more than 1 hour to get our luggage picked up for check out but we ended up carrying the bags ourselves. Despite calling the service 15 mins before check out time, multiple follow up by phone and walking up to their desk, we had been told that they were on their way or no one answered the door. Shouldn't have been the case.

Is about, everything.. From the f.o team, is easy to check in,room are clean and comfortable. Breakfast nice, a lot of variety, I like "kopi kampung" Chef are so approach, service team, including all trainee, delivered good service, hostess, lead us to table, almost warm welcome, location are nice, nearest to public transport, shopping mall, just near, about 500 meter, from hotel locations, smoking area clean, just in front of. Parking are easy, thumbs up for all.

Concern regarding our stay

The location was great just opposite of shopping mall.

We were deeply disappointed hotel staff service we received and the rooms/linen were disgusting most of important the beds were torn off which were visible and we took photos. The duvet were not clean/ seemed like not washed or cleaned for ages. when we highlighted the above issue with the management and we were told that manager will come to address our issue . We waited for over one day however no one from management to came to view the rooms and we were very very disappointed about Completely hotel service and facilities it's worse then 2 star hotel I have photos proof the rooms situation that we have spent time which was the worse ever hotel service we have received so advice to stay away. It's not safe as hygienically also. Avoided

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

I was attending an event near the hotel, and it was very convenient for me. The location of the hotel is also strategic, with a mall connected to the hotel for shopping. The staff were very friendly, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. The room was quite large, and the bed was comfortable too. The bathroom was spacious with good amenities provided.

The hotel appears a bit outdated and could benefit from a makeover. Waiting times for the elevators can be lengthy, especially during peak hours.

This was my 8 trip to Malaysia and 6th in Seri Pacific

I like there location because this is not far from the all highlights but also not with in these means out of rush. Loots of options available in breakfast. Yes in there rooms they need to invest for future.

Great location. Amaze breakfast.

Great location, opposite is a mall which is supper convenient for dine. Private parking. The breakfast is amaze and in more variations especially who like pastry or cake definitely will love it.

The room service. I was starving at nite call the room service for order food no one pick up the call. The i call operater they say wassup the number state at pamplet i wassup no one respon even they see online. I have to choose grab waiting for 1 hour.

Excellent staff but pathetic room conditon

The counter staff were exceptionnal friendly & good during my check-in , check-out & lobby. Smilling face with very spontaneous response to all my queries. The lobby doorman was very couteous to given out a helping hand.

The room was very poor quality. The bed & pillows were not comfotable. The bathroom water pressure was bad. The hot water in the morning was not hot at all. The TV was out of order. There was an intermittent loud guzzling of water when the adjacent room was using their toilet. I could not sleep due to this intermittent noise.The ceiling in the bathroom was patchy and dirty looking. I have travelled and stayed at many hotels and this hotel room is by far the worst. I would suggest refurbishing the furniture & layout so as to avoid infection spread.

I like everything from room, buffet, toilet and the facilities

No water dispenser. At least put put one where I can refill my bottle or give new drinking water. Thirsty at 2am.

I love everything about the Hotel.

We love the breakfast. the location is good and view very good because facing the Twin Tower. The lighting should put more for reading purpose. Shopping area quite near for us to shop. Most important the Hotel Children Friendly Area.

Sadece kahvaltısı beş yıldız olan fakat çalışmayan asansöründen çok pasaklı ve kirli yer halılarını hatta morarmış çarşaflarına ve daha kirli isli duvarlarına kim nasıl beş yıldız verdi anlayamadım.

Bir katta odaları sigara içilmeyen olarak rezerve ettiğim fakat gittiğimde zaruretten üç gece konaklayıp ayrıldığım sadece iki yıldızı hak eden kahvaltısı hariç hiçbir yeri beş yıldız olmayan hayatımdaki yegane hayal kırıklığı bir otel hiçbir zaman bu kadar kandırıldıığı mı hissetmemiştim.

The receptionist is very friendly, room is nice, good location just beside the WTC and walking distance to Sunway Putra Mall.

Availability of free parking. If the hotel parking is full, need to park at PWTC, but the staff didn't info need to take ticket to get free parking. They said they have paste the notice at the entrance of the hotel station parking. If cust. get in using TnG card, need to paid the cost of parking, they cannot waive the cost. The management need to think how to make the info get through the cust. correctly and properly instead paste the small notice at the entrance of the hotel parking, but not the entrance parking of PWTC. And the hot shower didn't function at all.

スタッフが優しい 10時前について荷物預かってもらおうと立ち寄ったら、使う部屋は空いてるからとチェックインまで済ませてくれた(本来は14時か15時) それに、初海外の緊張で英語全然分からんな状態になってたら簡単な単語だけの会話にしてくれて、最後は部屋の前までついてきてくれた立地モールが目の前で便利鉄道が近くにあるけど、KLcentralに向かう途中に運休区間があるから代行バスを使わないといけなくてちょっと不便部屋古いけど広くて快適不安だったお湯も、いい温度だった。朝食評価いい割には…だったけど、美味いしフルーツたくさんあるし良かった日本のよくあるビジホよりは確実に格上 WiFi 速かった風呂までは届きにくいコスパ最高値段(1泊あたり9000円程度)で広い部屋・広いベッド・朝食はすごい安さ考えたら、古さという欠点は簡単に吹き飛ぶ

寒い冷房がキンキンに効いてる暑いマレーシア流のおもてなしなのかわからんけど、暑がりの自分でも少し寒かった古い施設の古さはあちこちに見られる椅子の布がほつれてたり、ミニバー(自分は使わないが)が跡地になってたり。最盛期よりランクダウンしてる感があちこちに。
