Excellent hotel, perfectly located. Helpful staff and really nice interior. We had 2 family suites next to each other, lovely rooms with comfy beds and facilities. We used this hotel as a 1 night stopover on our way to the south of france. It was perfect as a short stopover.
Nothing. Whole family loved the hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The décor was fantastic, very quirky. The restaurant looks exactly like it does in the photos! The buffet style breakfast was the best we've ever had in an Ibis or any hotel for that matter - the assortment of options was endless! And everything was delicious.
I really can't fault anything. Maybe it would be helpful if there were signs for the hotel on route however we found it with no problems at all (we were on foot).

it was really close to the shopping center.

Facilities as advertised. Requested ground floor room with walk in shower. This was provided without any fuss.
Arrived for an early breakfast (0700) so as to depart early, only to find restaurant packed with two coach loads of visitors and a queue for seats. Eventually departed at 0930 which ruined our travel plans for the day.
Would be useful if staff at reception wore some kind of uniform or badge to identify them from guests.

The staff were very polite under difficult circumstances that they were unable seemingly to control.
The restaurant ran out of food after taking our orders and keeping us waiting. The carpet in our room was soaking wet - I can only conclude that the bathroom had flooded from the previous occupants. They were unable to change our room. The room smelt heavily of cigarettes - not great when staying with children. The area was pretty run down.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to the shopping centre which in my case was very convenient. There is a tram stop very near by that allow you to get to the city centre. It is also close to the city ring - so good place if you want to travel by car outside Nantes. Bed was ok, quite comfortable, nothing to complain
The room was just ok a bit small I would say. There was a bit of mould in the bathroom under shower (this could have been easily removed). There was some smell like cigarettes in the room which was a bit annoying, not sure what was the source of that (I did not complain about that as my stay was quite short). The gate to the hotel is closed at the evening/night and you have to very strongly press the ring for someone to open (first time we thought we are locked outside and were not sure how to enter) - this could have been better communicated.

Easy to find and with surprisingly many parking spaces. Interesting and quite homely decor. The girl at the 'reception' which is basically a dining table in the middle of the entrance hall did a great attempt at speaking English and was very friendly. The room was a standard Ibis room which is always adequate for a few nights' stay.
The waiters in the restaurant were not as enthusiastic about their job as the receptionist. I waited and waited for the bill which I wanted to pay the same evening because I had to check out at 5.30 the next day. Finally I went inside because I really wanted to pay and get some sleep. I found the waiters sitting at a chair and chatting at the bar instead of preparing my bill. The waiter knew exactly why I had come in and got up to do it, but I really shouldn't have to chase them. However, the food was excellent.

Breakfast was excellent, great value for money. We were given two interconnecting rooms, this was excellent for our family of 4
We had a bathroom in each room, however we didn’t use one of the bathrooms as there was an unpleasant smell from the drains. We were only staying one night and had access to the other bathroom so it was not a major problem.

The staff were great and really friendly, very helpful and accommodating. The food was amazing, both dinner and breakfast we were really impressed. The shower in the room is great and the bed was really comfortable. The decor in the bar and restaurant looked new, quite modern with a traditional French twist.
The room needed a lick of paint in some places and the carpet needed a clean. The room decor didn't quite live up to the decor in the communal areas.

Not very good for the money they are taking.
Neither room amenities, nor food, nor location.

Freindly staff, excellent breakfast in a beautifully decorated restaurant, loved all the lounge area as well, very comfortable and great to sit and relax. Stayed for 5 nights as a base to meet family and the location was superb, easy access to main town and suburbs, and big shopping centre nearby. Highly recommended, as much better than the standard Ibis, due to great staff and lovely decor and ambience throughout, will definitely be coming back. Thanks Jon
Maybe a couple of extra hand towels, but not essential.
