Super rapport qualité prix.

Beaucoup de charme et de standing pour un tarif somme toute raisonnable. Emplacement central. Petit déjeuner pas exubérant mais avec des produits de qualité.

J'ai trouvé dommage que le petit déjeuner soit servi dans une salle à l'écart un peu quelconque, plutôt que dans le bel atrium central.

Størrelsen på suiten vår, beliggenhet, fantastisk dekor av felles arealer og restauranter. Tilleggsservice og små oppmersomhetsgaver som et glass Veuve Clicquot og konfekt.

Betjenning av frokosten har en forbedringspotensiale. Vi kom i god tid før slutten, men det var mange tomme fat som ikke var påfylt. Personalet var langsomt.

A unique charming hotel in beautiful Old Town Vilnius.

We loved everything about the hotel - room with spa-like bathroom, location in very clean old town near many restaurants and main square, and especially the breakfasts were exceptional! The building is so unique and charming, it's online pictures can't do it justice. All the reception staff, especially Andrus and Vytus, were so gracious, welcoming, and helpful,, we felt so comfortably 'at home' for our week at this truly special hotel. We'll return as soon as we can!

Excellent long weekend in historical Vilnius.

The hotel was very cozy and located in the heart of the Old Town. Despite of the location there was no annoying noise from traffic or bars etc. nearby. The room was spacious enough and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful and took into consideration all our wishes. Overall the relaxing atmosphere gave us a splendid break after long and stressful work period.

Just before leaving to airport we had a quick lunch in hotel's tavern, Alude. And it really became a quick one due to terrible service. We had 1,5 hours before our transportation and thought that it could be more than enough to eat something. According to information in menu, the preparation of the meal should take 30 minutes, but we had to wait 75 minutes and then had to eat it in a great hurry to catch the taxi. There were totally 10 clients in the restaurant and we didn't have anything special in our order. The waiter just vanished somewhere all the time and some other clients complained since they wanted to pay the bill but the waiter was not available. However, the meal was very tasty but I hate to eat if I have to watch my clock all the time while eating.

Really beautifull hotel, a bit out-dated. The pool and gym need to be improved for a 5 star hotel. Personell is very kind and the location is fantastic
